M-ZSM-12型分子筛的合成与鉴定

在碱性介质中,以甲基三乙基溴化铵为模板剂,采用水热晶化法合成了M-ZSM-12型(M=B,Ga,Ge)分子筛,考察了影响合成的因素。通过x射线衍射、扫描电镜、IR、XPS、²⁹Si高分辨固体核磁共振谱和TG-DTA等方法证明了M对ZSM-12型分子筛骨架的同晶取代。     

The Mechanism of Phase Transition of Molecular Sieve VPI-5 into AlPO4-8

The aluminophosphate molecular sieve VPI-5 has received much attention as a new structure containing one-dimensional circular pores circumscribed by 18 tetrahedral atoms. The AlPO_4-8 is another new type of structure which was found to contain 1 4-ring open pores. Recently, we have successfully synthesized the molecular sieves of VPI-5 and AlPO_4-8, and found that the mixture of VPI-5 and AlPO_4-8 was easily formed under similar conditions, and VPI-5 can be converted to AlPO_4-8 by dehydration via heating. It is suggested that there exists relationship between the structures of VPI-5 and A1PO_4-8. Therefore, the study on the transition and relationship between VPI-5 and A1PO_4-8 is very important for designing and preparing new molecular sieves with new structures.     

Influence of the soliton in anharmonic molecular crystals with temperature on Mössbauer effect

The influence of a soliton on the properties of the M?ssbauer effect resulting from the gamma-active nuclei situated at lattice sites in quasi-one-dimensional anharmonically organic molecular chains, in which the active nuclei emit gamma-photons, has been theoretically studied by a quantum vibrational model. An expression for the gamma-radiated M?ssbauer transition probability as a function of the temperature and non-linear interaction has been obtained. Finally we give some new properties of this effect from numerical calculation in such a case, which present a way to experimentally confirm the soliton existence in molecular crystals. Analysis of the Switching Characteristics of TOAD

The dynamic gain responses of the semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) in a terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD) to intense control pulses with different input energies and pulse widths are investigated. The influences on the switching characteristics of TOAD for different control pulse energies, widths, loop time asymmetry, and time delays between the signal pulse and control pulse are studied and analyzed in detail. The theoretical analysis coincides well with the experimental result.
