氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定金属镁中痕量铅

样品以盐酸、过氧化氢进行溶解,以铁氰化钾作氧化剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定金属镁中痕量铅。研究了氢化物发生的介质和酸度、硼氢化钾溶液的浓度、氢氧化钠的浓度、铁氰化钾的浓度对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳的测定条件。同时对仪器的操作参数进行了最佳选择。在最佳条件下,铅浓度在0~20μg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9995,方法的检出限为0.37μg/L。样品中铅的加标回收率在91%~102.7%之间,相对标准偏差为4.2%。     

实验室安全环保意识的调查与分析——以中山大学化学类专业学生为例

A survey about students' laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness was performed in the freshmen majored in chemistry at Sun Yat-Sen University. Results showed that laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness of most students' are weak. After analyzing the reasons, we put forward some suggestions. Cultivating students' laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness should be carried out from several aspects such as emphasizing and regulating from school level, training in laboratory teaching, maintaining good cultural atmosphere of laboratory, as well as providing perfect laboratory safety and environmental protection facilities. We should guide students to actively learn knowledge and skills of laboratory safety and environmental protection in order to develop their good behavior and raise their consciousness.     

海藻酸-磷脂微囊复合水凝胶的制备、表征及毒理学分析

采用薄膜分散法合成磷脂微囊,根据胶粒的双电层理论,通过在微囊中加入氯化锰、氯化钙和氯化镁电解质溶液,使微囊处于相对稳定的状态.研究发现加入氯化锰和氯化钙溶液,微囊胶体的粒径没有明显的变化,但加入一定浓度氯化镁溶液,其粒径明显变大.为了进一步增加磷脂微囊稳定性,将氯化锰、氯化钙、氯化镁磷脂微囊胶体分别与海藻酸钠(SA)溶液混合.结果表明,氯化镁与SA几乎不能形成水凝胶,氯化钙与SA形成水凝胶能力强于氯化锰.微囊胶体溶液中的磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)可以与Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)键合形成PS-Ca~(2+)和PS-Mg~(2+),但不能与Mn~(2+)键合形成PS-Mn~(2+).对氯化钙磷脂微囊与海藻酸钠合成的复合水凝胶的形貌、溶胀率及细胞毒性进行了表征,结果表明,氯化钙与SA形成的水凝胶可以捕获胶体中磷脂微囊,且形貌规整,结构稳定,无细胞毒性.     

固体物理教学中联接正格子和倒格子空间的傅里叶变换过程浅议

在固体物理学课程中,由于涉及到一些高等数学知识,理解联接正格子和倒格子空间的傅里叶变换过程一直是教学难点之一.本文从晶体结构的周期性特征出发,并结合简易的数学推导,对傅里叶变换过程进行了详细的解读,并且对其中的关键步骤给出了凸显物理内涵的解释.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (E)-Ethyl (9-bromo-5-oxo-4-phenyl-1,10b-dihydro-5H-pyrano [3,4-c] chromen-2-ylidene) Acetate

The crystal structure of the title compound (C22H17BrO5 , Mr = 441.27) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 11.76(1), b = 14.58(1), c = 11.52(1), V = 1973.93 , Z = 4, Dc = 1.485 g/cm3 , F(000) = 896, μ(MoKα) = 2.113 mm-1 , the final R = 0.0394 and wR = 0.0809 for 3918 observed reflections (Ⅰ > 2 (Ⅰ)). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data indicate that the C=C bond is in an E-configuration. The intramolecular C(10)-H(10B)···O(4) and intermolecular C(17)-H(17)···O(4) hydrogen bonds contribute to the stability of the structure.     

Ni/TPC催化剂的制备、表征及在秸秆热解燃气重整中的应用

以废弃汽车外轮胎热解后的副产物轮胎热解焦（Tyre pyrolysis char，TPC）为原料，利用均匀沉淀法制备以轮胎焦为载体的负载型Ni/TPC催化剂，采用EDX、SEM、XRD、TG、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析，同时使用管式炉测试了Ni/TPC催化剂在秸秆热解燃气重整中的催化性能，并考察了热解温度、保温时间、镍负载量及催化时间对秸秆热解燃气重整效果的影响。研究结果表明，TPC富含焦和金属，Ni/TPC催化剂分散均匀，热稳定性好，比表面积为62 m²/g。催化剂活性测试显示，Ni/TPC催化剂用于作物秸秆热解燃气重整具有很强的催化活性，可显著提高燃气中可燃气体含量；热解温度在750℃、保温时间10 min、30%的Ni负载量时Ni/TPC催化剂的催化效率最高，连续使用850 min后，燃气中的H₂含量仍相对提高到50%以上，长时间使用后活性结构由Ni₃ZnC_0.7转变成FeNi₃，催化活性依然较强且趋于稳定，TPC可以作为良好的新型镍基催化剂载体。     

Magnetization switching modes in nanopillar spin valve under the external field

The current-induced magnetic switching is studied in Co/Cu/Co nanopillar with an in-plane magnetization traversed under the perpendicular-to-plane external field.Magnetization switching is found to take place when the current density exceeds a threshold.By analyzing precessional trajectories,evolutions of domain walls and magnetization switching times under the perpendicular magnetic field,there are two different magnetization switching modes:nucleation and domain wall motion reversal;uniform magnetization ...     

Texture Image Classification Based on Gabor Wavelet

For a texture image, by recognizining the class of every pixel of the image, it can be partitioned into disjoint regions of uniform texture. This paper proposed a texture image classification algorithm based on Gabor wavelet. In this algorithm, characteristic of every image is obtained through every pixel and its neighborhood of this image. And this algorithm can achieve the information transform between different sizes of neighborhood. Experiments on standard Brodatz texture image dataset show that our proposed algorithm can achieve good classification rates.     

三光气与酚制备三氯甲氧基甲酸芳酯研究

研究了不同取代酚与三光气的反应,得到七种未见报道的新化合物,以IR、MS、1H NMR、13C NMR对产物进行了表征,并探索得到合适的反应催化剂、反应物浓度配比、反应时间,讨论了酚上不同取代基对反应的影响,收率在78.5～90.5%之间。     

材料表征方法理论与实践课程的改革与建设*

通过与超星专业慕课制作团队合作搭建网络教学平台,将线上慕课教学与线下实验教学相结合,对材料表征方法理论与实践课程进行了全方位的改革。与传统实验教学相比,改革后的课程不仅能够激发学生的学习兴趣,实现时间空间的相对自由,还可以完善考核机制,提升教学质量,从而为高校化学研究生实验课程的改革提供一定的借鉴意义。
