The study of terbium generated bacterirhodopsin

The localization of Terbium (Tb³⁺) cations binding to deionized bacteriorhodopsin (bR) has been studied by using spectroscopic methods. It was found that adding Tb³⁺ cations to deionized bR affects the fluorescence lifetimes of tryptophan (Trp) in bR, the wavelength of fluorescence peak shifts “blue” and the peak value of fluorescence decreases. It was also found that adding one Tb³⁺ cation to deionized bR can restore the purple state from its blue state obviously. The measurements of absorbance, fluorescence and lifetime of fluorescence also show that when more than three Tb³⁺ cations are added, no further changes can be found. It is suggested that one Tb³⁺ specific binding site for the color-controlling is located on the exterior of the bR trimer structure to negatively charged lipids near Trp-10 and Trp-12. Three Tb³⁺ cations binding per bR is needed for the regenerated bR.     

Facile Total Synthesis of (±)‐Nimbiol

A facile total synthesis of (±)‐nimbiol 1 has been achieved. In order to decrease the dioxo byproduct 2a , an improved oxidation system of CrO₃/H₂O/HOAc/NaOAc was used.

某些苯二醛类双Schiff碱及其双铜(Ⅱ)配合物研究

用2-甲氧基-5-氯-1,3-苯二甲醛与含有不同取代基团X的邻氨基酚缩合,合成了一系列双Schiff碱L-X(X=OMe,diMe,Me,t-Bu,H,Cl,NO_2),它们与乙酸铜(Ⅱ)作用生成了一系列的双核配合物Cu_2L-X(OEt).用红外、紫外、磁天平、顺磁共振等手段对配合物进行了表征,并通过量化计算(CNDO/2法)探讨了配合物的成键性质。研究结果表明,该类配合物是一个较大的共轭体系,配合物中Cu(Ⅱ).Cu(Ⅱ)之间有较强的反铁磁性交换作用,其共轭程度和交换作用强弱皆随X基团的不同而呈现某种变化规律。     

Mass transfer in shell-core inorganic TIP1 ion exchanger

The ion exchange processes of (OAc^–) and (OAc^–) proceeding in shell-core inorganic ion exchanger Ti (HPO₄)₂·1/2H₂O has been studied and the diffusion equation whose boundary conditions are satisfied by a shell-core model was solved. Based on the equation solved and experimental data, the diffusion coefficients corresponding to the exchange process (OAc^–) and Li⁺–H⁺ (OAc^–) at 17°C are found to be 7.7×10^–9 and 6.2×10^–8 cm² s^–1 and the activation energies 3.4×10⁴ and 5.0×10³ J mol^–1, respectively. Compared to the gel type of styrene-divinylbenzene strong acid exchanger with 20% cross linking, it can be concluded that the rate of or exchange is 3.5 times faster than that in the organic exchanger.TIP was obtained from the Salt Lake Institute of the Academy of Science of China.     

LnSrNiO4-λ系列复合氧化物的物化性质与对NO分解的催化性能

用柠檬酸络合法合成了Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４结构的ＬｎＳｒＮｉＯ４－λ（Ｌｎ＝Ｌａ，Ｐｒ，Ｎｄ，Ｓｍ，Ｇｄ）系列稀土取代类钙钛石型复合氧化物催化剂，对该系列催化剂的固态物理、化学性质及其对ＮＯ分解的催化性能进行研究。结果表明，该系列复合氧化物催化剂对ＮＯ分解活性都很高，在此基础上对该系列复合氧化物中稀土元素对ＮＯ分解反应的取代效应进行了探讨。     

H3PW12O40 and its cesium salts as pentane isomerization catalysts at ambient temperature

The activity of Mg−Al basic heterogeneous catalysts in the reactions of alcohols with ethylene oxide was studied. The kinetics of alcohol oxyethylation was examined. The kinetic equation of the reaction was determined and the structure of products was studied. The distribution coefficients of the oxyethylation reaction products were calculated. A comparison of the catalytic activity of Mg−Al hydroxides and products of their thermal treatment was made.
