An efficient synthesis of 9,10-disubstituted phenanthrenes is described in this Letter. These novel useful building blocks were obtained in a one-pot reaction including Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling followed by a Dieckmann-Thorpe ring closure under microwave irradiation. The selection of the appropriate reagents and the optimal reaction conditions to isolate the intermediate biphenyl compound or the final substituted phenanthrenes in high yields will be discussed in this Letter.  相似文献

Substituted 2-bromobenzaldehydes were synthesized from benzaldehydes using a three-step sequence involving a selective palladium-catalyzed ortho-bromination as the key step. O-Methyloxime serves as a directing group in this reaction. A rapid deprotection of substituted 2-bromobenzaldoximes afforded substituted 2-bromobenzaldehydes with good overall yields.  相似文献

New routes to ladder‐type phenylene materials 1 and 2 are described. The oligomers 1 and 2 , which possess a “3π‐2spiro” architecture, have been synthesized by using extended diketone derivatives 3 and 10 as key intermediates. The physicochemical properties of the new blue‐light emitter 2 were studied in detail and compared with those of the less‐extended 1 . Owing to the recent development of fluorenone derivatives and their corresponding more conjugated analogues as potential electron‐transport materials in organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) and as n‐type materials for photovoltaic applications, we also report herein the thermal, optical and electrochemical behavior of the key intermediates, diketones 3 and 10 . Finally, the application of dispiro 2 as a new light‐emitting material in OLEDs is reported.  相似文献

The mechanical vibrations have been perceived as unhealthy, although in some circunstances these may lead to a human body fortification. The trainings that use the vibrating stimulus have certain advantages to the classical trainings. Stabilizers and postural muscles are less visible, being hidden by large muscle groups and have little growth potential. For this reason most types of training does not focus on training and strengthening them. This article presents the advantages of training muscular groups of the vertebral column performed on vibrating plates. This type of training has the advantage that besides the requiring to all muscles in where the vibratory stimulus reaches, leads to an increase flexibility of joints. The crystal structures of closely related quinoline compounds substituted at the 2‐position by a vinyl group, either including a Cl atom [2‐(1‐chloro‐2‐methylprop‐1‐enyl)‐8‐nitroquinoline, C13H11ClN2O2, (I)] or not [2‐(2‐methylprop‐1‐enyl)‐8‐nitroquinoline, C13H12N2O2, (II)], show an important deviation of the vinyl group from coplanarity with the quinoline ring system if the Cl atom is present. The nitro group is perpendicular [in (II)] or nearly so [in (I)] to the quinoline ring system. In (II), all non‐H atoms except the nitro O atoms are located on a crystallographic mirror plane.  相似文献

This paper describes a method for the preparation of oxybispyridines bearing several halogens, which could be further transformed into other functional groups thus giving access to libraries with the bis-pyridyl ether moiety as the common structural feature of interest in cholinergic medicinal chemistry.
