A non-linear regression model was derived for the simultaneous determination of the rate constant in alkaline hydrolysis of esters and the initial concentration of esters based on the linear relationship between the frequency response of the surface acoustic wave sensor system and the conductivity of the solution. The model was tested theoretically and experimentally with the methyl-, ethyl-, and n-propyl-acetate systems. The corresponding rate constants estimated at 25 degrees C are 0.147, 0.103 and 0.0671 respectively. 相似文献

Photophysical properties of oligo(2,3-thienyleneethynylene)s (nTE, n denotes the number of thiophene rings, n = 2, 3) in benzene were investigated using steady-state, time-resolved fluorescence, and transient absorption spectroscopies. For 2TE, generation of the radiative S2 and nonradiative S1 states was confirmed. Upon excitation, the S2 state was initially generated and deactivated to the S1 state within 10 ps. The S1 state exhibited the transient absorption band at 470 nm, of which the lifetime was estimated to be 5.3 ns. In the case of 3TE, on the other hand, it was revealed that the radiative S1 state with a transient absorption peak at 650 nm was generated upon excitation. The T1 states of nTE were generated from the S1 states. The quantum yields were estimated to be 0.52 and 0.54 for 2TE and 3TE, respectively. Extremely fast reactions in the higher triplet excited state were indicated for both 2TE and 3TE. 相似文献

A Rhine river sediment sample was spiked with tributyltin (TBT), equilibrated for ten days and the tributyltin extraction efficiency was optimised using a simplex algorithm. Analysis was effected using hydride generation gas chromatography-atomic absorption spectroscopy (GC-AAS) apparatus. The results show that, in this sediment sample, different molarities of HCl in methanol extract different species with varying extraction efficiencies. The least polar extraction solution extracted TBT more efficiently, whilst DBT and MBT require molar solution of HCl in methanol for efficient extraction. 相似文献

A silica-supported poly-γ-diphenylarsinopropylsiloxane palladium(0) complex has been prepared from γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane via immobilization on fumed silica, followed by reacting with potassium diphenylarsenide and palladium chloride, and then the reduction with hydrazine hydrate. The palladium(0) complex has been found to catalyze the allylation of aldehydes via the formation of π-allylpalladium complexes, using allylic chlorides as allylating agent and SnCl2 as reducing agent. The m6A‐RNA modification is a dynamic and reversible process, which has emerged as a new RNA code for the regulation of gene expression. The functional network of methyltransferases (writers), demethylases (erasers), and binding proteins (readers) modulate the level of m6A modification. Dysfunction of RNA methylation has been associated with various fundamental biological processes and human diseases. 制备了硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面修饰的SnO2纳米微晶,通过FT-IR、XPS、TEM和TG-DTA对其结构和表面特性进行表征和研究. FT-IR和XPS分析结果确证了KH-570与SnO2表面是以化学键合或物理吸附方式相结合,粒子表面存在酯基等有机官能团的红外吸收特征;观测到KH-570中Si原子的Si2s和Si2p谱线. TEM分析表明,表面修饰反应增强了SnO2纳米微晶的疏水性和分散性.由XPS和TG的实测数据探讨了纳米粒子具有较低包覆量的可能原因. 相似文献
