The concentration of129I in soil in Japan was determined by neutron activation analysis. For the activation analysis, pre-irradiation chemical separation of the iodine was carried out by acid decomposition and distillation and post-irradiation treatment was performed by ion exchange and solvent extraction. The concentration of stable iodine and137Cs were also determined and compared with the behavior of129I in soil.Soil samples from Ibaraki, Fukui, Fukushima, and Nagasaki Prefectures were analyzed and129I was detected in amounts ranging from 10–7 to 10–5 Bq/g soil in uncultivated surface soil. There are apparently small variations in the129I concentrations in each of the regions analyzed.From depth profile studies in sandy soil, the iodide form of129I was found to migrate downward at a relatively rapid rate while other species remain longer in the surface soil.  相似文献

Groups 5 and 6 metal chlorides such as MoCl5, WCI6, NbCl5 and TaCl5 were found to be simple and very efficientcatalysts for the aromatic H/D exchange reactions. Compared with other metal chlorides such as ZnCl2, SnCl4 and TiCl4, groups 5 and 6 metal chlorides showed better catalytic activity in the H/D exchange reaction of naphthalene with C6D6. Deuteration of anthracene using MoC15 as a catalyst proceeded within 24 h at room temperature. Other aromatic compounds such as toluene, diphenylmethane and 1,1,2-triphenylethane were also deuterated smoothly in C6D6 within 24 h at room temperature.  相似文献

Raman spectra of stilbene mono- and di-negative ions in tetrahydrofuran solution were obtained by Ar+ laser exciting lines. A considerable frequency shift was observed for several vibrations in the successive steps: stilbene → (stilbene)? → (stilbene)2?. The observed shift is discussed in a simple VB scheme, particularly in comparison with the results on anthracene negative ions. The resonance Raman effect was striking for both ions with intensity maxima at the exciting wavelengths close to the absorption maxima.  相似文献

Adsorption and reactions of NO on clean and CO-precovered Ir(111) were investigated by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HR-EELS), infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRAS), and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD). Two NO adsorption states, indicative of fcc-hollow sites and atop sites, were present on the Ir(111) surface at saturation coverage. NO adsorbed on hollow sites dissociated to Na and Oa at temperatures above 283 K. The dissociated Na desorbed to form N2 by recombination of Na at 574 K and by a disproportionation reaction between atop-NO and Na at 471 K. Preadsorbed CO inhibited the adsorption of NO on atop sites, whereas adsorption on hollow sites was not affected by the coexistence of CO. The adsorbed CO reacted with dissociated Oa and desorbed as CO2 at 574 K.  相似文献

Using fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry (MS), cross-chiral relationships were confirmed for the first time for the diasteromeric host-guest complexations between the chiral crown ether host (1) and the chiral organic ammonium ion guest (2) on the basis of the relative peak intensities (RPI). Both host–guest combinations (R, R, R, R) – 1, (R) – 2 and (S, S, S, S) – 1, (S) – 2 obviously provided larger RPI values than the combination of both (R, R, R, R) – 1, (S) – 2 and (S, S, S, S) – 1, (R) – 2 by a factor of 1.6 as an averaged value: 1.87 (n = 4)/1.16 (n = 4) = 1.6. These results are consistent with the expected stabilities of the host-guest complexations by CPK model examinations. Successfully observed cross-chiral examinations strongly suggest a potentially useful FABMS/RPI methodology for rapidly searching newly designed and synthesized crown ether-like host compounds with a higher degree of enantioselectivity.  相似文献

Five new resveratrol oligomers; pauciflorols A-C (1-3), isovaticanols B (6) and C (8), and three new oligostilbene glucosides; pauciflorosides A (11), B (13), C (14), were isolated from the stem bark of Vatica pauciflora (Dipterocarpaceae) together with known 17 resveratrol oligomers (4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 15-25) and bergenin (26). The structures of isolates were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. The typical and characteristic spectral properties of some resveratrol oligomers were also discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,2‐dihydro‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazine‐2,4‐dithiones (trithioisatoic anhydrides) 3 with N‐substi‐tuted benzylamines 9 gave 1,2‐dihydroquinazoline‐4‐thiones 10 , o‐thioureidodithiobenzoic acid 11 , o‐aminothiobenzamides 12 , 2‐amino‐3,1‐benzothiazine‐4‐thiones 13 , or quinazoline‐2,4‐dithiones 14 , depending on the kinds of amine and the reaction solvent. The Mössbauer spectra of Sm2Fe17Nx, prepared by the nitrogenation of Sm2Fe17 powders in an ammonia and hydrogen atmosphere, were observed at elevated temperatures to shed light on the thermal behavior of nitrogen in the compounds Sm2Fe17Nx. It was found that there were large differences in thermal behavior between the starting Sm2Fe17, crystalline Sm2Fe17Nx (x≈1.7) and amorphous Sm2Fe17Nx(x~7). The thermal decomposition behavior of Sm2Fe17N3.2, developed as one of the most promising hard magnetic materials, was found to be different under different atmospheres.  相似文献

We report a new aspect of rapid (<30 s) light-induced cell membrane damage photosensitized by 5,5"-bis(aminomethyl)-2,2':5',2"-terthiophene dihydrochloride (BAT), which is a water-soluble alpha-terthienyl analogue, using a high-power laser (light intensity 1.6 W cm(-2)). In this paper, we will discuss the relationship between the exposure time of the cells to the photosensitizer and the phototoxic process. Three toxic processes can be identified: first, a non-light-mediated toxicity dependent on BAT-cell incubation; second, a phototoxicity independent of BAT exposure time when the BAT concentration is in the 2-10-microM range; third, a phototoxicity dependent on BAT exposure time when BAT concentration becomes 20 microM. The cytotoxicity decreases when alpha-tocopherol, an antioxidant, is added to a cell membrane. This pattern of phototoxicity is the typical of a phospholipid peroxidation chain reaction and oxidative damage of membrane proteins triggered by a reactive oxygen species generated by a triplet state of BAT. The BAT exposure time is clearly correlated with the partition of the photosensitizer in the cell membrane and inside the cell.  相似文献
