Photolysis of 2-phenylheptamethyltrisilane (I) in the presence of acyclic and cyclic conjugated dienes has been investigated using both a high-pressure mercury lamp with a quartz filter and a low-pressure mercury lamp with a Vycor filter. Irradiation of I in the presence of 1,3-butadiene, isoprene or 2,3-dimethylbutadiene with a high-pressure mercury lamp gave a product arising from photochemical isomerization of a silacyclopropane derivative and a compound apparently formed by 1,4-silylene addition, along with a 1/1 “ene” adduct of the diene to a photo-rearranged intermediate containing the silicon—carbon double bond. Irradiation of I in the presence of the conjugated diene with a low-pressure mercury lamp, followed by treatment of the product with methanol, afforded a methoxysilane arising from methanolysis of the corresponding silacyclopropane, together with the isomerization product, silacyclopentene and rearranged addition product. Irradiation of I in the presence of cyclopentadiene with a high-pressure mercury lamp produced methylphenylsilylcyclopentadiene, while irradiation of a similar mixture with a low-pressure mercury lamp followed by treatment with methanol gave 4-(methoxymethylphenylsilyl)-1-cyclopentene. With 1,3-cyclooctadiene, the photochemically generated methylphenylsilylene afforded many types of addition product. Photolysis of I in the presence of 1,3-cyclohexadiene, however, afforded none of the silylene addition products.  相似文献

The sorption of manganese(II) and zinc(II) on soil samples collected from Sapporo (Japan) and Tiksi (Russia) was investigated using a radiotracer technique to elucidate the abilities of soil organic matter as a scavenger of heavy metals released to the soil environment. The sorbed amounts of both manganese and zinc metals to organic soil components were estimated to be different on different soils, depending on the pH of aqueous phase. The degree of humification of pertinent soils was suggested as a parameter which could describe the properties of the organic soil matter in complexing with heavy metals.  相似文献

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is considered to cause various inflammatory reactions. We searched among microbial secondary metabolites for compounds that could inhibit LPS-stimulated adhesion between human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and human myelocytic cell line HL-60 cells. In the course of our screening, we isolated a novel cyclic depsipeptide, which we named heptadepsin, from the whole culture broth of Paenibacillus sp. The addition of heptadepsin prior to LPS stimulation decreased HL-60 cell-HUVEC adhesion without showing any cytotoxicity. It also inhibited the cellular adhesion induced by lipid A, the active component of LPS, but it did not inhibit TNF-alpha or IL-1beta-induced cell adhesion. The result of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis revealed that heptadepsin interacted with lipid A directly. Thus, heptadepsin, a novel naturally occurring cyclic heptadepsipeptide, was shown to inactivate LPS by direct interaction with LPS.  相似文献

The solid-liquid phase diagrams of binary mixtures of tetrabutylammonium halogenated carboxylates with water were examined in order to confirm the formation of clathrate-like hydrates. It was found that, among thirteen carboxylates examined, four carboxylates having CH2FCOO, CHF2COO, CF3COO, and CH2ClCOO, formed a hydrate with hydration numbers around 30 and seven carboxylates having CHCl2COO, CCl3COO, CH2BrCOO, CHBr2COO, CBr3COO, CH3CHClCOO, and CH3CHBrCOO formed a hydrate with hydration numbers around 23. The latter hydrate has not been reported earlier. The melting points of these newly found hydrates were fairly high: they lie between 10 and 16°C. The effect of Cl and Br atoms attached to the carbon atom of the-position of a carboxylate anion both on the type of hydrate formed and on its stability was greatly different from that of a CH3 group attached to the same position of the carboxylate anion.Dedicated to Dr D. The β-forming characteristics of poly(S-(2-N-carbazolylethyl)-L -cysteine), (CELC)n, were examined by infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The film of (CELC)39 cast from tetrahydrofuran (THF) showed the typical spectrum of the antiparallel β-form with the amide I band at 1630 cm?1, whereas that of (CELC)200 from dimethylformamide (DMF) or pyridine exhibited the amide I band at 1640 cm?1 which shifted to 1630 cm?1 on heating at 100°C for 5 min. As a result of the examination of the spectral variation due to the degree of polymerization, casting solvents, casting temperatures, and heat treatment, together with the evaluation of interaction constants for intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the band at 1640 cm?1 was attributed to the antiparallel-chain pleated sheet (designated as β′-form) with weaker hydrogen bond strength than that of the usual antiparallel β-form. The β′-β-transformation is discussed in terms of the rigidity of the side-chain region.  相似文献

Ammonium-ion-exchanged alpha-Zr(HPO(4))(2)H(2)O (alpha-ZrP) was obtained as a single phase with the interlayer distance of 9.4 A by the ion-exchange of proton with ammonium ion. The ammonium ion-exchanged alpha-ZrP could adsorb ill-smelling gases, such as formaldehyde and carboxylic acids (formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid). As a series of polyheterocyclic compounds for exploitation as anti-platelet agents, tricyclic heterocyclic compounds, 4-substituted 6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzazepines 3–6, 9, 12–14 , and 16–26 , having nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur containing functional groups at the 4-position, were prepared. In addition, tetra-cyclic heterocyclic compounds, 3-methyl-1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-imidazo[1′,2′:1,6]pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzaze-pinium chloride ( 7 ), 1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-imidazo[1′,2′:1,6]pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzazepines 10a-e , 2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-1H 5H-pyrimido[1′,2′:1,6]pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzazepine ( 11 ), and 1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-thiazolo-[3′,2′:1,6]pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzazepinium chloride ( 15 ) via ring closure of 4-(hydroxyalkylamino)- 6, 9a-e , and 3c , and 4-(2-hydroxyethylthio)-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrimido[5,4-d][1]benzazepine ( 14 ) with phosphoryl chloride or thionyl chloride, respectively, were also prepared. Their inhibitory activities against collagen-induced aggregation of rabbit blood platelets in vitro were investigated. Among them, compound 5 having a morpholino group at the 4-position on the tricyclic nucleus, which enhanced the activity more than 14-fold as compared with aspirin, was found to have the most satisfactory in inhibitory activity.  相似文献

The reaction of copolymer of N,N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) and bromoethyl methacrylate with potassium cinnamate produced water-soluble photosensitive polymers. Photosensitive polyDMAA films were irradiated with a 400 W high-pressure mercury lamp (λ > 280 nm) to produce crosslinked polymers, which were swollen in water. The degree of swelling was controlled by the irradiation time and content of cinnamate moieties in copolymers. Higher cinnamoylation and longer irradiation time resulted in higher yield of crosslinked polymers and less swellability. Partial degelation upon irradiation at λ ~ 254 nm was observed. The advantage of gelation via photodimerization over conventional chemical crosslinking methods is discussed in conjunction with biomedical applications. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Carbohydrate chains on the large peptide of the voltage-sensitive sodium channel from Electrophorus electricus electroplax have been partially characterized by the lectin-blotting technique combined with digestion using three glucosidases: neuraminidase, endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase H, and peptide: N-glycosidase F. The results show that both N-linked oligosaccharides and O-linked (mucin-type) oligosaccharides are present. In N-linked oligosaccharides, the results suggest the presence of complex- and hybrid-type oligosaccharides which contain bisecting N-acetylglucosamine(s), as well as the complex-type oligosaccharides with the alpha-Fuc-GlcNAc-(Asn) residue(s). In O-linked oligosaccharides, they must carry Gal beta1----3GalNAc- moieties which contain NeuNAc residues in the terminal.  相似文献
