Sorption behavior of 2,4-dichlorophenol on marine sediment

The sorption behavior of 2,4-dichlorophenol on marine sediments treated by different methods was investigated systematically. The sorption of 2,4-dichlorophenol on marine sediments was completed mainly via ion exchange and surface polar sorption. Both the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms were fit for describing its sorption behavior. The sorption behavior of 2,4-dichlorophenol was affected by various factors including aqueous salinity and temperature. The sorption amount of 2,4-dichlorophenol on marine sediments increased with increasing ion strength, but decreased with increasing temperature.     

Chemical Constituents from Cynoglossum gansuense

Two new alkaloids, i.e., (2,3‐dihydro‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrrol‐7‐yl)methyl (2S*,3S*)‐3‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]‐2‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)butanoate ( 1 ) and 1,2‐dihydro‐8‐methoxy‐2‐oxoquinoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 2 ), were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Cynoglossum gansuense, together with twelve known compounds Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by ¹H‐, ¹³C‐, and 2D‐NMR, as well as by HR‐MS experiments and comparison with literature data.     

Study the reactions of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides with N-alkylindoles

The reactions of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides R_fSO₂N₃1 with N-alkylindoles 2 have been studied in detail. It was found that both solvent and the amount of the azides seriously affected the product distribution. 1 reacted with equimolar of 2 in ether or 1,4-dioxane affording 2-(N-substituted-indolinylidene)fluoroalkane sulfonylimines 3 as major product; While, treatment of 2 with 2 equiv. of 1 in ethanol, an unexpected product N-substituted-2-fluoroalkanesulfonimino-3-diazo-indolines 4 were obtained in good yield. The reaction mechanism was discussed.     

对称三唑Schif碱和氯化铜配合物的研究

本文介绍水杨配合与４－氨基－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑缩合而成对称三唑Ｓｃｈｉｆ碱（ＳＡＥＴＺ）与氯化铜（ＣｕＣｌ２）形成一种新的配合物Ｃｕ（ＳＡＥＴＺ）２（ＳＡＥＴＺ＝４－（邻羟苯基亚甲基）－亚胺－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑）。配合物的晶体结构表明，分子中两个偶氮甲碱的Ｎ原子及两个酚氧原子与中心Ｃｕ原子形成规则的平面配位结构。晶体属单斜晶系，空间群Ｐ２１／ｎ，ａ＝８．６８８（２），ｂ＝９．３１４（１），ｃ＝１６．５１５（４），β＝９４．３４（２）。，Ｖ＝１３３２．５（７）３，Ｚ＝２。     

一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘

采用一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘 ,线性范围为 0～ 12 μg·ml-1,检出限为1.6μg·ml-1,对盐样进行重复测定 ,相对标准偏差≤ 1.9% ,对样品进行加标回收试验 ,回收率在 97.0 %～ 10 2 .5 % ,结果良好     

非晶SiO2纳米灯笼的制备和表征

在1000 ℃用活性炭把二氧化锡粉末还原成单质锡, 锡作为催化剂, 硅片作为硅源同时作为收集衬底, 在硅片上制备出了非晶SiO2纳米灯笼. 灯笼的一端连在硅片上, 另一端为一个锡球, 中间是一些圆弧状的SiO2纳米线把两端相连. 纳米灯笼具有良好的对称性. 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED) 和HRTEM自带的能谱分析仪(EDS)对样品的表面形貌、微观结构和成分进行了分析研究. 结果表明, 灯笼中SiO2纳米线为非晶态, 结点是晶态锡, 结点表面覆盖一层非晶态的硅的氧化物. 结合实验条件对纳米灯笼的生长机理进行了讨论, 提出了纳米灯笼生长的一个模型.     

Novel Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazoles via 1,3-Dipolar Cycloadditions of Alkynes to Azides in Ionic Liquid^＋

2-Azido-3,5-dichloropyridine and 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine were given by reaction of sodium azide with 2,3,5-trichloropyridine, 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine or 5-chloro-2,3-difluoropyridine in ionic liquids. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of 2-azido-3,5-dichloropyridine or 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine to alkynes in ionic liquids afforded the corresponding 1,4,5-trisubstituted [1,2,3]-triazoles in good yields and regioselectivities.     

Three-component one-pot total syntheses of glyantrypine, fumiquinazoline F, and fiscalin B promoted by microwave irradiation

A microwave-promoted three-component one-pot reaction has been developed to provide access to the core pyrazino[2,1-b]quinazoline-3,6-dione (1) scaffold, which is common to several families of alkaloids with significant biological activities. By adapting this synthetic strategy through the use of selected Boc-amino acids and amino acid esters, we have accomplished highly efficient and concise total syntheses of glyantrypine (2), fumiquinazoline F (3), and fiscalin B (5), achieving overall yields of 55, 39, and 20%, respectively.     

六元N-杂环配体TIAMPP的合成及其在不对称催化加氢中的应用

在三乙胺的作用下，利用（S）-3-羟甲基-1，2，3，4-四氢异喹啉（（S）-TicOL）和Ph2PCl缩合，得到六元N-杂环配体（S）-TIAMPP．研究了（S）-TIAMPP与Rh（I）形成的手性催化剂[Rh（（S）-TIAMPP）（COD）]BF。在脱氢氨基酸的衍生物中不对称催化加氢的对映选择性和适应性，以及该催化剂对N-苯甲酰基脱氢肉桂酸甲酯加氢过程中温度、压力、反应溶剂、底物与催化剂比例（S／C）对光学收率的影响．结果表明，在S／C=100，15℃，1．0MPa的甲醇溶液中，反应24h，[Rh（（S）-TIAMPP）（COD）]BF。对N-苯甲酰基脱氢肉桂酸甲酯加氢的光学收率可达到96％．
