聚芳醚亚砜的合成与表征

以二苯醚和二氯亚砜为主要单体 ,在无水AlCl3/CH2 ClCH2 Cl/NMP催化剂溶剂体系中进行低温溶液共聚 ,合成聚芳醚亚砜 (PPOS) ,研究了AlCl3/NMP用量及单体摩尔比对聚合反应的影响 .用IR、DSC、TG和X ray等对PPOS进行结构和性能的分析与表征 ,研究结果表明 :PPOS属无定形聚合物 ,具有较高的玻璃化转变温度 (Tg) ,软化温度在 2 6 0℃左右 ,在加热过程中出现二个热分解温度     

Raman spectroscopic analysis of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification and dilution

Raman spectra of supersaturated aqueous solution of MgO.B2O3-32%MgCl2-H2O during acidification/alkalization and dilution have been studied. The assignments of the recorded Raman shift are given. The main existing forms of polyborate anions and their interaction in borate aqueous solution have been proposed through spectroscopic analysis. The experimental results indicate that the higher concentration of cation are beneficial not only to the dissolution of boric acid but also to the polymerization of polyborate anions. The existing forms and interaction among them also depend on the concentration of boron and the pH value in solution.

通过由Ｆｅ３（ＣＯ）１２、ＲＳＨ和Ｅｔ３Ｎ所形成的［（μ－ＣＯ）（μ－ＲＳ）Ｆｅ２（ＣＯ）６］Ｅｔ３ＮＨ于室温下分别与对或间苯二甲酰氯的原位反应，首次合成６个结构新颖的苯二甲酰基桥联铁硫配合物［（μ－ＲＳ）·Ｆｅ２（ＣＯ）６］２（μ－ｐ－ＯＣＣ６Ｈ４ＣＯ－ｐ－μ）（Ｒ＝Ｅｔ，ｎ－Ｂｕ，ｔ－Ｂｕ）以及［（μ－ＲＳ）Ｆｅ２（ＣＯ）６］２（μ－ｍ－ＯＣＣ６Ｈ４ＣＯ－ｍ－μ）（Ｒ＝ｎ－Ｐｒ，ｎ－Ｂｕ，ｔ－Ｂｕ）。经元素分析、ＩＲ光谱及１ＨＮＭＲ表征了它们的结构，并讨论了产物的生成过程。此外，还提出了合成对苯二甲酰氯的一种新方法。     

A new method for determination of uric acid by the lactic acid-acetone-BrO(3)(-)-Mn(2+)-H(2)SO(4) oscillating reaction using the analyte pulse perturbation technique

A new analytical method for the determination of uric acid (UA) by the perturbation of UA on the Belousov-Zhabotinsky oscillating reaction is proposed. The method is based on the linear relationship between the changes in the oscillating period and the concentration of UA. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 2.0 × 10⁻⁵ to 5.0 × 10⁻⁴ M, with a detecting limit of 3.28 × 10⁻⁶ M. The method features good precision (R.S.D.: 3.59%) and excellent throughput (10 samples h⁻¹). The possible mechanism of the perturbation of UA on the oscillating reaction is discussed.     

金属键有机化合物的研究——η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体的合成

通过Fe_2(SO_4)_3醋酸水溶液与η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)的钠盐或锂盐(η~5-RC_5-H_4)(CO)_3MNa(Li)之间的相互作用,合成了9个η~5-取代环戊二烯基三羰基钼(钨)二聚体[(η~5-RC_5H_4)(CO)_3M]_2(M=Mo,W; R=C(O)Me,CO_2Me,CO_2Et,n-Bu,Me_3Si),并用C/H分析,IR、~1H NMR及MS表征了它们的结构.     

Time-resolved enzymatic determination of glucose using a fluorescent europium probe for hydrogen peroxide

An enzymatic assay for glucose based on the use of the fluorescent probe for hydrogen peroxide, europium(III) tetracycline (EuTc), is described. The weakly fluorescent EuTc and enzymatically generated H₂O₂ form a strongly fluorescent complex (EuTc–H₂O₂) whose fluorescence decay profile is significantly different. Since the decay time of EuTc–H₂O₂ is in the microseconds time domain, fluorescence can be detected in the time-resolved mode, thus enabling substantial reduction of background fluorescence. The scheme represents the first H₂O₂-based time-resolved fluorescence assay for glucose not requiring the presence of a peroxidase. The time-resolved assay (with a delay time of 60 s and using endpoint detection) enables glucose to be determined at levels as low as 2.2 mol L^–1, with a dynamic range of 2.2–100 mol L^–1. The method also was adapted to a kinetic assay in order to cover higher glucose levels (mmol L^–1 range). The latter was validated by analyzing spiked serum samples and gave a good linear relationship for glucose levels from 2.5 to 55.5 mmol L^–1. Noteworthy features of the assay include easy accessibility of the probe, large Stokes shift, a line-like fluorescence peaking at 616 nm, stability towards oxygen, a working pH of approximately 7, and its suitability for both kinetic and endpoint determination.     

Synthesis of gramicidin S and its analogues via an on-resin macrolactamization assisted by a predisposed conformation of the linear precursors

A simple and efficient preparation of gramicidin S and its analogues is described. It involves solid-phase peptide synthesis and on-resin macrolactamization without side chain protection, affording cyclic products in high yield and high purity. The high specificity of the cyclization reaction was shown to originate in the formation of a pre-organized conformation of the linear biosynthetic precursor of gramicidin S. This facile method will provide convenient access to the analogues of the natural product for functional optimization to counter microbial resistance.     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定表层水体中5类40种抗生素

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱（SPE-HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测表层水中5类40种抗生素的分析方法。水样经过滤、固相萃取柱富集净化后，以乙腈-0.2%（v/v）甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，采用电喷雾电离源，在多反应监测、正离子模式进行定性定量分析。结果显示，40种抗生素在1~200 μg/L水平下线性关系良好，平均加标回收率为41.3%~112.6%。采用该方法对长江南京段表层水体进行检测，共检出13种抗生素，含量为13.4~780.5 ng/L，其中喹诺酮类抗生素恩诺沙星检出率达100%，大环内酯类抗生素克林霉素最高检出水平达739.4 ng/L。该法高效、灵敏、可靠，可用于实际水样中多种抗生素的分析。     

全反式维甲酸合钇(Ⅲ)配合物对DNA的切割和键合作用(英)

以紫外光谱、荧光光谱、粘度法和凝胶电泳方法研究了全反式维甲酸合钇(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA的作用。结果表明，该配合物能在生理条件下比配体和金属离子更有效地切割质粒DNA，体系离子强度和pH值的变化对配合物的切割活性有较大影响，自由基捕捉剂的加入不影响配合物的切割活性。该配合物对DNA的切割可能通过水解机理进行。该配合物可使DNA的粘度增加，使EB-DNA体系的荧光强度和DNA溶液的紫外吸收强度降低。据此推断，该配合物主要以嵌入方式与DNA作用。     

N-茄呢基胺类糖酯化合物的合成及生理活性

在氢氧化钠和四丁基溴化铵存在下,将化合物2-N-茄呢基胺基苯甲酸(3)和N-茄呢基己二酰胺酸(6)分别与O-乙酰基溴代葡萄糖、O-乙酰基溴代半乳糖、O-乙酰基溴代乳糖和O-乙酰基溴代麦芽糖反应制得对应的糖酯4a～4d和7a～7d,由元素分析,IR,1H NMR和MS确证了8个新化合物的结构,并对其中6个化合物(4a,4d和7a～7d)在三种癌细胞模型上进行了一些初步体外生理活性的测试.
