4-Amino-2-mercaptopyrimidine self-assembled monolayer (AMP SAMs/Au) was prepared on a gold electrode. The AMP SAMs/Au was characterized by using attenuated total reflection-fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) and A.C. Impedance. The electrochemical behavior of brucine on AMP SAMs/Au was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SWASV). The modified electrode showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the redox of brucine. The catalytic current increased linearly with the concentration of brucine in the range of 4.0 x 10(-7) to 2.0 x 10(-4) mol l(-1) by square wave voltammetry response. The detection limit was 6.0 x 10(-8) mol l(-1).  相似文献

Two new intercalation compounds were prepared by the reactions of Ni(II) cyclopolyamine complex cations with a preintercalate Mn1−xPS3K2x(H2O)y, respectively, through “ion exchange” process. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The lattice spacing increased 0.567 and 1.093 nm with respect to the pristine MnPS3. Ferrimagnetism of the intercalates was confirmed by SQUID experiment with Tc at 40 and 33 K, respectively.  相似文献

Chitosan samples were irradiated by 60Co γ-rays in the presence of hydrogen peroxide with radiation dose from 10 kGy to 100 kGy. The degradation was monitored by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), revealing the existence of a synergetic effect on the degradation. Structures of the degraded products were characterized with Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible spectral (UV-vis) analysis, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the crystallinity of chitosan decreases with degradation, and the crystalline state of water-soluble chitosan is entirely different from that of water-insoluble chitosan. An elemental analysis method was employed to investigate changes in the element content of chitosan after degradation. Mechanism of chitosan radiation degradation with and without hydrogen peroxide was also discussed.  相似文献

This letter describes the formation and possible electrochemical applications of molecular films of water-miscible imidazolium-based ionic liquids (ILs) on glassy carbon (GC) electrodes. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical results indicate that the water-miscible ILs used in this study can interact with the GC electrode and form molecular films on the electrode surface. The formed molecular films are found to possess striking electrochemical properties such as electrocatalysis toward ascorbic acid (AA) and the capability to facilitate direct electron transfer of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This demonstration would pave the way for new electrochemical applications of water-miscible ILs and is envisaged to be useful for the investigation of the electrochemical properties of water-miscible ILs in aqueous media provided the same counteranion is used as the supporting electrolyte.  相似文献

For any B n * n , let m(B n ) and i(B n ) be the numbers of matchings (=the Hosoya index) and the number of independent sets (=the Merrifield–Simmons index) of B n , respectively. In this paper, we give a characterization of the k *-cycle resonant hexagonal chains, and show that for any B n * n , m(H n )m(B n ) and i(H n )i(B n ), where H n is the helicene chain. A method for 103Pd molecular plating onto the surface of the copper rod is reported. The optimal composition of the plating bath was: palladium chloride 2 g/l, ammonium hydroxide (28%) 150 ml/l, sodium hypophosphite 12 g/l, and ammonium chloride 37 g/l. The whole procedure of 103Pd molecular plating will last 50 minutes at 40 °C. This article provides valuable experience for the preparation of 103Pd seeds.  相似文献

Adriamycin (ADR) is a powerful and widely used antitumor drug, but its dose dependent cardiotoxicity limits its application. This side effect is believed to be caused by the adriamycin semiquinone free radical (ASFR). The primary focus of this work is to test effects of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS) on ASFR and adriamycin–induced lipid peroxidation. It was found that ADR, whether in the system of heart homogenate, heart mitochondria or heart submitochondria, with NADH as the substrate or in xanthine/xanthine oxidase under anaerobic conditions, all produced ASFR rapidly. STS was shown to effectively scavenge ASFR in all these systems and postpone the appearance of ASFR. The delayed time was proportional to the amount of STS. Under aerobic conditions, ASFR could be oxidized to generate oxygen free radicals. STS could not scavenge these oxygen free radicals, but it could effectively scavenge lipid free radicals generated from membrane lipid peroxidation of heart mitochondria. STS could significantly reduce mitochondrial swelling and lipid peroxidation induced by ADR. Animal experiments show that treatment of STS could inhibit endogenous lipid peroxidation caused by ADR. Here, a protective mechanism of STS is suggested that STS can rapidly and univalently oxidize ASFR, causing the cycle of adriamycin between its quinone form and semiquinone form and inhibiting the accumulation of ASFR. Under aerobic condition, STS can protect heart mitochondria by scavenging lipid free radicals generated from adriamycin-induced mitochondrial lipid peroxidation. This investigation shows that STS may be a physiological drug to antagonize the cardiotoxicity of ADR.  相似文献

探讨了有机金属催化剂的组成及其对二氧化碳同环氧丙烷交替共聚产物结构的影响,发现二乙基锌—助剂体系的催化活性按如次顺序递降:二乙基锌—连苯三酚>二乙基锌—间苯二酚>二乙基锌—对苯二胺>二乙基锌—亚乙基脲。若用三异丁基铝代替二乙基锌同连苯三酚构成催化剂,则失去对二氧化碳同环氧丙烷交替共聚反应的活性同时,著者发现二乙基锌—二元芳胺催化体系与二乙基锌—二元酚催化体系的催化活性规律完全不同。  相似文献

Capillary supercritical fluid chromatographic (SFC) method has been developed for the determination of panaxadiol and panaxatriol in ginseng and its preparations. 0.1 g ginseng or an appropriate amount of its preparations was hydrolysed by 15% H2SO4 in an ethanol:water (1:1 v/v) solution for 4 h followed by 15% NaOH for 0.5 h. The mixture was extracted by cyclohexane. The cyclohexane extracts were purified by a partition column and concentrated by an adsorption column and then analysed by SFC. Methyltestosterone was used as the internal standard.  相似文献
