The photochemically induced reaction of OCSe and F(2), isolated together in an Ar matrix at about 15 K, leads to formation of the hitherto-unknown fluorocarbonylselenyl fluoride FC(O)SeF. The reaction occurs via a van der Waals complex O=C=Se...F-F that favors very early formation of the anti conformer. The presence and subsequent decay of a band assigned to the F-F vibration correlated with perturbed OCSe bands seems to confirm this hypothesis. Subsequent irradiation of the matrix leads to randomized FC(O)SeF by a photochemically induced conformational equilibrium between syn and anti forms. Another photochemical reaction channel is the formation of CO and SeF(2) molecules, which are produced in the same matrix cage and then form a loose complex. The changes were monitored and the products characterized experimentally by their IR spectra, and the spectra analyzed in the light of the results of theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Gaseous 2,2,2‐trifluoroethanol (TFE) is excited with synchrotron radiation between 10 and 1000 eV and the ejected electrons and positive ions are detected in coincidence. In the valence‐electron energy region, the most abundant species is CH2OH+. Other fragments, including ions produced by atomic rearrangements, are also detected; the most abundant are COH+, CFH2+ and CF2H2+. The energies of electronic transitions from C 1 s, O 1 s and F 1 s orbitals to vacant molecular orbitals are determined. A site‐specific C 1 s excitation is observed. The photofragmentation mechanisms after the excitation of core‐shell electrons are inferred from analysis of the shape and slope of the coincidence between two charged fragments in the bi‐dimensional coincidence spectra. The spectra are dominated by islands that correspond to the coincidence of H+ with several charged fragments. One of the most important channels leads to the formation of CH2OH+ and CF3+ in a concerted mechanism.  相似文献

Weakly bound 1:1 complexes formed between CS2 and a dihalogen molecule XY = Cl2, Br2, BrCl, ICl, or IBr have each been trapped in an Ar matrix and hence investigated experimentally by their IR spectra as well as theoretically by MP2 and density functional calculations. A planar structure, with an intermolecular angle close to 90 degrees , is expected for such a S=C=S...XY molecular complex. Moreover, for each system involving a heteronuclear dihalogen, two possible complexes exist, viz., S=C=S...XY and S=C=S...YX. The calculated structures, vibrational properties, and binding energetics of the complexes are analyzed, and the NBO formalism is used to interpret their bonding properties. The IR spectra of the complexes thus simulated provided vital guidance for the interpretation of the matrix spectra. For example, complexation was predicted and observed (i) to induce red shifts of the principal absorptions associated with both the CS2 and XY components and (ii) to result, through the change in symmetry, in activation of some modes that are IR-silent for the free components.  相似文献

These maximum principles provide uniqueness results for nonlinear differential equations with advanced arguments. The neotropical stink bugs, Euschistus heros, Piezodorus guildinii and Edessa meditabunda, are important pests of soybean and other crops throughout Central America and in South America from Northern Argentina to Brazil. Mate finding and host plant location in these species depend largely on their chemical communication, and semiochemicals are important mediators of these behaviors. In this study scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the external morphology, distribution and abundance of antennal sensilla on males, females and 5th instar nymphs of these species. Nine morphologically different sensilla types were found: trichod sensilla, type 1 and 2 (ST1 and ST2), long and short basiconic sensilla (SB1, SB2, and SB3), slit-tipped and knob-shaped basiconic sensilla, long chaetic sensilla (Sch) and coeloconic sensilla (Sco). Differences were detected in the abundance and arrangement of the sensilla over the antennal segments in individuals of the same species and among the species studied. The Sch, Sco and the slit-tipped and knob-shaped basiconic sensilla accounted for the major difference in sensilla types among the species. The ST1 was the most abundant type and was restricted to the flagellum. The pedicel of E. heros differs from the pedicels of P. guildinii and E. meditabunda mainly by the absence of Sch. There was a sexual dimorphism in ST1, SB1 and SB2, and this may be an indicative of their roles in detection of male-produced sex pheromone and odors derived from the host plants. The SB2 was lacking in the antennal tip of both sexes and 5th instar nymphs, but was abundant on the second flagellar segment of females of the three species. The same types of sensilla were found on 5th instar nymphs, but always in significantly lower numbers. The morphology and putative functions of each sensilla were compared and discussed.  相似文献
