Various types of structural organization of polycomplex gels based on a lightly crosslinked anionic sulfonate gel and Astramol poly(propyleneimine) dendrimer of the fourth generation were studied. It was shown that along with macroscopic two-phase structure of the core-shell type, which is formed in the process of activated dendrimer sorption by anionic gel, a microheterogeneous composite with polycomplex phase particles of micron dimensions uniformly distributed in the network matrix is also formed. Such microheterogeneous composites are formed as a result of dendrimer molecule redistribution in a lightly crosslinked anionic gel during dendrimer charge change. The parameters of the microheterogeneous structure of polycomplex gel forms were evaluated by the laser scattering technique. It was found that the size of dendrimer aggregates depends on the value of the network degree of swelling.  相似文献

We report experimental evidence that electromagnetic coupling between physically separated planar metal patterns located in parallel planes provides for extremely strong polarization rotatory power if one pattern is twisted with respect to the other, creating a chiral object. In terms of a rotary power per sample thickness equal to one wavelength, the bilayered structure rotates 5 orders of magnitude stronger than a gyrotropic crystal of quartz in the visible spectrum.  相似文献

Resonant ultrasound spectroscopy was used to measure the elastic constants of bcc Ta0.33V0.67 over the temperature range 3.5–300?K; the results were compared to earlier measurements on C15 TaV2. The temperature dependence of the polycrystalline shear modulus is completely different in the two phases; that of the bcc phase decreases with temperature whereas that of the C15 phases increases in an anomalous fashion. This difference is consistent with a model involving doubly-degenerate levels at the X point of the Brillouin zone in the C15 phase with the Fermi level lying near the doubly degenerate level. This model accounted for the unusual behaviour of the C15 phase. Debye temperatures were determined from the ultrasonic measurements: 295?K for the C15 phase and 315?K for the bcc phase.  相似文献

By using an asymptotic approach [1], the method of partitioning the state of stress is extended to thermoelastic shells. It is examined in detail in [2] forun-heated shells subjected to the effect of external forces, and consists of representing the total state of stress of the shell as the sum of those simpler states of stress for each of which the simplest methods for their construction can be given.Partitioning of the state of stress was performed in [3] for shells with a constant temperature over the thickness. It was noted in [4] in an analysis of a circular cylindrical shell by bending theory that integrals extended over the whole middle surface, which describe the fundamental state of stress, and integrals which damp out with distance from the edges and represent edge effects are contained in the general solution. In a number of papers, [5] for example, partitioning is performed on the basis of graphic physical representations for simple examples of analyzing circular cylindrical shells.A general approach to the analysis of rigid thermoelastic shells by the partitioning method is described below.  相似文献

It was established that isopropyl salicylate can be used similarly to 1,3-diketones as a key component for a new efficient extraction system for selective separation of alkali metal cations. According to DFT modeling of complexes of isopropyl salicylate and 1,3-diketone with alkali metal cations (Li+, Na+, K+), six-membered metallacycles are formed whose stability decreases along the series Li > Na > K, which results in the observed enhanced affinity to lithium. The extraction ability of isopropyl salicylate is manifested in the presence of trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO). The newly obtained complexes of isopropyl salicylate with alkali metal cations as well as their extracts in a mixture with TOPO are characterized by means of FT-IR, Raman, and NMR spectroscopy. The probable structure of the extracted lithium complex is presumed and the role of TOPO in the extraction process is investigated in detail. Extraction experiments showed extremely high separation coefficients for Li/Na and Li/K pairs in the extraction from a model multi-component solution.  相似文献

The processes proceeding at the contact of highly swollen lightly cross-linked polyelectrolyte networks with aqueous solutions of oppositely charged linear polyions were studied. The reactions under discussion proceed as frontal processes and follow by strong (three orders of magnitude) contraction of the gel sample. The existence of sharp boundary between outer weakly swollen layer which is the reaction product—interpolyelectrolyte complex and the highly swollen inner part which is the initial unconverted gel is characteristic for the process. The kinetics of linear polyions absorption by polyelectrolyte networks and factors controlling the rate of sorption such as chemical structure of polyelectrolytes, nature and concentration of simple salts, pH, temperature were investigated. The “relay-race” mechanism of linear polyelectrolyte transport was established.  相似文献

Interaction of salmon sperm DNA (300-500 bp) and ultrahigh molecular mass DNA (166 kbp) from bacteriophage T4dC with linear poly(N-diallyl-N-dimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) and slightly cross-linked (#) PDADMAC (#PDADMAC) hydrogel in water has been studied by means of UV-spectroscopy, ultracentrifugation, atomic force, and fluorescence microscopy (FM). It is found that the linear polycation induced compaction of either native (double-stranded) or denatured (single-stranded) DNA by forming PDADMAC-DNA interpolyelectrolyte complexes (IPEC)s. At the same time, #PDADMAC hydrogel is able to distinguish between native and denatured DNA. Native DNA is adsorbed and captured in the hydrogel surface layer, while denatured DNA diffuses to the hydrogel interior until the whole hydrogel sample is transformed into the cross-linked IPEC. Both native and denatured DNA can be completely released from the hydrogel in appropriate conditions with no degradation by adding a low molecular salt. The data observed using conventional physicochemical methods with respect to DNA of a moderate molecular mass remarkably correlate with the pictures directly observed for ultrahigh molecular mass DNA in dynamics by using FM.  相似文献
