Bio-based and patient-specific three-dimensional (3D) scaffolds can present next generation strategies for bone tissue engineering (BTE) to treat critical bone size defects. In the present study, a composite filament of poly lactic acid (PLA) and 45S5 bioglass (BG) were used to 3D print scaffolds intended for bone tissue regeneration. The thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technique was used to produce composite spheres that were extruded into a continuous filament to 3D print a variety of composite scaffolds. These scaffolds were analyzed for their macro- and microstructures, mechanical properties, in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo biocompatibility. The results show that the BG particles were homogeneously distributed within the PLA matrix and contributed to an 80% increase in the mechanical strength of the scaffolds. The in vitro cytotoxicity analysis of PLA-BG scaffolds using L929 mouse fibroblast cells confirmed their biocompatibility. During the in vivo studies, the population of the cells showed an elevated level of macrophages and active fibroblasts that are involved in collagen extracellular matrix synthesis. This study demonstrates successful processing of PLA-BG 3D-printed composite scaffolds and their potential as an implant material with a tunable pore structure and mechanical properties for regenerative bone tissue engineering.  相似文献

A novel two-step method for the preparation of ( E )-2-chlorovinylthioarenes (or hetarenes) from thiols and 1,1,2-trichloroethane in the phase transfer catalytic systems solid K 2 CO 3 /solid KI/18-crown-6/xylene and solid KOH/18-crown-6/toluene has been developed. ( E )-2-chlorovinylthioarenes were isolated in yields up to 98%. Utilization of ( E )-2-chlorovinylthioarenes in the Heck and Stille reactions has been shown.  相似文献

Abstract

The thermal dissociation reaction of different phenol-blocked toluene diisocyanate crosslinkers has been studied by the use of differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that dissociation occurs after melting of the adduct. The dissociation reaction rate constants, activation energies, and the heat of reaction values are reported. Adducts with orthosubstituted phenols dissociate at a faster rate than those with para isomers. The regeneration of isocyanate functionality was identified by an infrared spectrophotometer.  相似文献

Two novel organotin supramolecular coordination polymers (SCP), namely, 3[Me3SnCu(CN)2·(EN)2], 1 and 3[Ph3SnCu(CN)2·(3-mpy)2], 2 are obtained by the reactions of K3[Cu(CN)4], ethyl nicotinate (EN) or 3-methylpyridine (3-mpy) and Me3SnCl or Ph3SnCl in H2O/acetonitrile solution at room temperature. 2D-layers are constructed via H-bonds between the parallel 1D-puckered chains which contain nanometer-sized [-CN(R3Sn)NC-] spacers connecting the tetrahedral (T-4) copper sites. The network structures of 1 and 2 consist of infinite layers connected by interlayer H-bonds forming 3D-framworks. 2 is the first compound in this family containing the Ph3Sn cation. The electronic absorption spectra of 1 and 2 reveal a broad band at 320 nm due to CT transition while the emission spectra exhibit high energy bands at 400-460 nm due to metal-centered (MC) transitions and low energy bands at 485-530 nm corresponding to MLCT. The 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine the in vitro antitumor effects of the SCP 1 and 2 on human breast cancer cell line, ZR-75-1. Cell cycle analysis revealed that the SCP 1 and 2 induced apoptosis in ZR-75-1 breast cancer cell line through activating caspase-3. Moreover, in vivo model, the compound SCP 2 suppressed tumor growth developed mammary carcinoma by 52.3%. Taken together, our novel compounds selectivity exhibit specific in vivo and in vitro antitumor effects.  相似文献

From the black coral Antipathies dichotoma, a sphingolipid (2S*,3S*,4E,8E)-2N-[tetradecanoyl]-4(E),8(E)-icosadiene-1,3-diol (1) and a steroid (22E)-methylcholesta-5,22-diene-1α,3β,7α-triol (2) were isolated. Other known compounds, 3β,7α-dihydroxy-cholest-5-ene (3), (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4) and (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (5). The structures were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature. The antibacterial activity of five compounds was evaluated.  相似文献

For the first time electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopic technique has been used for a highly selective determination of chlorpromazine. The method is based on the oxidation reaction of chlorpromazine with cerium(IV) in sulfuric acid media. In this method 3.8x10(-3) mol dm(-3) cerium(IV) was used in 0.035 mol dm(-3) sulfuric acid with the ESR spectra recorded at room temperature. A calibration equation of the following form was obtained over the linear concentration range of 10-100 ppm with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999: A=1.355+0.0382C. The results obtained by the ESR method were found to be comparable with those obtained by the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) method. The method suffers no interferences excipients rendering the method suitable for determination of this drug in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new endo-calix[4]naphthalene is described. The reaction sequence involves the cyclocondensation of a key bisnaphthylmethane intermediate (8) with formaldehyde. This key intermediate (8) is formed using a modified Suzuki-Miyaura Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction between bromomethylnaphthyl (6) and naphthylboronic acid (7), both of which can be derived from 2-hydroxynaphthoic acid.  相似文献

A set of poly(urethane‐imide)s were prepared using blocked Polyurethane (PU) prepolymer and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA). The PU prepolymer was prepared by the reaction of polyether glycol and 2,4‐tolylene diisocyanate, and end capped with N‐methyl aniline. The PU prepolymer was reacted with PMDA until the evolution of carbon dioxide ceased. The effect of tertiary amine catalysts, organo tin catalysts, solvents, and reaction temperature were studied and compared with the poly(urethane‐imide) prepared using phenol‐blocked PU prepolymer. N‐methyl aniline blocked PU prepolymer gave a higher molecular weight poly(urethane‐imide) at a lower reaction temperature in a shorter time. Amine catalysts were found to be more efficient than organo tin catalysts. The reaction was favorable in particular with N‐ethylmorpholine and diazabicyclo(2.2.2)octane (DABCO) as catalysts, and dimethylpropylene urea as a reaction medium. The poly(urethane‐imide)s were characterized by FTIR, GPC, TGA, and DSC analyses. The molecular weight decreased with an increase in reaction temperature.
