Effect of dispersion degree of orientation on dielectric properties of (100)-oriented PST thin film

(100) Oriented (Pb_xSr_1−x)TiO₃ (PST) thin films were prepared on indium tin oxide coated glass substrates by sol–gel technique with rapid thermal processing. The dielectric permittivity and tunability of the thin films with different dispersion degrees of orientation were investigated in detail by characterizing the full width at half maximum of their (100) peak based on rocking curves at different annealing temperatures. Influence of orientation dispersion on dielectric properties was exhibited in the tunable dielectric thin films. It shows that the dielectric constant and hence the tunability of the sol–gel derived PST thin films are improved with the decrease in the dispersion degree of orientation of the perovskite phase other than the increase in the content of crystalline phase in the thin films. The dielectric constant (capacitance) and figure of merit of the oriented thin films are 3–6 times and 1 times higher than that of randomly oriented thin film respectively.

Carbon nitride with encapsulated nickel for semi-hydrogenation of acetylene: pyridinic nitrogen is responsible for hydrogen dissociative adsorption

A new mechanism of catalyst has been demonstrated in this article. With the interaction between carbon nitride (CN) and encapsulated nickel, the CN in the catalyst has been endowed with new active sites for the adsorption and activation of hydrogen while nickel itself is physically isolated from the contact with reactive molecules. For the selective hydrogenation of acetylene in large amount of ethylene, the catalyst shows excellent ethylene selectivity than the nickel catalyst itself, which is almost totally unselective. Meanwhile, the CN itself is inactive for the reaction. The results of characterization demonstrate that pyridinic nitrogen doped in the carbon matrix should be the active sites for hydrogen dissociative adsorption. The theoretical calculations further confirm the results and provide with the detail in the electron transfer between nickel and CN in the catalyst. The current results supply a new concept for design of high performance catalyst.     

Spherically Averaged Endpoint Strichartz Estimates For The Two­Dimensional Schrödinger Equation

The endpoint Strichartz estimates for the Schrödinger equation is known to be false in two dimensions[7]. However, if one averages the solution in L2 in the angular variable, we show that the homogeneous endpoint and the retarded half­endoint estimates hold, but the full retarded endpoint fails. In particular, the original verisions of these estimates hold for radial data     

基于后向散射模型的蒸汽湿度测量及仿真

为了更加准确地测量出汽轮机末级蒸汽湿度,为锅炉给水量提供依据,促进汽轮机内部除湿技术的发展,采用了后向角散射法的思路设计了湿蒸汽参数测量模型,并对模型所需物理量进行了详细的计算,为后向散射法测量蒸汽湿度的研究提供参考。通过对模型进行仿真模拟以及实验研究,得到了后向散射光光强数据。通过对比仿真模拟数据与实验数据,验证了该模型的可行性与有效性,对光散射法测量蒸汽湿度的实验分析以及工程实践具有重要意义。     

Simultaneous determination of cucurbitacin IIa and cucurbitacin IIb of Hemsleya amabilis by HPLC–MS/MS and their pharmacokinetic study in normal and indomethacin‐induced rats

A selective and sensitive HPLC–MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of cucurbitacin IIa (cuIIa) and cucurbitacin IIb (cuIIb), the major bioactive cucurbitacins of Hemsleya amabilis, in rat plasma using euphadienol as internal standard (IS). After liquid–liquid extraction with dichloromethane, separation was achieved on a Syncronis HPLC C₁₈ column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using an isocratic mobile phase system consisting of acetonitrile–water (85:15, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min with a split ratio of 1:2. Detection was performed on a TSQ Quantum Ultra mass spectrometer equipped with an positive‐ion electrospray ionization source. The lower limits of quantification (LLOQs) were 0.25 and 0.15 ng/mL for cuIIa and cuIIb, respectively. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision was <11.5% for the LLOQs and each quality control level of the analytes, and accuracy was between ?9.1 and 7.6%. The extraction recoveries of the analytes and IS from rat plasma were all >87.1%. The method was fully validated and applied to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of the two cucurbitacins in rat plasma after oral administration of H. amabilis extract between normal and indomethacin‐induced rats.
