In this paper, an adaptive temperature demodulation method to eliminate Rayleigh noise real-timely in Raman distributed temperature sensors using anti-Stokes light only has been presented. The theoretical model calculating Rayleigh noise is proposed. Based on known parameters, the Rayleigh noise can be calculated and then eliminated simultaneously by the intensity of the signal composed by anti-Stokes light and Rayleigh noise at two different temperatures. In our experiments, two sections of reference fiber I, II are utilized and their temperatures were set at 27 and 40  \(^{\circ }\hbox {C}\) respectively. Experiment results indicate that the temperature errors caused by Rayleigh noise are decreased by 4 and 6  \(^{\circ }\hbox {C}\) at 50 and 70  \(^{\circ }\hbox {C}\) respectively after using this method.  相似文献

In this research, the effect of the different concentrations of NaSnO3 as the electrolyte additive in 0.7 mol L?1 NaCl solution on the electrochemical performances of the magnesium-8lithium (Mg-8Li) electrode are investigated by methods of potentiodynamic polarization, potentiostatic current-time, electrochemical impedance technique, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion resistance of the Mg-8Li electrode is improved when Na2SnO3 is added into the electrolyte solution. The potentiostatic current-time curves show that the electrochemical behaviors of the Mg-8Li electrode in the electrolyte solution containing 0.20 mmol L?1 Na2SnO3 is the best. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results indicate that the polarization resistance of the Mg-8Li electrode decreases in the following order with the concentrations of Na2SnO3: 0.05 mmol L?1?>?0.00 mmol L?1?>?0.30 mmol L?1?>?0.10 mmol L?1?>?0.20 mmol L?1. The scanning electron microscopy studies indicate that the electrolyte additive prevents the formation of the dense oxide film on the alloy surface and facilitates the peeling off of the oxidation products.  相似文献

From the capacitance–voltage curves and current–voltage characteristics of the In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN heterostructure field-effect transistors (HFETs) with side-Ohmic contacts and normal-Ohmic contacts, two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) electron mobility was calculated. It is found that the polarization Coulomb field scattering (PCF) is closely related to the normal-Ohmic contact processing, and the PCF was weakened by side-Ohmic contact processing in In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN HFETs, similar to that in AlGaN/AlN/GaN HFET devices. Further, due to the stronger spontaneous polarization in the thinner In0.17Al0.83N barrier layer, the influence of the gate bias on the PCF in In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN HFETs is greater than that in AlGaN/AlN/GaN HFETs. As a result, the PCF in In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN HFETs with side-Ohmic contacts is stronger than that in AlGaN/AlN/GaN HFETs with side-Ohmic contacts. Moreover, the 2DEG electron density in the In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN HFETs with side-Ohmic contacts is increased by more than twice compared with the 2DEG electron density in the In0.17Al0.83N/AlN/GaN HFETs with normal-Ohmic contacts.  相似文献

The post-annealing effects on the performance of poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/(6,6)-phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) solar cells with conventional bulk heterojunction (CBHJ) and layer-evolved bulk heterojunction (LBHJ) have been compared. It is found that contrary to the much better performance obtained from CBHJ cells, the post-annealing deteriorates the performance of LBHJ devices. Aqueous contact angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements show that P3HT is dominant at the top surface of CBHJ film, while PCBM is dominant at the top surface of LBHJ film. The micron-scale morphology evolution of the active layer/Al interface upon post-annealing reveals that the PCBM-rich surface is beneficial for the nucleation and growth of PCBM crystal, which does harm to the contact between the active layer and the electrode and results in the decrease of the fill factor. However, the original P3HT-rich surface prevents the formation of large surface-segregated PCBM clusters upon post-annealing, which is highly desirable for the efficient polymer/fullerene solar cells.  相似文献

Pancharatnam phase and Berry phase are investigated and compared for a three-level atom crosses a double cavity with two near resonant fields. The results show that the time-dependent Pancharatnam phase shows a transitive phenomenon during the evolving process of physical system according to both the time and the space, while the Berry phase as a smooth function of space because of the accumulative effect.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the anomalous diffusion of a particle in an external force field whose motion is governed by nonrenewal continuous time random walks with correlated memorized waiting times, which involves Reimann–Liouville fractional derivative or Reimann–Liouville fractional integral. We show that the mean squared displacement of the test particle \(X_{x}\) which is dependent on its location \(x\) of the form (El-Wakil and Zahran, Chaos Solitons Fractals, 12, 1929–1935, 2001) 1 $$\begin{aligned} \langle \mathbb {X}_x^2\rangle (t)=\langle (\Delta X_x(t))^2\rangle _0\sim |x|^{-\theta }t^{\gamma }, \quad 0<\gamma <1, \quad \theta =d_w-2, \end{aligned}$$ where \(d_w>2\) is the anomalous exponent, the diffusion exponent \(\gamma \) is dependent on the model parameters. We obtain the Fokker–Planck-type dynamic equations, and their stationary solutions are of the Boltzmann–Gibbs form. These processes obey a generalized Einstein–Stokes–Smoluchowski relation and the second Einstein relation. We observe that the asymptotic behavior of waiting times and subordinations are of stretched Gaussian distributions. We also discuss the time averaged in the case of an harmonic potential, and show that the process exhibits aging and ergodicity breaking.  相似文献

In infrared imaging simulation system, the infrared radiation transmission is significantly affected by natural environment. Attenuation and blurring are introduced by atmospheric environment impacts on the transmission process from zero sight infrared radiation to the detector. The classic IR transmission calculation methods have been intensively studied and many applicable approaches are proposed. The novel IR transmission effect computing service introduced in this paper could render accurate and expandable IR simulation result based on synthetic natural environment, especially concerning the atmosphere effects imposed on the IR transmission process. A simulation architecture is constructed and supports an infrared imaging simulation system for the IR transmission process calculation. The environment representation approach and the transmission effect calculation method were elaborated. Simulation experiment was carried out and the result was shown to be more accurate than that of conventional MODTRAN based atmosphere transmission simulation results. The two results are both compared with the physically captured image. The comprehensive simulation experiment results are implied to be competent and offered an applicable solution for the infrared imaging simulation system. Furthermore, this interdisciplinary simulation method can be extended to other synthetic natural environment supported military simulation and further serve the large-scale distributed collaborative combat simulation.  相似文献

The analytical expressions of the parametric gain for the terahertz wave (THz-wave) and the Stokes wave of THz-wave parametric oscillator (TPO) with a quasi-phase-matching scheme in periodically poled LiNbO3 (PPLN) are deduced. The pump threshold expression of the TPO with a quasi-phase-matching scheme in PPLN is derived based on the gain expression of the Stokes wave. The expression is theoretically analyzed to find the relationship between the pump threshold and the parameters of the resonant cavity.  相似文献

Sodium alginate (SA), acting as a trypsin inhibitor by means of electrostatic interaction, is studied. The half‐maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50 = 0.05 μg mL−1) of this natural anionic polymer is about 400 times lower than that of commercial soybean trypsin inhibitor (STI). Unlike the Ca2+‐deprivation mechanisms, its inhibition may be attributed to preventing the trypsin active site (TAS) from accessing the macromolecular substrates instead of denaturing it. SA is an efficient, innocuous, and cost‐effective inhibitory excipient that can be conveniently used in many peptide and protein dosage formulations.
