Narrow-band-gap IV-VI semiconductors offer promising optoelectronic properties for integration as light-absorbing components in field-effect transistors, photodetectors, and photovoltaic devices. Importantly, colloidal nanostructures of these materials have the potential to substantially decrease the fabrication cost of solar cells because of their ability to be solution-processed. While colloidal nanomaterials formed from IV-VI lead chalcogenides such as PbS and PbSe have been extensively investigated, those of the layered semiconductors SnS, SnSe, GeS, and GeSe have only recently been considered. In particular, there have been very few studies of the germanium chalcogenides, which have band-gap energies that overlap well with the solar spectrum. Here we report the first synthesis of colloidal GeS and GeSe nanostructures obtained by heating GeI(4), hexamethyldisilazane, oleylamine, oleic acid, and dodecanethiol or trioctylphosphine selenide to 320 °C for 24 h. These materials, which were characterized by TEM, SAED, SEM, AFM, XRD, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and I-V conductivity measurements, preferentially adopt a two-dimensional single-crystal nanosheet morphology that produces fully [100]-oriented films upon drop-casting. Optical measurements indicated indirect band gaps of 1.58 and 1.14 eV for GeS and GeSe, respectively, and electrical measurements showed that drop-cast films of GeSe exhibit p-type conductivity.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the use of an incomplete Cholesky factorization (ICF) as a preconditioner for solving dense symmetric positive definite linear systems. This method is suitable for situations where matrices cannot be explicitly stored but each column can be easily computed. Analysis and implementation of this preconditioner are discussed. We test the proposed ICF on randomly generated systems and large matrices from two practical applications: semidefinite programming and support vector machines. Numerical comparison with the diagonal preconditioner is also presented.  相似文献

In this paper we study the bicomplex version of weighted Hardy spaces. Further, we describe reproducing kernels for the bicomplex weighted Hardy spaces. In particular, we generalize some results which holds for the classical weighted Hardy spaces. We also introduce the notion of bicomplex C*-algebra and discuss some of its properties.  相似文献

An efficient microwave promoted one-pot synthesis of steroidal and non-steroidal isothiazole derivatives from corresponding β-bromo-α,β-unsaturated aldehydes has been described using a sodium thiocyanate-urea system. The β-bromo-α,β-unsaturated aldehydes derivatives are efficiently synthesized from corresponding cyclic ketones using Vilsmeir formylation reaction. A mild and selective protocol has been developed for the palladium-catalyzed phosphine-free Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids in aqueous tea extract at room temperature. It is noteworthy that the aqueous tea extract plays an important role in the reaction, and various functional groups are tolerated under the optimized conditions. The reactions proceeded with very good chemoselectivity in favor of the bromo instead of the chloro group even at higher temperatures. Furthermore, this protocol could be applied to the cross-coupling of 4-bromoindole without protecting the base sensitive amine group with arylboronic acids in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

In this paper we consider a linear programming problem with the underlying matrix unimodular, and the other data integer. Given arbitrary near optimum feasible solutions to the primal and the dual problems, we obtain conditions under which statements can be made about the value of certain variables in optimal vertices. We derive in this paper an exact spherically symmetric solution coupled to scalar fields inn-dimensional Kaluza-Klein theory. A seven-dimensional solution is shown as a special case of the general solution. The solution has two even horizons. The inner horizon corresponds to the Schwarzschild black hole and the outer horizon is due to the scalar fields.  相似文献
