The novel quinoline alkaloid scolopendrine was isolated from the centipede, Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L. Koch. The structure was determined to be 2-hydroxy-7-[(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-3-methoxy-8-quinolyl sulfate on the basis of high-resolution electron-spray ionization mass spectroscopy and two-dimensional NMR spectral data. Unlike quinoline alkaloids so far reported, scolopendrine is unique in having a 7-benzyl moiety in the quinoline ring.  相似文献

9,10-Dicyanoanthracene-sensitized photo-oxygenation of 2,2-diaryl-3-(2,2-diarylvinyl)oxiranes 3 in acetonitrile did not afford the corresponding 1,2,4-trioxepines 4, but 1,2,4-trioxolanes 7. The structural assignment of 7 was reported, and the mechanism of the formation of 7 was proposed.  相似文献

Summary: A numerical method is presented for simulating charged colloidal dispersions in electrolyte solutions. Utilizing a smoothed profile for colloid‐solvent boundaries, efficient mesoscopic simulations are enabled for modeling dispersions of many colloidal particles exhibiting many‐body electrostatic interactions. The validity of the method was examined for simple colloid geometries, and the efficiency was demonstrated by calculating stable structures of two‐dimensional dispersions, which resulted in the formation of colloidal crystals.

The paper presents the first report on χ(2) polarization induced in molecular glass of conjugated compound by all-optical poling. Transparent thin film of molecular glass of 1,4-bis[2-[4-[N,N-di(p-tolyl)amino]phenyl]vinyl]benzene (BTAPVB) was prepared using a spin-cast technique. Dipolar as well as octupolar components in BTAPVB contributed to the formation of photoinduced χ(2) polarization. Growth rate of χ(2) polarization has good linear relation with Eω4E2ω, which suggested that the simultaneous processes of two-photon (ω + 2ω) and three-photon (ω + ω + ω) excitation on the same electronic level contributed to the formation of photoinduced χ(2) polarization.  相似文献

A positron pulsing system for an intense positron beam generated by an electron linac is reported. The pulsing system generates an intense pulsed positron beam of variable energy and variable pulse period. The pulsed positron beam is used as a non-destructive probe for various material research. In this paper, we also discuss applications of the pulsed positron beam: positron lifetime spectroscopy, age-momentum correlation spectroscopy, positronium time-of-flight measurement, and positron annihilation-induced Auger electron spectroscopy with a time-of-flight technique.  相似文献

An amperometric enzyme electrode for the determination of hypoxanthine in fish meat is described. The hypoxanthine sensor was prepared from xanthine oxidase immobilized by covalent binding to cellulose triacetate and a carbon paste electrode containing hydroxymethylferrocene. The xanthine oxidase membrane was retained behind a dialysis membrane at a carbon paste electrode. The sensor showed a current response to hypoxanthine due to the bioelectrocatalytic oxidation of hypoxanthine, in which hydroxymethyiferrocene served as an electron-transfer mediator. The limit of detection is 6 × 10?7 M, the relative standard deviation is 2.8% (n=28) and the response is linear up to 7 × 10?4 M. The sensor responded rapidly to a low hypoxanthine concentration (7 × 10?4 M), the steady-state current response being achieved in less than 1 min, and was stable for more than 30 days at 5 ° C. Results for tuna samples showed good agreement with the value determined by the conventional method.  相似文献

An effective partially premixed flamelet model for large eddy simulation (LES) of turbulent spray combustion is formulated. Different flame regimes are identified with a flame index defined by budget terms in a 2-D multi-phase flamelet formulation, and the application in LES of partially pre-vaporized spray flames shows a favorable agreement with experiments. Simulations demonstrate that, compared to the conventional single-regime flamelets, the present partially premixed flamelet formulation shows its ability in capturing the subgrid regime transitions, yielding a well prediction of peak gas temperature and the downstream flame spreading. A propagating premixed flame front is found coupled with a trailing diffusion burning through the spray evaporation, and the spray effect on regime discrimination is manifested with transport budget analysis. A two-phase regime indicator is then proposed, by which the evaporation-dictated regime is properly described. Its intended use will rely on both gas and spray flamelet structures.  相似文献

Dispersed water droplets are often seen in environmental air flows in rain, cloud, mist, sea spray and so on. It is therefore of great importance to precisely estimate heat transfer between water droplets and atmospheric air in developing a reliable climate model. The purpose of this study is to fabricate the measurement system for the temperature of a small water droplet in air flow under the controlled relative humidity condition and to investigate the effect of relative humidity on heat transfer across the surface of an evaporating water droplet in air flow. The results show that the droplet temperature decreases in the low-relative-humidity condition, whereas it increases in the high-relative-humidity condition. Nusselt number on the droplet surface is not affected by the relative humidity.  相似文献
