Experimental data are presented to show the influence of solid particles on demulsification. It was found that the solid particles could effectively resist demulsification. Compared with conventional heating, microwave radiation can enhance the demulsification rate by an order of magnitude and increase the demulsification effectiveness. The demulsification effectiveness of the emulsions stabilized by graphite powder can reach 82%–89% in a very short time under microwave radiation, whilst that of the emulsions stabilized by barium sulfate can attain 100% under similar conditions. 相似文献

A microcalorimetric technique was used to evaluate the influence of both Levofloxacin lactate in sodium chloride injection (drug A) and Levofloxacin hydrochloride in sodium chloride injection (drug B) on the metabolism of Escherichia coli. By means of an isothermal calorimeter and ampoule method at 37 °C, the power-time curves of E. coli growth were obtained under different conditions. The parameters such as the growth rate constant k, maximum power output P m, time t m corresponding to the maximum power output and inhibitory ratio I of these two drugs were obtained. The results reveal that the inhibitory abilities enhance with increasing concentrations of the two drugs. The critical growth concentration and the half-inhibitory concentration IC50 were 0.15 and 0.079 μg mL?1 (for drug A), 0.13 and 0.061 μg mL?1 (for drug B), respectively. These results show the drug A has slightly better inhibitory effect on E. coli than that of drug B. 相似文献

采用EDTA-柠檬酸盐法制备了(Pr0.9La0.1)2(Ni0.74Cu0.21Ga0.05)O4+δ(PLNCG),并与Ce0.9Gd0.1O2-δ(CGO)形成复合阴极PLNCG-CGO。XRD和SEM分析结果表明PLNCG与CGO在1 000℃具有较好的化学相容性。电化学阻抗测试结果表明PLNCG-30% CGO复合阴极在700℃的极化电阻为0.092 Ω·cm2;过电位为39.3 mV时,电流密度达到113.3 mA·cm-2。氧分压分析表明电极反应的速率控制步骤为电荷转移过程。阳极支撑单电池(Ni-CGO/CGO/PLNCG-30% CGO)在700℃的最大输出功率密度达到569 mW·cm-2,开路电压(OCV)为0.76 V。综上结果预示PLNCG-30% CGO复合阴极是一种有发展前景的电极材料。 相似文献

含巯基/二硫键聚合物生物材料具有多种良好的性能,作为药物、基因等的释放载体在生物医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。随着基因工程和组织工程的发展,含巯基/二硫键聚合物生物材料的可生物降解性得到高度重视,而怎样改善其降解性能成为限制其应用的关键因素。由于二硫键在细胞外环境里保持稳定,在细胞溶质的还原环境中容易发生断裂,因此在制备新型基因、药物等释放载体上,二硫键充当了重要的角色,它的引入为聚合物生物材料的生物降解性能的设计与改善提供了一条重要的途径。本综述重点以聚合物水凝胶、聚合物微胶束、囊泡等为例,从巯基/烯的光聚合反应、Michael加成反应、氧化还原反应的角度,介绍了巯基/烯在聚合物中形成二硫键的不同途径的研究进展,并详细论述了基因载体、蛋白质载体、小分子药物载体三种还原敏感型材料的制备、表面修饰和改性的进展情况,进一步强调含巯基/二硫键聚合物生物材料的研究在生物医学领域应用的重要性。 相似文献

A nickel hydroxide-modified nickel electrode (Ni(OH)2/Ni) was successfully prepared by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) method and the electrocatalytic properties of the electrode for formaldehyde and methanol oxidation have been investigated respectively. The Ni(OH)2/Ni electrode exhibits high electrocatalytic activity in the reaction. A new method has been developed for formaldehyde determination at the nickel hydroxide-modified nickel electrode and the experimental parameters were optimized. The oxidation peak current is linearly proportional to the concentration of formaldehyde in the range of 7.0 × 10?5 to 1.6 × 10?2 M with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?5 M. Recoveries of artificial samples are between 93.3 and 103.5%. The effect of scan rate and methanol concentration on the electrochemical behavior of methanol were investigated respectively. 相似文献

Two‐phase solvent system plays crucial role in successful separation of organic compounds using counter‐current chromatography (CCC). An interesting two‐phase solvent system, composed of chloroform/ethyl acetate/methanol/water, is reported here, in which both phases contain sufficient organic solvents to balance their dissolving capacities. Adjusting the solvent system to get satisfactory partition coefficients (K values) for target compounds becomes relatively simple. This solvent system succeeded in sample preparation of aconitine (8.07 mg, 93.69%), hypaconitine (7.74 mg, 93.17%), mesaconitine (1.95 mg, 94.52%) from raw aconite roots (102.24 mg, crude extract), benzoylmesaconine (34.79 mg, 98.67%) from processed aconite roots (400.01 mg, crude extract), and yunaconitine (253.59 mg, 98.65%) from a crude extract of Aconitum forrestii (326.69 mg, crude extract). 相似文献

In this study, we simultaneously measured nitric oxide (NO) and oxygen (O2) dynamics in the myocardium during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (IR) utilizing sol-gel modified electrochemical NO and O2 microsensors. In addition, we attempted to clarify the correlation between NO release in the ischemic period and O2 restoration in the myocardium after reperfusion, comparing a control heart with a remote ischemic preconditioning (RIPC)-treated heart as an attractive strategy for myocardial protection. Rat hearts were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (n = 5) and an RIPC group (n = 5, with RIPC treatment). Myocardia that underwent RIPC treatment (182 ± 70 nM, p < 0.05) released more NO during the ischemic period than those of the control group (63 ± 41 nM). The restoration value of oxygen tension (pO2) in the RIPC group significantly increased and was restored to pre-ischemic levels (92.6 ± 36.8%); however, the pO2 of the control group did not increase throughout the reperfusion period (5.7 ± 7.5%, p = 0.001). Myocardial infarct size measurements revealed a significant decrease in cell death in the myocardium region of the RIPC group (41.44 ± 6.42%, p = 0.001) compared with the control group (60.05 ± 10.91%). As a result, we showed that the cardioprotective effect of RIPC could be attributed to endogenous NO production during the ischemic period, which subsequently promoted reoxygenation in post-ischemic myocardia during early reperfusion. Our results suggest that the promotion of endogenous formation during an ischemic episode might be helpful as a therapeutic strategy for protecting the myocardium from IR injury.
