Densities of binary mixtures of polar organic solvents with alcohols were measured at 25‡C. The solvents studied were N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, and formamide while alcohols were butanol, pentanol, hexanol, and 1,4-butanediol. Density measurements of hydrocarbons (from pentane to dodecane and some heptane isomers) + N,N-dimethylformamide were also performed. From these data the apparent molar volumes of alcohols and hydrocarbons as functions of concentration were calculated. The standard partial molar volumes were obtained by extrapolation to infinite dilution and are discussed in terms of group contributions.  相似文献

A column-switching high-performance liquid chromatographic method with UV detection for the determination of cocaine (COC) and benzoylecgonine (BZE) in human blood plasma samples is described. The method uses an alkyl-diol-silica ADS-C18 extraction precolumn. A 50- micro L plasma sample was introduced to the ADS precolumn in order to separate the analytes from proteins and endogenous compounds. The fraction containing COC and BZE was back-flushed and transferred to an Alltech mixed-mode C(18)/cation-exchange analytical column for final separation. The validation of the method revealed quantitative recoveries from 95.0 to 99.0% for COC at three different concentrations (0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 micro g mL(-1)), and from 96.0 to 99.0% for BZE at the same concentration levels with coefficients of variation <4.00% (n=5). The detection limit (signal to noise ratio (S/N)>3) was 0.03 micro g mL(-1) for all the compounds with an injection volume of 50 micro L. However, it was possible to enhance the sensitivity further by injecting larger plasma volumes, up to 200 micro L, at the same optimal conditions. The overlap of sample preparation, analysis and reconditioning of the extraction column, increase the overall sample throughput to 5 samples h(-1). The developed method has been applied to human blood plasma samples from subjects suspected of cocaine abuse.  相似文献

The water exchange process was accelerated for nine-coordinate, monohydrated macrocyclic GdIII complexes by inducing steric compression around the water binding site; the increased steric crowding was achieved by replacing an ethylene bridge of DOTA4- by a propylene bridge; in addition to the optimal water exchange rate, the stability of [Gd(TRITA)(H2O)]- is sufficiently high to ensure safe medical use which makes it a potential synthon for the development of high relaxivity, macromolecular MRI contrast agents.  相似文献

A photochromic naphthopyran derivative was embedded in sol-gel prepared thin ormosil films. The resulting samples show high transparency and exhibit a strong red colouration upon irradiation with UV light. The photostability of the photochromic molecules is strongly related to the nature of the embedding ormosil matrix. The introduction of organic functional groups into the inner pore surface of the matrix allows tailoring the chemical environment where the dye molecules will be allocated, in terms of the effectiveness of the interaction between the photochromic molecules and the Si-OH groups on the surface of the pores, affecting the stability of the molecules upon prolonged exposition to UV light. The photostability of the molecules was increased in matrices functionalized with larger organic groups, or with larger amount of modifying groups. In this way the photodegradation of the photochromic molecules could be reduced by a factor of 5, as compared with the photodegradation of the molecules in unfunctionalized silica matrix.  相似文献

Two new (η3‐allyl)palladium complexes containing the ligand 3,5‐dimethyl‐4‐nitro‐1H‐pyrazole (Hdmnpz) were synthesized and characterized as [Pd(η3‐C3H5)(Hdmnpz)2]BF4 ( 1 ) and [Pd(η3‐C3H5)(Hdmnpz)2]NO3 ( 2 ). The structures of these compounds were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction to evaluate the intermolecular assembly. Each complex exhibits similar coordination behavior consistent with cationic entities comprised of two pyrazole ligands coordinated with the [Pd(η3‐C3H5)]+ fragment in an almost square‐planar coordination geometry. In 1 , the cationic entities are propagated through strong intermolecular H‐bonds formed between the pyrazole NH groups and BF ions in one‐dimensional polymer chains along the a axis. These chains are extended into two‐dimensional sheet networks via bifurcated H‐bonds. New intermolecular interactions established between NO2 and Me substituents at the pyrazole ligand of neighboring sheets give rise to a three‐dimensional network. By contrast, compound 2 presents molecular cyclic dimers formed through N? H???O H‐bonds between two NO counterions and the pyrazole NH groups of two cationic entities. The dimers are also connected to each other through C? H???O H‐bonds between the remaining O‐atom of each NO ion and the allyl CH2 H‐atom. Those interactions expand in a layer which lies parallel to the face (101).  相似文献

The reactivity of Δ3- and Δ2-3-bromomethylcephems toward carboxylate nucleophiles has been studied. The Δ3-bromomethylcephem 1 , less reactive than the Δ2-analogue 4 , is converted in high yields into 3-acyl-oxymethyl-3-cephems 2a-d , generally with no isomerization of the double bond, only within a narrow range of conditions. In particular, the Δ3-7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) derivative 2a has been obtained as the only product in 91% yield by treatment of 1 with triethylammonium acetate in acetic acid. The Δ2-bromomethyl-cephem 4 is easily converted into the Δ2-acyloxymethyl-cepheras 5a-d without double bond isomerization, in very high yields.  相似文献

The lipase catalyzed resolution of trans-3,4-tetrahydrofuran and pyrrolidine bromohydrins by acylation or hydrolysis of their acylated derivatives has been studied. For both heterocycles, the best enantioselectivity was obtained using Candida antarctica lipase B as the catalyst in the hydrolytic processes. The enantiomerically pure bromohydrins are useful intermediates for the preparation of 3,4-fuctionalized cis-heterocycles.  相似文献

The activation of CS2 is of interest in a broad range of fields and, more particularly, in the context of creating new C−C bonds. The reaction of the dinuclear ytterbium(II) complex [Yb2L4], 1 , [L=(OtBu)3SiO] with carbon disulfide led to the isolation of unprecedented reduction products. In particular, the crystallographic characterization of complex [Yb2L4(μ-C2S2)], 2 , provided the first example of an acetylenedithiolate ligand formed from metal reduction of CS2. Computational studies indicated that this unprecedented reactivity can be ascribed to the unusual binding mode of CS22− in the isolated “key intermediate” [Yb2L4(μ-CS2)], 3 , which results from the dinuclear nature of 1 .  相似文献
