采用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)对钠基蒙脱石(MMT)进行季铵化改性,制备有机蒙脱石(CMMT),对改性后的蒙脱石进行X射线衍射(XRD)、电位分析法(PA)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和热分析(TGA)等分析表征,并用改性后的蒙脱石吸附五氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)后测定并比较其载药量.结果表明,改性剂已成功插入到蒙脱石的层间;相比于钠基蒙脱石,有机蒙脱石的层间距和热稳定性均有所增大;当制备季铵盐有机改性蒙脱石时,反应温度为80℃,且CTAC的用量是MMT的2.5倍阳离子交换容量时,形成的有机蒙脱石的阳离子化程度和对5-FU的载药量最高.此外,考察并比较了有机蒙脱石和钠基蒙脱石的体外细胞毒性,结果显示有机蒙脱石具有更好的生物相容性和更低的细胞毒性. 相似文献

ABSTRACTTIACA-I, TIACA-II were synthesized by changing the substitution position of the imidazole group in the diazocine core. TIACA-I, TIACA-II in the film state showed absorption in the range of 354 to 392 nm and exhibited blue photoluminescence (PL) emissions at 448 and 462 nm, respectively. The PL wavelength of TIACA-II is red-shifted by 14 nm than that of TIACA-I due to the electron-donating intensity depending on the position of the imidazole group. The use of TIACA-II in a non-doped OLED device resulted in blue emission with current efficiency of 2.84 cd/A and CIE of (0.15, 0.18). 相似文献

Hydrogel antibacterial agent is an ideal antibacterial material because of its ability to diffuse antibacterial molecules into the decayed area by providing a suitable microenvironment and acting as a protective barrier on the decay interface. The biocompatibility and biodegradation make the removal process easy and it is already widely used in medical fields. However, there have been few reports on its application for controlling postharvest diseases in fruit. In this study, the Chitosan–silver (CS–Ag) complex hydrogels were prepared using the physical crosslinking method, which is used for controlling postharvest diseases in grape. The prepared hydrogels were stable for a long period at room temperature. The structure and surface morphology of CS–Ag composite hydrogels were characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM, and XRD. The inhibitory effects of CS–Ag hydrogel on disease in grape caused by P. expansum, A. niger, and B. cinerea were investigated both in vivo and in vitro. The remarkable antibacterial activity of CS–Ag hydrogels was mainly due to the combined antibacterial and antioxidant effects of CS and Ag. Preservation tests showed that the CS–Ag hydrogel had positive fresh-keeping effect. This revealed that CS–Ag hydrogels can play a critical role in controlling fungal disease in grapes. 相似文献

Fine-sized BaO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 (BZBS) glass powders were directly prepared by high temperature spray pyrolysis. The hollow glass powders prepared at low
preparation temperature of 1000 °C had a low density of 2.65 g/cm3. However, the densities of the BZBS powders obtained at preparation temperatures of 1200 and 1400 °C were each 3.92 and 4.13 g/cm3. The mean size of the BZBS glass powders prepared by spray pyrolysis at preparation temperature of 1400 °C was 0.98 μm. The
glass transition temperature (Tg) of the prepared BZBS glass powders was 518.9 °C. The dielectric layers formed from the prepared BZBS glass powders with
a dense structure had a clean surface and a dense inner structure without voids at the firing temperature of 580 °C. The transparencies
of the dielectric layers formed from the prepared BZBS glass powders were higher than 90% within the visible range.

In order to analyze the Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics and modulation transfer function (MTF) of a tilted ring metallic mesh, an optical intensity distribution model of Fraunhofer diffraction is built using Huygens–Fresnel diffraction theory and the diffraction integral is carried out directly in the tilted mesh plane. The diffraction characteristics of the tilted ring metallic mesh are in good agreement with experimental results, which proves the correctness of the model established. MTF of an optical system with metallic mesh is calculated based on the model established and Fourier transform. Analysis shows that the degradation of MTF caused by diffraction of a ring mesh is much less than that of a square mesh whether they are vertical or tilted to the optical axis. Therefore, ring mesh can provide higher imaging quality than square mesh when they are used as high-pass filters in optical windows. A tilted array diffraction modulating factor is abstracted and believed useful in the analysis of diffractive characteristics of tilted square mesh and ring mesh, and it can be extended to Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics analysis of other tilted diffraction arrays. 相似文献

Quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE) is a fundamental quantum transport phenomenon in condensed matter physics. Until now, the QAHE has only been experimentally realized for Cr/V-doped (Bi, Sb)2Te3 but at an extremely low observational temperature, thereby limiting its potential application in dissipationless quantum electronics. By employing first-principles calculations, we study the electronic structures of graphene co-doped with 5d transition metal and boron atoms based on a compensated n–p co-doping scheme. Our findings are as follows: i) The electrostatic attraction between the n- and p-type dopants effectively enhances the adsorption of metal adatoms and suppresses their undesirable clustering. ii) Hf-B and Os-B co-doped graphene systems can establish long-range ferromagnetic order and open larger nontrivial band gaps because of the stronger spin-orbit coupling with the non-vanishing Berry curvatures to host the high-temperature QAHE. iii) The calculated Rashba splitting energies in Re–B and Pt–B co-doped graphene systems can reach up to 158 and 85 meV, respectively, which are several orders of magnitude higher than the reported intrinsic spin-orbit coupling strength. 相似文献
