γ-Lactone-cis-annulation to Δ2- and Δ3- Cholestene. From Δ2- and Δ3- cholestene the γ-lactones 11a , 11b , 12a , and 12b are synthesized through the dibromocarbene adducts 3 and 4 , the bromohydrines 5 and 6 , the oxapiropentanes 7 and 8 , and the cyclobutanones 9a , 9b and 10a , 10b , respectively. The 13C-NMR.-spectra of 1–8 and 11 as well as the ORD.-spectra of the cyclobutanones 9 and 10 are reported.  相似文献

The 1-ferrocenyl-2-methyl-1-propylamine (2a)is the most effective chiral template in asymmetrically induced peptide synthesis by stereoselective four component condensation (4CC). Two routes for the synthesis of this amine via its N,N-dimethyl derivative (12a) an described. One route involves the conversion of 12a into the corresponding azide 14a by treatment with methyl iodide/sodium azide in diglyme/water and subsequent reduction of the azide. The preferred other route consists of treating 12a with thioglycolic acid/formic acid to yield the carboxymethylmercapto derivative 9a and transformation of the latter into 2a with aqueous ammonia/ammonium chloride/mercuric chloride. The 13C NMR spectra of a series of 7-substituted 1,4-dialkylspiro[4.5]decanes and of suitable reference compounds are assigned and the derived substituent effects upon the chemical shifts are discussed. In particular, consideration of γ and δ-effects allows the differentiation between 1,4-cis- and 1,4-trans-compounds. Furthermore, the (relative) configuration of the chiral spiroatom C-5 is determined.  相似文献

Ternary Fission     
In this review paper, ternary fission is defined as the break-up of heavy nuclei into three fragments of approximately equal mass. This relatively new type of nuclear decay has been investigated intensively during the last decade. Muga has studied ternary fission induced by thermal neutrons in uranium. The results of his experiments are discussed in detail. Ternary fission can definitely be observed and studied in the interaction of heavy target elements with 39 MeV alpha particles, 20 GeV protons, and 300—400MeV argon ions. The ratio of binary-to-binary fission for uranium is approximately 10?4: 100 in the interaction of 39 MeV alpha particles, approximately 0.1:100 for 20 GeV protons, and 3:100 for 400MeV argon ions. A theoretical model for the interpretation of ternary fission, the “cascade model”, is described. The paper concludes with a discussion of the possible connection of ternary fission with the production and decay of still undiscovered super-heavy elements (Z = 114).  相似文献

Motivated by the concept of maximum entropy methods in signal and image processing, we introduce and discuss a class of ‘directed diffusion equations’ with suitable boundary conditions. The paradigmatic ‘directed diffusion equation’ is The relative entropy $ Sb[f](t): = - \int_\Omega {f(t,x)} \;\ln \;(f(t,x)/b(x))dx $ is rapidly increasing along solution trajectories of (i). This suggests that solving (i) will yield efficient procedures for entropy maximization. Efforts are described to design simple, fully flexible but conformationally preorganised omega-hydroxy-nonanoic acids that could serve as the conformation controlling unit in analogues of the potent protein-kinase C activator aplysiatoxin. Such analogues are macrodilactones incorporating the designed omega-hydroxy-nonanoic acid and 3,4-dihydroxy-pentanoic acid, which contains the pharmacophoric groups. The design process (replacement of CH(2) groups by an oxygen atom, annelation of a six-membered ring and placement of alkyl substituents) of the omega-hydroxy-nonanoic acids was monitored by force-field calculations. In the end of this process simple analogues of aplysiatoxin are proposed in which the proper disposition of the pharmacophoric groups is secured by a conformationally flexible but preorganised template structure as part of the macrodilactone ring.  相似文献
