Ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid?Cliquid microextraction (USA-DLLME) with low solvent consumption was demonstrated for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC?CMS) determination of 16 typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in seawater samples. Factors affecting the extraction process, such as extraction and dispersive solvent, phase ratio, temperature, extraction and centrifugation time, were investigated thoroughly and optimized. The linear range was 20?C2,000 ng L?1 except for acenaphthylene (Acy) at 10?C2,000 ng L?1 and phenanthrene (Phe), fluoranthene (Flu) and pyrene (Py) all at 5?C2,000 ng L?1. Enrichment factors (EFs) ranging from 722 to 8,133 were obtained, achieving limits of detection at 1.0?C10.0 ng L?1. The method attained good precision (relative standard deviation, RSD) from 3.4 to 14.2% for spiked 50 ng L?1 individual PAHs standards. Method recoveries were in the range 87?C124% and 70?C127% for spiked samples from simulated seawater and beach seawater, respectively. The proposed USA-DLLME helped to obtain about 1.1?C10 times higher EFs in a minimum amount of solvent and in less time than traditional DLLME.  相似文献

Catalytic hydrogenation of lactic acid to propylene glycol was performed over various metals (Ag, Co, Cu, Ni, Pt, and Ru) supported on silica prepared by an incipient wetness impregnation method. The loading amount of each metal was 5 wt%. Crystallinity of the synthesized catalysts was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the BET method was utilized to examine the surface area. Pore volume and pore size of catalysts were determined using BJH analysis of the N2 adsorption isotherm. Particle sizes of various metals were determined from transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images. The catalytic activity was found to be strongly dependent on the supported metal. Among catalysts tested, Ru/SiO2 showed the highest propylene glycol yield. The yield of propylene glycol increased with pressure, and the highest yield was achieved at 130 °C.  相似文献

Reactions of the precursors [Ni(macrocyclic ligand)](2+) with [W(CN)(8)](3-) afford two octacyanotungstate-based assemblies, (H(2)L(1))(0.5)[Ni(L(1))][W(CN)(8)]·2DMF·H(2)O (L(1) = 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) (1) and [Ni(L(2))](3)[W(CN)(8)](2)·4H(2)O (L(2) = 3,10-dipropyl-1,3,5,8,10,12-hexaazacyclotetradecane) (2). Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 consists of anionic one-dimensional (1D) linear chains, while 2 is built of 2D graphite-like layers with (6, 3) topology. Magnetic studies reveal that both complexes exhibit metamagnetic behavior from the spin-canted antiferromagnet to the ferromagnet induced by field.  相似文献

Some new diorganotin(IV) derivatives of the formulae, R2SnL, where R=Me, n-Bu, Ph, and n-Oct, and L is the dianion of histidinylalanine (H2L-1) and histidinylleucine (H2L-2) have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnCl2 and the preformed sodium salt of the respective dipeptides. The bonding and coordination behaviour in these derivatives are discussed on the basis of FT-IR, multinuclear 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR and 119Sn M?ssbauer spectroscopic studies. These investigations suggest that dipeptides in R2SnL act as dianionic tridentate coordinating through the COO(-), NH2 and N(-)peptide groups. The 119Sn M?ssbauer studies, together with the NMR data, suggest a trigonal bipyramidal geometry around tin in R2SnL with the alkyl/aryl groups and Npeptide in the equatorial positions, while a carboxylic oxygen and the amino nitrogen atom occupy the axial positions.  相似文献

Selective dopamine (DA) determinations using porous‐carbon‐modified glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) were studied. The effects of structure textures and surface functional groups of the porous carbons on the electrochemical behavior of DA was analyzed based on both cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) measurements. The differential pulse voltammetry of DA on the modified GCE was determined in the presence of 400‐fold excess of AA, and the linear determination ranges of 0.05–0.99, 0.20–1.96, and 0.6–12.60 μM with the lowest detected concentrations of 4.5×10?3, 4.4×10?2, and 0.33 μM were obtained on the mesoporous carbon, mesoporous carbon with carboxylic and amino groups modified electrodes, respectively.  相似文献

3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid (H3L) reacts with nitrate salts of lanthanide(III) (Ln=Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, and Er) under hydrothermal conditions to form a series of lanthanide polymers 1-9. These nine polymers have the same crystal system of monoclinic, but they exhibit three different kinds of metal-organic framework structures. The complexes {[Ln2(HL)3(H2O)4].2H2O}n (Ln=Pr (1), Nd (2), and Sm (3)) were isostructural and exhibited porous 3D frameworks with a Cc space group. The complexes {[Ln2(HL)3(H2O)3].3H2O}n (Ln=Eu (4), Gd (5), and Tb (6)) were isostructural and built 2D double-decker (2DD) frameworks with a P21/c space group. The complexes {[Ln(HL)(H2L)(H2O)2]}n ((Ln=Dy (7), Ho (8), and Er (9)) were also isostructural and formed 2D monolayer (2DM) frameworks with a P21/n space group. The structure variation from the 3D porous framework to the 2D double-decker to the 2D monolayer is attributed to the lanthanide contraction effect. Notably, six new coordination modes of 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid were observed, which proved that 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid may be used as an effective bridging ligand to assemble lanthanide-based coordination polymers. The photophysical and magnetic properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

A new solid-phase extraction adsorbent was prepared by employing a two-step "grafting from" approach to anchor a multidentate N-donor ligand, 5-azacytosine onto hydrothermal carbon (HTC) microspheres for highly selective separation of U(VI) from multi-ion system. Fourier-transform infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies were used to analyze the chemical structure and properties of resultant HTC-based materials. The adsorption behavior of U(VI) onto the adsorbent was investigated as functions of pH, contact time, ionic strength, temperature, and initial U(VI) concentration using batch adsorption experiments. The U(VI) adsorption was of pH dependent. The adsorption achieved equilibrium within 30min and followed a pseudo-second-order equation. The adsorption amount of U(VI) increased with raising the temperature from 283.15 to 333.15K. Remarkably, high ionic strength up to 5.0molL(-1) NaNO(3) had only slight effect on the adsorption. The maximum U(VI) adsorption capacity reached 408.36mgg(-1) at 333.15K and pH 4.5. Results from batch experiments in a simulated nuclear industrial effluent, containing 13 co-existing cations including uranyl ion, showed a high adsorption capacity and selectivity of the adsorbent for uranium (0.63mmolUg(-1), accounting for about 67% of the total adsorption amount).  相似文献

Naphthalenediimide (NDI) derivatives with 2,6- or 2,3,6,7-tetrabromo or amino substituents were prepared. N,N'-dialkyl-2,6-dibromo NDI (compound 2) and N,N'-dialkyl-2,3,6,7-tetrabromo NDI (compound 4) show phosphorescence emission at 610 or 667 nm, respectively. Phosphorescence was never observed for NDI derivatives. Conversely, N,N'-dialkyl-2,6-dibromo-3,7-diamino NDI (compound 5) shows strong absorption at 526 nm and fluorescence at 551 nm, and no phosphorescence was observed. However, nanosecond time-resolved transient difference absorption spectroscopy confirmed that the triplet excited state of 5 was populated upon photoexcitation. 2,3,6,7-Tetraamino NDI (6) shows fluorescence, and no triplet excited state was populated upon excitation. The compounds were used as singlet oxygen ((1)O(2)) photosensitizers for the photooxidation of 1,5-dihydroxylnaphthalene (DHN). We found that 5 is more efficient than the conventional photosensitizer, such as Ir(ppy)(2)(bpy)[PF(6)]. The compounds were also used as organic triplet photosensitizers for triplet-triplet annihilation based upconversions. An upconversion quantum yield up to 18.5% was observed.  相似文献

微波消解ICP-MS法测定广西北部湾海鸭蛋中硒和锗的含量   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以硝酸-过氧化氢(体积比为5:3)混合溶液为消解剂,微波消解法处理海鸭蛋样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品溶液中的硒和锗的含量。选择适合的同位素元素,运用碰撞室技术(CCT)降低多原子离子对元素硒、锗的干扰,用钇作为在线内标。硒、锗工作曲线的线性范围均为0.0-100.0ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9996;硒、锗的检出限分别为1.1,0.15ng/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.78%,5.70%(n=6),加标回收率为92.2%-104.0%。用该法测定国家标准物质黄鱼(GBW08573)中硒的含量,测定值在标称值范围内。  相似文献
