The interaction energy between two hydrogen atoms in the D and D′ 1Πu states of the hydrogen molecule has been calculated for large internuclear distances (12 ? R ? 25 bohr). The variational method and a very flexible trial wave-function were used. The results indicate that for the states under consideration the Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation theory with the multipole expansion of the interaction hamiltonian gives reliable results only for R > 25 bohr i.e. in the region where the interaction energies are practically negligible. 相似文献

Zusammenfassung Das vom Verfasser undE. Sucharda schon 1928 angewandte Prinzip, die durch das Verhalten der Substanz beim Erhitzen bewirkten Druckschwankungen im Verbrennungsrohre zum Zwecke der automatischen Regulierung der Vergasungsgeschwindigkeit der Substanz bei der Elementaranalyse auszunutzen, wurde bei der Konstruktion einer neuen, elektrisch betriebenen, automatischen Apparatur angewandt. Hierbei wird das mit der Substanz gefüllte Mikroschiffchen mittels eines elektrischen Hochfrequenzgenerators erhitzt. Der Stromzufluß zu dem Hochfrequenzgenerator wird durch die erwähnten Druckschwankungen einoder ausgeschaltet. Die Verbrennung verläuft dann bei praktisch konstantem Druck im Verbrennungsrohre, also auch bei konstantem Sauerstoffüberschuß. Die neue Apparatur wird an Hand beigefügter Abbildungen beschrieben. Als Absorptionsmittel für Stickstoffoxyde werden 1 bis 2 g Bleidioxyd in einem 12 cm langen Porzellanschiffchen bei 190° angewandt. Die Absorption des Wassers erfolgt durch wasserfreies Kobaltchlorid, die der Kohlensäure ausschließlich durch Ascarit. Die Sauerstoffgeschwindigkeit im Verbrennungsrohre beträgt 8 ml pro Minute. Bei Substanzen, die mehr als 10% N enthalten, wird zwischen den Kohlensäureabsorptionsapparat und den Wasserabsorptionsapparat ein mit Mangandioxyd gefüllter Apparat eingeschaltet.
Summary The principle used by the author andE. Sucharda as early as 1928, which employs the variations in pressure in the combustion tube resulting from the behavior of the substance when heated, for automatically regulating the rate of gasifying the substance was applied in the construction of a new electrically operated automatic apparatus. The micro boat charged with the sample is heated by means of a high frequency generator. The flow of current to the high frequency generator is switched on and off by the variations in pressure mentioned above. The combustion then proceeds at practically constant pressure in the combustion tube, and even when there is a constant excess of oxygen. The new apparatus is described in the accompanying figures. The nitrogen oxides are absorbed in 1 to 2 grams of lead dioxide contained in a porcelain boat (12 cm long) at 190°. The absorption of the water is by means of anhydrous cobalt chloride, while the carbon dioxide is taken up in ascarite. The speed of the oxygen in the combustion tube is 8 ml per minute. In the case of samples that contain more than 10% nitrogen, an apparatus filled with manganese dioxide is placed between the carbon dioxide absorber and the apparatus for taking up the water.
Résumé Le principe de l'utilisation des variations de pression qui se produisent dans un tube à combustion en analyse élémentaire, lors du chauffage de la substance, a été utilisé dès 1928 par l'auteur etE. Sucharda pour la régulation automatique de la gazéification de cette substance. Il a été appliqué à la construction d'un nouvel appareil automatique commandé électriquement. La micronacelle qui contient la substance est chauffée électriquement à l'aide d'un générateur de courant de haute fréquence. Les variations de pression pendant la combustion provoquent l'ouverture ou la fermeture du circuit d'alimentation de ce générateur. Il en résulte que la combustion est effectuée à pression pratiquement constante ainsi qu'à excès d'oxygène constant. Ce nouvel appareil est décrit sur les figures de la publication.On utilise 1 à 2 grammes de bioxyde de plomb disposés dans une nacelle de porcelaine de 12 cm de longueur, portée à 190° pour absorber les oxydes de l'azote. L'eau est absorbée par du chlorure de cobalt anhydre et l'anhydride carbonique exclusivement par de l'ascarite. Le débit du courant d'oxygène dans le tube de combustion est de 8 ml par minute. The SCCC MO method has been used to calculate the electronic structure and spectrum of Mo(CN)
8
4–
and Mo(CN)
8
3–
ions of a D
4d
symmetry. All metal-ligand and ligand-ligand interactions and all overlap integrals (over products of HF atomic orbitals) have been included within the SCCC MO scheme. Basing on these calculations a new assignment of some absorption bands is proposed. The overall agreement between the calculated and observed electronic spectrum is satisfactory.

Résumé Application à Mo(CN) 8 4– et Mo(CN) 8 3– de la méthode SCCC MO basée sur des orbitales atomiques HF approchées, en tenant compte du recouvrement et de toutes les interactions ligand-ligand. Dans la partie I on discute le cas de la symétrie D 4d . L'accord global avec l'expérience est satisfaisant en ce qui concerne les spectres. On montre aussi que toutes les attributions antérieures basées sur la théorie du champ cristallin semblent inadéquates.

Targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) through an allosteric mechanism provides a potential therapeutic strategy to overcome drug-resistant EGFR mutations that emerge within the ATP binding site. Here, we develop an allosteric EGFR degrader, DDC-01-163, which can selectively inhibit the proliferation of L858R/T790M (L/T) mutant Ba/F3 cells while leaving wildtype EGFR Ba/F3 cells unaffected. DDC-01-163 is also effective against osimertinib-resistant cells with L/T/C797S and L/T/L718Q EGFR mutations. When combined with an ATP-site EGFR inhibitor, osimertinib, the anti-proliferative activity of DDC-01-163 against L858R/T790M EGFR-Ba/F3 cells is enhanced. Collectively, DDC-01-163 is a promising allosteric EGFR degrader with selective activity against various clinically relevant EGFR mutants as a single agent and when combined with an ATP-site inhibitor. Our data suggests that targeted protein degradation is a promising drug development approach for mutant EGFR. 相似文献

Novel fluorescent dyes such as benzoxazole-boron complexes, bearing β-ketoiminate ligands, have been synthesized and characterized with a focus on the influence of a substituent on the basic photophysical properties. 1H, 11B, 13C, 15N, and 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of substituted 2-phenacylbenzoxazole difluoroboranes have been recorded and discussed. It is worth mentioning that a high correlation coefficient was found between 15N-NMR parameters and substituent constants. The photophysical properties of these new dyes have been investigated by fluorescence and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) absorption spectroscopy. The geometry optimization, vibrational spectra, and the HOMO and LUMO energies were calculated based on density functional theory with the use of the B3LYP functional and 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. 相似文献

An extremely potent mutagen, 3-chloro-4(dichloromethyl)-5-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone (MX) is commonly present in chlorinated drinking water. Due to its high mutagenic activity and according to World Health Organization guidelines its concentration should be controlled in drinking waters. Determination of MX is difficult due to ppt levels at which the compound usually exists in drinking waters. Derivatization of MX with 2-propanol is presented as a method which significantly lowers the GC–MS detection level compared to other alcohol derivatization agents. 相似文献

Thermal properties of three ferroelectric liquid crystals, namely: 3-octyloxy-6-[2-fluor-4-(fluoroctyloxy)phenyl]-pyridine (FFP), 3-(3-fluor-nonyl)-6[4-heptyloxyphenyl]-pyridine (FNHPh-P), 4-[(S,S)-2,3-epoxyhexyloxy]phenyl 4-(decyloxy)benzoate (EHPhDB) were studied using heat flux differential scanning calorimetry method. All the transitions expected in this compounds, except the SmC*-SmA* and SmC*-S3 transitions, were detected in the DSC curves. The temperatures of the phase transitions and the enthalpy changes associated with them were determined. The transition from the liquid crystalline to the crystalline state showed significant hysteresis for all three compounds studied. The following transitions: SmA*-Is, SmG*-SmC* for FNHPh-P, N*-Is for EHPhDB, N*-Is and SmC*-N* for FFP also showed a small hysteresis basing on which first-order character of all the above transitions was implied. The reversed-phase high-performance liquid Chromatographic (RP-HPLC) behaviour of the binary chelates of V(V) and V(IV) with 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR) and ternary chelates of vanadium with PAR and auxiliary ligands: hydrogen peroxide, hydroxylamine, tartrate and citrate were studied using a C18 column. The complex double-peak chromatograms of V(IV)/V(V)-PAR systems were studied and the origin of each peak was proved. Vanadium in ternary systems with PAR and hydrogen peroxide was found exclusively in V(V)-H2O2-PAR complex (single peak on the chromatogram) despite its initial oxidation state. The double role of hydroxylamine (complex agent and reductor) in vanadium systems with PAR was confirmed: in the V(V) system three species were identified (V(V)-PAR, V(V)-NH2OH-PAR and V(IV)-PAR), but in the V(IV) system only two: V(IV)-PAR and V(V)-NH2OH-PAR. Citrate and tartrate giving single peak were found as auxiliary ligands in ternary V(V) systems of analytical importance. Due to its masking potential towards iron (III) ions, citrate was chosen as the most suitable third component of a ternary vanadium system with PAR, to form the basis of an RP-HPLC method for direct determination of V in steel. 相似文献

A selective and sensitive method is proposed for the determination of mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry after its preconcentration
from the gas phase. Mercury from the sample solution is reduced to elemental Hg by SnCl2 and volatilized by the bubbles of a carrier gas. The gas containing mercury vapour is dried and passed through a capillary
onto a gold coated graphite electrode. An anodic stripping voltam-mogram is recorded from 0.1 mol/1 HClO4 + 3 × 10−3 mol/1 HCl solution. The calibration curve is linear from 1 × 10−9 to 4 × 10−8 mol/1 Hg(NO3)2. The absolute detection limit is 0.46 ng Hg. The relative standard deviations for 4 × 10−9 mol/1 and 2 × 10−8 mol/1 Hg(NO3)2 are 9.8% and 6.1%, respectively n = 5). 相似文献
