Emissive push–pull-type bisnaphthyridylamine derivatives ( BNA-X : X=Me, Et, Bzl, Ph, BuBr, and BuTEMPO) aggregate in aqueous methanol. Furthermore, a two-step emission and aggregation process is controllable by varying the methanol-to-water ratio. At 2:3 MeOH/H2O, crystallization-induced emission enhancement (CIEE) occurs via formation of an emissive crystal phase, whereas, at 1:9 MeOH/H2O, aggregation-induced emission enhancement (AIEE) occurs, induced by emissive supramolecular nanoparticles (NPs). For BNA-Ph , the emission quantum yield was 25 times higher in aqueous methanol than that in pure methanol. Despite the high hydrophobicity of BNA-X (C log P=6.1–8.0), the spherical NPs were monodisperse (polydispersity indices <0.2). Moreover, the emissive NPs exhibited fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) with pyrene; however, for BNA-X bearing the TEMPO radical ( BNA-BuTEMPO ), no FRET was observed because of quenching. In particular, the BNA-BuTEMPO NPs have a slow rotational correlation time (1.3 ns), suggesting applications as magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents with large relaxivity. 相似文献

Constructing new and versatile self‐assembling systems in supramolecular chemistry is much like the development of new reactions or new catalysts in synthetic organic chemistry. As one such new technology, conventional supramolecular assembly systems have been combined with microflow techniques to control intermolecular or interpolymer interactions through precise regulation of a flowing self‐assembly field. The potential of the microflow system has been explored by using various simple model compounds. Uniform solvent diffusion in the microflow leads to rapid activation of molecules in a nonequilibrium state and, thereby, enhanced interactions. All of these self‐assembly processes begin from a temporally activated state and proceed in a uniform chemical environment, forming a synchronized cluster and resulting in effective conversion to supramolecules, with precise tuning of molecular (or polymer) interactions. This approach allows the synthesis of a variety of discrete microstructures (e.g., fibers, sheets) and unique supramolecules (e.g., hierarchical assemblies, capped fibers, polymer networks, supramolecules with time‐delayed action) that have previously been inaccessible. 相似文献
Silk fibroin is a useful protein polymer for biomaterials and tissue engineering. In this work, porogen leached scaffolds prepared from aqueous and HFIP silk solutions were reinforced through the addition of silk particles. This led to about 40 times increase in the specific compressive modulus and the yield strength of HFIP‐based scaffolds. This increase in mechanical properties resulted from the high interfacial cohesion between the silk matrix and the reinforcing silk particles, due to partial solubility of the silk particles in HFIP. The porosity of scaffolds was reduced from ≈90% (control) to ≈75% for the HFIP systems containing 200% particle reinforcement, while maintaining pore interconnectivity. The presence of the particles slowed the enzymatic degradation of silk scaffolds.
The adsorption behavior of PHB depolymerase from R. pickettii T1 on a silicon wafer and on P(3HB) single crystals has been studied by real-time and AFM in air and a buffer solution. First, the morphology of PHB depolymerase adsorbed on a silicon wafer was characterized to show that one molecule of PHB depolymerase has dimensions of 2.2 +/- 0.7 nm height and 16 +/- 5 nm width. The observation of PHB depolymerase adsorbed on a P(3HB) single crystal indicated that the dimensions of enzyme on the crystalline surface in air were 1.2 +/- 0.5 nm high and 28 +/- 7 nm wide, while enzyme molecules with dimensions of 2.1 +/- 0.6 nm height and 16 +/- 7 nm width were detected in a buffer solution. Comparison of the dimensions of PHB depolymerase in air with those in a buffer solution showed that the enzyme was squashed in air, but not in a buffer solution. In addition, the influence of enzymatic adsorption on the molecular state of the P(3HB) crystalline surface was investigated. The AFM images of P(3HB) single crystals after enzymatic adsorption and washing with ethanol indicated that the adhesion of PHB depolymerase changed the molecular state and generated holes on the crystalline surface. 相似文献
We examine the coalition-proof equilibria of a participation game in the provision of a (pure) public good. We study which
Nash equilibria are achieved through cooperation, and we investigate coalition-proof equilibria under strict and weak domination.
We show that under some incentive condition, (i) a profile of strategies is a coalition-proof equilibrium under strict domination if and only if it is a Nash equilibrium that is not strictly Pareto-dominated by any other Nash equilibrium and (ii) every
strict Nash equilibrium for non-participants is a coalition-proof equilibrium under weak domination. 相似文献
This paper deals with an inspection game of Customs and a smuggler during some days. Customs has two options of patrolling or not. The smuggler can take two strategies of shipping its cargo of contraband or not. Two players have several opportunities to take an action during a limited number of days but they may discard some of the opportunities. When the smuggling coincides with the patrol, there occurs one of three events: the capture of the smuggler by Customs, a success of the smuggling and nothing new. If the smuggler is captured or no time remains to complete the game, the game ends. There have been many studies on the inspection game so far by the multi-stage game model, where both players at a stage know players’ strategies taken at the previous stage. In this paper, we consider a two-person zero-sum single-shot game, where the game proceeds through multiple periods but both players do not know any strategies taken by their opponents on the process of the game. We apply dynamic programming to the game to exhaust all equilibrium points on a strategy space of player. We also clarify the characteristics of optimal strategies of players by some numerical examples. 相似文献
