Quench is important and dangerous to superconducting RF cavities. This paper illustrates the mechanism of quench and how a quench detector works, and analyzes the quench events happening during beam operations and cavity conditioning. We find that the quench protection is mostly triggered by some reasons such as fluctuation of cavity voltage, multipacting or arc, rather than a real cavity thermal breakdown. The results will be beneficial to optimize the operation parameters of superconducting cavities, to discover the real reasons for beam trip by quench interlock, and to improve the operation stability of superconducting RF systems. 相似文献

为提高高功率垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)光电性能,对氧化限制型高功率VCSEL湿法腐蚀工艺进行了实验研究。实验中采用H3PO4系溶液替代以往制备此类器件常用的H2SO4系溶液作为高功率VCSEL外延片的腐蚀液,利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了腐蚀后外延片氧化窗口的腐蚀形貌变化与腐蚀液浓度的关系,消除了以往采用H2SO4系溶液腐蚀时,高功率VCSEL氧化层侧壁出现的"燕尾"结构;通过改变湿法腐蚀工艺的外部温度条件和腐蚀液的浓度配比,实验研究了高功率VCSEL湿法腐蚀速率规律,最后得出了制备高功率VCSEL时湿法腐蚀工艺的最佳外部温度条件与腐蚀液的最佳浓度配比。 相似文献

By means of the AKK08 fragmentation function, the net-proton transverse momentum (pT) spectra in A+A collisions are studied with two phenomenological models based on the Color Glass Condensate formalism. After a x2 analysis of the experimental data from BRAHMS, the normalization constant C is extracted at RHIC energies of √SNN =62.4 and 200 GeV, and the theoretical results of the net-proton pT spectra at selected rapidities are also given. It is shown that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Finally, assuming the constant C should have an exponent dependence of √SNN, we also predict the theoretical results of net-proton pT spectra at LHC energies of √SNN = 2.76, 3.94, and 5.52 TeV. 相似文献

The crystallographic and the magnetic structures of the composite compound Nd2Co7 at 300 K are investigated by a combined refinement of X-ray diffraction data and high-resolution neutron diffraction data. The compound crystallizes into a hexagonal Ce2Ni7-type structure and consists of alternately stacking MgZn2-type NdCo2 and CaCu5-type NdCo5 structural blocks along the c axis. A magnetic structure model with the moments of all atoms aligning along the c axis provides a satisfactory fitting to the neutron diffraction data and coincides with the easy magnetization direction revealed by the X-ray diffraction experiments on magnetically pre-aligned fine particles. The refinement results show that the derived atomic moments of the Co atoms vary in a range of 0.7 μB-1.1 μB and the atomic moment of Nd in the NdCo5 slab is close to the theoretical moment of a free trivalent Nd3+ ion, whereas the atomic moment of Nd in the NdCo2 slab is much smaller than the theoretical value for a free Nd3+ ion. The remarkable difference in the atomic moment of Nd atoms between different structural slabs at room temperature is explained in terms of the magnetic characteristics of the NdCo2 and NdCo5 compounds and the local chemical environments of the Nd atoms in different structural slabs of the Nd2Co7 compound. 相似文献

本文报道了对分子束外延(MBE)生长的In0.25Ga0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱结构在77K下的压力光荧光(PL)研究的结果。流体静压力从0到50kbar.,给出了In0.25Ga0.75As-GaAs应变层量子阱的Γ谷压力系数,实验观察到了量子阱中能级与势垒GaAs中X谷的能级交叉。通过对其压力行为的分析,给出了In0.25Ga0.75As-GaAs异质结的导带与价带跃变比:Qc=△Ec:△Ev=0.68:0.32。对(InGa)As-GaAs应变量子阱常压下的理论分析与实验符合很好。本文也对Al0.3Ga0.70As-GaAs量子阱进行了讨论。

采用分子动力学方法对液态金属Ga的快速凝固过程进行计算机模拟跟踪研究,运用HA键型指数法和原子团类型指数法分析了金属原子Ga的成键类型和形成的基本原子团结构.发现:与通常的液态金属(如Al)相反,随着温度的降低,二十面体及与二十面体相关的1551, 1541键型数目明显下降;与立方体(fcc,bcc),六角密集结构相关的1421,1422键型数目明显增加;而与菱面体相关的1321,1311键型的数目却显著增加,逐渐占据优势.最后形成一种新型的以菱面体结构为主、夹杂着立方体(fcc,bcc)、六角密集(hcp)等团簇结构所组成的非晶态结构.这正是非晶态金属Ga的g(r)曲线分裂的第二峰的顺序为前低后高,而与非晶态金属Al的g(r)曲线(其分裂的第二峰的顺序为前高后低)明显不同的微观结构上的物理根源. 相似文献
