A series of benzenesulfonamide-appended [1,2,3]-triazole hybrids was synthesized by using [3 + 2] cycloaddition of primary, secondary, and tertiary sulfonamide azides with various phenoxymethylacetylenes under click reaction conditions. After structural characterization, the compounds were subjected to in-silico absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity (ADMET) screening to evaluate their drug-likeness and other pharmacokinetic parameters. Furthermore, their in vitro antiplasmodial potential was assessed against Plasmodium falciparum (3D7) strain, and some of the synthesized compounds displayed promising antimalarial potency. On cytotoxicity evaluation using MTT cell viability assay, the most active candidate N-(4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-yl)-4-(4-(4-nitrophenoxy)methyl)-1H-[1,2,3]-triazol-1-yl)benzenesulfonamide ( 14 ; IC50 6.2 μg/mL) demonstrated CC50 7.5 μg/mL against human hepatocarcinoma (HUH-7) cells.  相似文献

Abstract  

5-Lipoxygenase inhibitor 3-O-acetyl-9,11-dehydro-β-boswellic acid was detected in the extract of Boswellia serrata gum resulting from unstable 11-hydroxy precursor. It was reported more potent than other Boswellic acids in its inhibition of 5-Lipoxygenase. Here, we report the method of conversion of 3-acetoxy-β-boswellic acid to 3-O-acetyl-9,11-dehydro-β-boswellic acid, and the crystal structure of later. This compound crystallizes in orthorhombic space group P212121 with cell parameters of a = 12.726(1) ?, b = 16.597(1) ?, c = 27.332(2) ?, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 5772.7(5) ?3, D c = 1.143 Mg/m3, and Z = 8. The X-ray structure investigation indicates that the rings A, B, D and E are exhibit chair and the ring C adopts a distorted half chair conformation. The conformational difference of the two structures in the arrangement is due to crystal packing of 3-O-acetyl-9,11-dehydro-β-boswellic acid. The molecular packing is stabilized by C–H···O and O–H···O types of hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Polymer electrolyte films prepared from poly (methyl methacrylate) and LiAsF6 with different concentrations of plasticizer (DBP) are described. The formation of polymer-salt complexes has been confirmed by XRD and FTIR spectral studies. The temperature dependence of the conductivity of the polymer films obeys the VTF relation. Values of conductivities of the polymer complexes are presented and discussed.  相似文献

A simple analytical approach to find the traveling-wave solution for a set of two coupled non-linear reaction diffusion equations is reported. An exact analytical solution for traveling-waves of the Fisher equations with a general non-linearity is found. The boundary value, the boundedness and the stability of the solution are discussed. This technique is straight forward to use involving minimal algebra. Use of the method for selected case is demonstrated.  相似文献

A new class of dibenzo[b,j][1,10]phenanthrolines has been prepared. The synthon acridones were achieved in very good yield by a one-pot reaction of 2-amino-5-chloro or 2′-chloro/flouro-substituted benzophenones with 1,2-cyclohexanedione in the presence of freshly prepared Eaton’s reagent (phosphorus pentoxide–methanesulfonic acid) without solvent, through Friedländer synthesis. Then these intermediates were reacted with 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde to afford 1,3-dibromo-10-chloro-8-aryl-6,7-dihydrodibenzo[b,j][1,10]phenanthroline. Also an one-pot reaction between 2?mol of 2-amino-5-chloro aryl benzophenones with 1?mol of 1,2-cyclohexanedione to get 3,10-dichloro-5,8-diaryl-6,7-dihydrodibenzo[b,j][1,10]phenanthroline has also been reported. The newly synthesized structures of the compounds were deduced by spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献
