低分子量氯磺化聚乙烯对纳米Si3N4粉体表面处理   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用降解氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)的方法制备了低分子量氯磺化聚乙烯(LMCSM),将其作大分子表面改性剂对纳米氮化硅(Si3N4)粉体进行表面修饰,对改性前后的纳米Si3N4粉体采用沉降实验、FT-IR、TEM、TGA等方法进行了表征. 结果表明,LMCSM对纳米Si3N4粉体的改性主要为化学改性,其化学利用率为54%,物理利用率为29%;改性后的纳米Si3N4粉体的表面自由能从142.6 J/M2降至66.89 J/M2,在三氯甲烷中分散良好.  相似文献

通过实验和量子化学计算研究了植物多酚分解产物表棓儿茶素棓酸酯(EGCG)与V(Ⅴ)配合物的反应机理和光谱性质. 紫外-可见光谱分析发现, V(Ⅴ)与EGCG形成了二配位化合物, 该配合物在588和710 nm处均有吸收, 最大吸收峰在588 nm处. 通过含时密度泛函理论计算得到该配合物的模型化合物的吸收光谱. 用量子化学方法在B3LYP/6-311G水平上研究了多酚类化合物与V(Ⅴ)配位反应的机理, 获得了体系势能面信息及反应能垒, 证实了配位反应历程中存在多个基元反应, 并历经四元环状过渡态形成二配位化合物.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of butyl xanthate on the surface of lead oxide was investigated using continuous online in situ attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy technique and two dimensional(2D) correlation analysis.The adsorbed layer studied was prepared by coating α-PbO particles onto the surfaces of the ZnSe crystal.The appearance of spectral peaks at 1203 cm-1,1033 cm-1 and their red shift indicated the formation and aggregation of xanthate at the surface of α-PbO.According to 1R intensity changes after rinsing with deionized water and a NaOH solution,the adsorption was proved to be a chemisorption type.The competition between xanthate and OH for the surfaces leads to desorption of xanthate at higher pH.The technique of 2D correlation ATR-FTIR spectroscopy was used to evaluate the changing order of spectral intensities in the adsorption process,and the results indicated that xanthate micelles were formed at the surfaces.The adsorption kinetics of butyl xanthate was found to be a pseudo-second-order reaction model and the adsorption capacity of butyl xanthate at α-PbO was as high as 281 mg g-1 after 150 min.  相似文献

The prediction of secondary structure is a fundamental and important component in the analytical study of protein structure and functions. How to improve the predictive accuracy of protein structural classification by effectively incorporating the sequence‐order effects is an important and challenging problem. In this study, a new method, in which the support vector machine combines with discrete wavelet transform, is developed to predict the protein structural classes. Its performance is assessed by cross‐validation tests. The predicted results show that the proposed approach can remarkably improve the success rates, and might become a useful tool for predicting the other attributes of proteins as well. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper describes an improved access to mono‐6A‐aminoethylamino‐β‐CD (β‐CDen), a very efficient cationic chiral selector for CZE in the separation of eight chiral aromatic vicinal diols. The β‐CDen concentration has a strong influence on the efficiency of enantioseparation. The effects of the pH and concentration of the BGE, the capillary temperature, and the applied voltage on the resolution and separation selectivity have been studied. Excellent chiral resolution was achieved under the optimal conditions of β‐CDen 10 mM, pH 10, 200 mM borate buffer at 15 kV and 20°C within 20 min. Moreover, the developed method was successfully applied to the determination of the enantiomeric purity of the catalytic asymmetric dihydroxylation (AD) reaction products.  相似文献

[structure: see text] New functionalized mono- and bis-benzo[b]furan derivatives were synthesized and developed as blue-light emitting materials. They possessed a CN, CHO, CH=CHPh, CH=CPh(2), or CH=CHCOOH group at the C4-position. Two benzo[b]furan nuclei in bis-benzo[b]furan derivatives were connected by a divinylbenzene bridge. With good volatility and thermal stability, bis-benzo[b]furan 7a was fabricated as a device. It emitted blue light with brightness 53430 cd/m(2) (at 15.5 V) and high maximum external quantum efficiency 3.75% (at 11 V).  相似文献

Fluorescent materials exhibiting two‐photon induction (TPI) are used for nonlinear optics, bioimaging, and phototherapy. Polymerizations of molecular chromophores to form π‐conjugated structures were hindered by the lack of long‐range ordering in the structure and strong π–π stacking between the chromophores. Reported here is the rational design of a benzothiadiazole‐based covalent organic framework (COF) for promoting TPI and obtaining efficient two‐photon induced fluorescence emissions. Characterization and spectroscopic data revealed that the enhancement in TPI performance is attributed to the donor‐π‐acceptor‐π‐donor configuration and regular intervals of the chromophores, the large π‐conjugation domain, and the long‐range order of COF crystals. The crystalline structure of TPI‐COF attenuates the π–π stacking interactions between the layers, and overcomes aggregation‐caused emission quenching of the chromophores for improving near‐infrared two‐photon induced fluorescence imaging.  相似文献

Lithium metal is recognized as one of the most promising anode materials owing to its ultrahigh theoretical specific capacity and low electrochemical potential. Nonetheless, dendritic Li growth has dramatically hindered the practical applications of Li metal anodes. Realizing spherical Li deposition is an effective approach to avoid Li dendrite growth, but the mechanism of spherical deposition is unknown. Herein, a diffusion‐reaction competition mechanism is proposed to reveal the rationale of different Li deposition morphologies. By controlling the rate‐determining step (diffusion or reaction) of Li deposition, various Li deposition scenarios are realized, in which the diffusion‐controlled process tends to lead to dendritic Li deposition while the reaction‐controlled process leads to spherical Li deposition. This study sheds fresh light on the dendrite‐free Li metal anode and guides to achieve safe batteries to benefit future wireless and fossil‐fuel‐free world.  相似文献

The flame‐retardant microcapsules were successfully fabricated with an aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) core. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to verify that AHP was encapsulated in the microcapsules, and thermogravimetry analysis showed that microencapsulated AHP (MAHP) possessed higher thermal stability than that of AHP. Then, a flame‐retardant and smoke suppression system for silicone foams (SiFs) was obtained through a synergistic effect of MAHP and zinc borate (2ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O). The mechanical properties, flame retardance, and smoke suppression of SiFs with MAHP and zinc borate were tested using the tensile test, limiting oxygen index (LOI) test, UL‐94 test, and cone calorimeter test. The mechanical properties indicated that the tensile strength and elongation at break of SiFs could evidently improve with the incorporation of MAHP. Compared with pure SiF, SiF8 with 4.5‐wt% MAHP and 1.5‐wt% zinc borate could achieve an LOI value of 30.7 vol% and an UL‐94 V‐0 rating, the time to ignition amplified almost six times, the peak heat release rate and total heat release were 51.10% and 46.00% less than that of pure SiF, respectively, the fire performance index increased nearly 13 times, and the fire growth index value was only 13.18% of pure SiF. Moreover, the partial substitution of zinc borate imparted a substantial improvement in both flame retardancy and smoke suppression. Especially, the peak smoke production rate and total smoke production of SiF8 were merely 38.46% and 38.84% of pure SiF.  相似文献

A SrLiAl3N4:Eu2+ (SLA) red phosphor prepared through a high‐pressure solid‐state reaction was coated with an organosilica layer with a thickness of 400–600 nm to improve its water resistance. The observed 4f65d→4f7 transition bands are thought to result from the existence of Eu2+ at two different Sr2+ sites. Luminescence spectra at 10 K revealed two zero‐phonon lines at 15377 (for Eu(Sr1)) and 15780 cm?1 (for Eu(Sr2)). The phosphor exhibited stable red emission under high pressure up to 312 kbar. The configurational coordinate diagram gave a theoretical explanation for the Eu2+/3+ result. The coated samples showed excellent moisture resistance while retaining an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 70 % of their initial EQE after aging for 5 days under harsh conditions. White‐light‐emitting diodes of the SLA red phosphor and a commercial Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ yellow phosphor on a blue InGaN chip showed high color rendition (CRI=89, R9=69) and a low correlated color temperature of 2406 K.  相似文献
