Biocatalytic Synthesis of the Anti‐diabetes Agent‐corosolic Acid by Whole Cells of Microorganisms

Diabetes is one of the most prevalent and costly global diseases. For diabetes, frequent insulin treatment and synthetic drugs are very expensive and may cause unwanted side effects. Corosolic acid (CA), a natural product, was reported to be efficient in the treatment of diabetes, meanwhile without induction of anti‐insulin antibodies and obesity. The preparation of CA attracted many researchers in the world. This study investigated the biocatalytic synthesis method of CA from ursolic acid by Streptomyces griseus subsp. griseus 4.18. LC? MS analysis demonstrated that 5 day, 125 μg/mL substrate, pH=9 and 10% strain concentration were the appropriate conditions. It is estimated that biocatalysis will contribute to the development of green and sustainable synthetic processes with less time‐consuming and more environmentally friendly. 相似文献

In this paper, we first prove that the local time associated with symmetric -stable processes is of bounded -variation for any partly based on Barlow’s estimation of the modulus of the local time of such processes. The fact that the local time is of bounded -variation for any enables us to define the integral of the local time as a Young integral for less smooth functions being of bounded -variation with . PbWO(4) crystals were readily synthesized by reacting lead oxide (PbO(2)) with sodium tungstate (Na(2)WO(4)·2H(2)O) at room temperature in the presence of tomato extract. Biomolecules such as vitamins, proteins in the extract played both the roles of reductant and template. The size and morphology of the PbWO(4) crystals could be controlled by adjusting the concentration of the reactants. When the concentration ratio of PbO(2) and Na(2)WO(4) was increased, the morphologies of the products varied from spherical to fusiform. Room-temperature fluorescence spectra indicated the products had a slight blue shift compared to the solid structure, which may be due to the structure defects in the crystals. The possible mechanism of PbWO(4) crystal growth in tomato extract was discussed. 相似文献

A multiplex polymerase chain reaction (m-PCR) assay was developed for the simultaneous detection of multiple components of genetically modified (GM) soybean. It uses two sets of primers (I, lectin1/35S/CP4; II, lectin2/35S/CP4) specific for a soybean reference gene, the 35S promoter, and an event-specific gene. Amplified fragments of 118, 414, 195, and 320 bp were easily detected by agarose gel electrophoresis and were positively confirmed by sequencing. Primer set concentrations and annealing temperatures in the m-PCR were optimized. The optimized m-PCR conditions were obtained for primer set I at a ratio of 1:2:3 and a 59.2 °C annealing temperature and set II at the same ratio and 58.6 °C, 60.3 °C, and 61.2 °C annealing temperatures. The sensitivities of the two m-PCR primer sets (I and II) were 0.25% and 0.5%, respectively. The results showed that this m-PCR assay provides rapid, reliable, and effective identification of multiple components of GM soybean in feed. 相似文献

Due to different oriented diamond films having different properties, in this paper optical and electrical properties of different oriented diamond films have been investigated. The measured results indicate diamond films are of high quality and the properties of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film are better than those of the (1 1 1)-oriented one. Refractive index and extinction coefficient of (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film in the wavelength range of 2.5-12.5 μm is 2.391 and in the order of 10−5, respectively. And for the (1 1 1)-oriented one it is 2.375 and in the order of 10−4. The dark current of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film is 33.7 nA under an applied electric field of 100 kV/cm. The resistivity of the (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film obtained is about 2.33 × 1010 Ω cm. The current of (0 0 1)-oriented diamond film is almost no change with the time testing. 相似文献

The adsorption of Pt(n)() (n = 1-3) clusters on the defect-free anatase TiO(2)(101) surface has been studied using total energy pseudopotential calculations based on density functional theory. The defect-free anatase TiO(2)(101) surface has a stepped structure with a step width of two O-Ti bond distances in the (100) plane along the [10] direction and the edge of the step is formed by 2-fold-coordinated oxygen atoms along the [010] direction. For a single Pt adatom, three adsorption sites were found to be stable. Energetically, the Pt adatom prefers the bridge site formed by 2 2-fold-coordinated oxygen atoms with an adsorption energy of 2.84 eV. Electronic structure analysis showed that the Pt-O bonds formed upon Pt adsorption are covalent. Among six stable Pt(2) adsorption configurations examined, Pt(2) was found to energetically favor the O-O bridge sites on the step edge along [010] with the Pt-Pt bond axis perpendicular to [010]. In these configurations, one of the Pt atoms occupies the same O-O bridge site as for a single Pt adatom and the other one either binds a different 2-fold-coordinated oxygen atom on the upper step or a 5-fold-coordinated Ti atom on the lower terrace. Three triangular and three open Pt(3) structures were determined as minima for Pt(3) adsorption on the surface. Platinum trimers adsorbed in triangular structures are more stable than in open structures. In the most stable configuration, Pt(3) occupies the edge O-O site with the Pt(3) plane being upright and almost perpendicular to the [001] terrace. The preference of Pt(n)() to the coordinately unsaturated 2-fold-coordinated oxygen sites indicates that these sites may serve as nucleation centers for the growth of metal clusters on the oxide surface. The increase in clustering energy with increasing size of the adsorbed Pt clusters indicates that the growth of Pt on this surface will lead to the formation of three-dimensional particles. 相似文献
