具有生物活性的有机硅化合物的研究(Ⅷ)——1-烷酰氧基杂氮硅三环的合成及抗癌活性的研究

报道了用1-溴代Silatrane合成1-烷酰氧基-2,8,9-三氧-5-氮-1-硅杂三环[3,3,3,0~(1.5]十一碳烷的新方法。讨论了反应条件对该类化合物合成的影响,用各种方法确证了产物的结构,对某些化合物进行了抗癌活性实验。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Solid Supports Containing silicon

Combinatorial chemistry has been a new field of chemistry since 1990's.^[1][2] More than 90% of researchers play their emphases on the studies of the solid supports such as P-(CH₂)_n-N and P-(CH₂)_n-O(n=1,2,3), but only a couple researchers play their emphases on the studies of the P-(CH₂)_n-Si(n=1,2,3). Because of the characteristic of the Si-Ar bond, we devise a series of the solid supports containing Si-Ar bond.These solid supports containing silicon were synthesized in two methods. At the same time,we also synthesized the monomer of the solid supports containing silicon or tin. The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR, elemental analysis.The synthetic routes of the solid supports containing silicon are shown in scheme 1 and the synthetic routes of the monomer of the solid supports containing silicon or tin are shown in scheme 2.     

咪唑啉硼酸酯的制备及摩擦学性能

以脂肪酸、β 羟乙基乙二胺、硼酸按不同比例分别合成了四种脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯和三酯。经ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析证明结构正确。用四球试验机评价了两种化合物在水中的摩擦学性能。结果表明这些化合物在水中具有良好的承载能力和抗磨性能,并初步探讨了这些化合物的抗磨作用机理     

具有生物活性的有机硅化合物研究(Ⅺ)——2-(三甲硅基)乙基硫代(N-取代)乙酰胺的研究

研究了2-(三甲硅基)乙基硫代乙酸与(取代)苯胺和脂肪胺直接缩合反应或在五氧化二磷存在下的反应,发现前者收率高于后者。由此合成了17种结构新颖的2-(三甲硅基)乙基硫代(N-取代)乙酰胺类化合物。通过NMR(¹H,¹³C)、IR和MS的研究,确定了这类化合物的结构,并探讨了化合物结构与波谱的关系。经测定,这些化合物的生物活性不甚理想。     

一种用于CCD摄象机的新型象变形光学系统

本文简要介绍了在以CCD作为接收器件的医用X光电视系统中光学部件的设计及变形成象情况。     

Studies on mixed trialkyltin derivatives: preparation and biological activity of (2‐phenyl‐2‐methylpropyl)dicyclohexyltin O,O‐dialkyldithiophosphates

Fifteen compounds based on (2‐phenyl‐2‐methylpropyl)dicyclohexyltin O,O‐dialkyldithiophosphates have been synthesized by the reaction of (2‐phenyl‐2‐methylpropyl)dicyclohexyltin chloride with potassium O,O‐dialkyldithiophosphoric acids. Their structure and composition were characterized by ¹H NMR, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction. The structure of PhMe₂CCH₂Sn(Cy₂)S₂P(OC₆H₄ ^tBu‐4)₂ has been shown to consist of a four‐coordinate tin atom in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. Biological activities were tested for some of the compounds. The results show that these kinds of compound have acaricidal activity. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

三环已基羧酸锡的~(13)C和~(119)Sn NMR研究

测定了33个三环己基脂肪族和芳香族羧酸锡在非配位溶剂(CDCl_3)中的~(13)C和~(119)Sn NMR谱。结果表明:化学位移δ(~(119)Sn)值主要由锡原子的配位数决定,结构上微小的变化。都能在δ(~(119)Sn)值上明显地表现出来。讨论了不同类型化合物间NMR参数间的关系。     

Aconapelsulfonines A and B,seco C20-diterpenoid alkaloids deriving via Criegee rearrangements of napelline skeleton from Aconitum carmichaelii

Two sulfo nated seco C₂₀-diterpenoid alkaloids,aconapelsulfonines A(1) and B(2),were isolated from an aqueous extract of the raw material of "Fu Zi"(the Aconitum carmichaelii lateral roots),of which the structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic data,combined with X-ray crystallogra phic analysis.The unprecedented skeletons are biogenetically proposed to be derived via Criegee rearrangements of the napelline-type architecture.The two compounds exhibited dose-depended analgesic activities on an acetic acid-induced mice writhing test.

生物有机硅化合物的研究进展迅速,而且越来越受到人们的重视。实际上,它是有机硅化学的一个新的分支。本文对有机硅化合物的毒理学、有机硅药物化学以及有机硅农药作了简要的论述。
