类金刚石薄膜的制备、特性及应用

利用射频等离子分裂碳氢气体制备的类金刚石膜,具有硬度高、耐蚀和良好的透红外光等特性.本文研究了类金刚石膜的红外、机械、结构及电学特性,给出该膜应用于红外装置中镀膜元件的光谱性能.并结合文中所用的制备方法,讨论了类金刚石膜在低温低压下的形成机制.     

Quantum to Classical Transition by a Classically Small Interaction

We investigate the quantum-classical transition of a kicked rotor （KR） under perturbation by a second one. The influence of such a chaotic KR makes decoherence of the first one, resulting in the emergence of classical diffusion from its quantum dynamics. Such quantum-classical transition persists by decreasing the effective Planck＇s constant h, and at the same time, decreasing the mass of the second KR and the interaction strength proportionally. In the limit of h → 0, due to vanishing small mass and interaction, the second KR has almost no effect on the classieal dynamics of the first one. We demonstrate this via two different coupling potentials.     

研测动态问题的旋转孔径散斑照相法Ⅱ:矩位、平四位、直三位孔径

本文提出了旋转孔径散斑照相法中三种新颖的基本孔径:矩位孔、平四位孔和直三位孔,进行了理论分析和实验证明。采用新孔径拍摄散斑照相,散斑信息利用率高,衍射晕能量分布合理,信噪比提高,因而散斑条纹清晰度得到改善,相应的实验误差减小。     

镱的奇宇称自电离谱

本文报道用激光分步激发技术测定镱的奇宇称自电离谱的实验方法及其结果。文中给出了测得的30余个自电离能级,并与前人用单光子吸收和电子碰撞激发技术等所得的结果进行了比较与分析。 关键词：

研测动态问题的旋转孔径散斑照相法Ⅰ:双孔、四扇孔

本文提出一种研测动态问题的实验新方法——旋转孔径散斑照相法。该法设备简单,利用一个旋转孔径装置,能在一张散斑图上记录下物体动态变形的全过程,然后在全场波滤分析时把各瞬时的信息分离出来,可得任意时刻的瞬态位移场。转孔法能应用于振动和非周期性动态问题,并以三个实验证实其可行性。实验结果表明,散斑条纹清晰可靠,定量分析与其它方法所得结果一致。     

ZnSe-ZnTe应变层超晶格远红外反射谱

本文首次报道室温下测量的分子束外延生长的ZnSe-ZnTe应变层超晶格的远红外反射谱.得到了ZnSe、ZnTe横光学声子摸.用长波长超晶格介电理论和多层吸收薄膜理论进行曲线拟合,确定Ⅱ-Ⅵ族ZnS、eZnTe材料的一些基本材料参数,如横光学声子频率、模衰减常数、模振荡强度、高频介电常数等.本文首次报道这些参数.     

星型POSS/PMMA复合材料的ATRP合成及其热性能研究

以γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成八官能团γ-氯丙基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS),以该POSS为引发剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成具有星型结构的POSS/PMMA复合材料.通过傅立叶红外(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等手段对POSS和POSS/PMMA的化学组成和结构进行了表征,结果表明已经合成八官能团γ-氯丙基POSS,POSS/PMMA复合材料具有分子设计的预定结构,且复合材料的分子结构得到了较好的控制.通过ATRP法实现了POSS在聚合物中的单分散.此外,TGA的研究表明,POSS的引入提高了聚合物的热稳定性.     

On Fundamental Group of a Certain Class of Welded Knots

In this paper, a certain class of welded knots K_(2n) is considered. By calculating the commutators subgroup of fundamental group Gn of welded knot K_(2n),n ∈ Z~+, we show that these welded knots are not equivalent to each other and they are all not classical knots. Secondly, we study some properties of Gn and obtain that Gn is linear, residually finite and Hopfian.     

An Algorithmic Approach for Sensitivity Analysis of Perturbed Quasi-Birth-and-Death Processes

In this paper, we present an algorithmic approach for sensitivity analysis of stationary and transient performance measures of a perturbed continuous-time level-dependent quasi-birth-and-death (QBD) process with infinitely-many levels. By developing a new LU-type RG-factorization using the censoring technique, we obtain the maximal negative inverse of the infinitesimal generator of the QBD process. The derivatives of the stationary performance measures of the QBD process can then be expressed and computed in terms of the maximal negative inverse, overcoming the computational difficulty arising from the use of group inverses of infinite size in the current literature (see Cao and Chen [11]). We also use a stochastic integral functional to study the transient performance measure of the QBD process and show how to use the algorithmic approach for its sensitivity analysis. As an example, a perturbed MAP/PH/1 queue is also analyzed.
