An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

Synthesis and properties of one-dimensional Ni(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ)Cu(Ⅱ) complexes linked by hydrogen bond

Four dithiooxalato (Dto) bridged one-dimensional Ni(ll) and Ni(ll)Cu(ll) complexes (Me6[14]dieneN4)Ni2(Dto)2) (1), (Me6[14]dieneN4)CuNi(Dto)2 (2), (Me6[14]aneN4)Ni2(Dto)2 (3), and (Me6[14]aneN4)CuNi(Dto)2(4), were synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV and ESR spectra. The crystal structure of complex 3 was determined. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 2.2425(4) nm, b = 1.0088(2) nm, c=1.4665(3) nm, β= 125.32(3)° ;Z=4; R = 0.076, Rw = 0.079. In the complex, Ni(1) coordinates four sulphur atoms of two Dto ligands in plane square environment. Ni(2) lies in the center of mac-rocyclic ligand. For Dto ligand, two sulphur atoms coordinate Ni(1), and O(1) coordinates Ni(2) and forms weak coordination bond. O(2) is linked to N(2) of macrocyclic ligand through hydrogen bond.     

微波辅助溶剂热合成In-Si共改性TiO2的增强光催化性能

利用微波辅助溶剂热法合成了In-Si 共改性的TiO₂ 光催化剂. 粉末X 射线衍射（XRD）、激光拉曼（Raman）光谱、N₂吸脱附（BET）、X射线光电子能谱（XPS）、光致发光（PL）光谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱（UV-VisDRS）等实验表明,尽管掺杂和改性后TiO₂结晶度略有降低,但不影响光催化剂锐钛相的形成. Si 掺杂入TiO₂晶格使颗粒变小,比表面积变大. In 不能进入TiO₂晶格,在TiO₂表面形成了In₂O₃. 罗丹明B（RhB）降解实验显示,In-Si 共改性TiO₂表现出很高的紫外和可见光催化活性,Si：In：Ti 的摩尔比为0.03：0.02：1 的样品（IST-2）光催化活性最高,紫外光下3 min 即可将RhB降解完全,可见光下120 min RhB降解率为97%,这是由材料的高表面积,In₂O₃-TiO₂复合半导体之间高效电荷转移及染料敏化等共同作用所致. 对于苯酚,光催化降解则相对缓慢,700 min内尚不能降解完全.     

SYNTHESES AND STRUCTURES OF POLYPHENYLSILSESQUIOXANES

Phenyltrichlorosilane was hydrolyzed both ifi. toluene and in ether from which two kinds of prepolymers were obtained with different structures, molecular weights, and molecular weight distributions. Polymers were prepared from the prepolymers in various polymerization conditions. The ladderlike, branched, and crosslinked structures formed under different polymerization conditions were characterized by means of FTIR, ~1H and ~(29)Si-NMR, and elemental analysis. Azeotropic distillation of solvents and H_2O formed during polymerization was found useful in removing H_2O from the system and high molecular weight products with perfect ladderlike structure were obtained.

亚甲基蓝为介体的甲胎蛋白免疫传感器的研制及应用

构建了快速测定血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量的电流型免疫传感器,该免疫传感器是用壳聚糖固定电子媒介体亚甲基蓝和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记的甲胎蛋白抗体于一次性丝网印刷碳电极(SPCE)表面制备而成。当该免疫传感器在含AFP样品的溶液中于30℃培育40 min后,抗原抗体的免疫结合会导致HRP标记对过氧化氢电催化氧化的效率降低。在优化的测定条件下,催化效率的降低与AFP浓度在5.0~110.0μg.L-1范围内呈线性关系,免疫分析的检出限为1.4μg.L-1(3σ)。对免疫传感器的精密度作了试验,同一支传感器测试结果的相对标准偏差为6.6%;当取3支用同一方法制备的传感器进行测试时,相对标准偏差为9.3%。放置7d后,传感器对AFP的响应值相当于初试值的88%,在pH 7.0的缓冲溶液中的还原电流为原值的96%。     

微波辅助RGD环肽的固相合成

以2-氯代三苯甲基氯树脂为载体，采用Fmoc/t-Bu/Dmab正交保护策略，在微波辅助下合成了环肽c(fKRGD)，收率22.5%，纯度94.5%，其结构经MS(ESI), MS(MALDI-TOF)和HPLC确证。

A new Sequiterpenoid from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng

A new sequiterpenoid compound 8aα-hydroxy-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,6,8a-hexahydro-naphthalene-2,6-dione(1),together with seven known compounds anti-HH-dimer-coumarin(2),(-)-5-exo-hydroxy-bomeol(3),O-hydroxyl cinnamic acid(4),9β-hydroxy-ageraphorone(5),10Hα-9-oxo-ageraphorone(6),10Hβ-9-oxo-ageraphorone(7)and 9-oxo-10,11-dehydroageraphorone 8,was isolated from the leaves of Eupatorium adenopho-rum Spreng.The structures were elucidated by IR,~1H and ~(13)C NMR,EIMS,HMBC and single-crystal X-ray spec-tral data.
