基于适体竞争机理的溶菌酶电化学传感器

制备了基于溶菌酶适体竞争机理的信号减弱型电化学传感器,在玻碳电极上修饰羧基化的多壁碳纳米管,将带有氨基的互补适体DNA连接到多壁碳纳米管上。由于道诺霉素崁入电极上的互补DNA,而产生电化学信号,当有目标物时,适体与结合力更高的溶菌酶结合,原本的互补链解链,导致插入双链的道诺霉素脱落,电化学信号减弱。以微分脉冲伏安法测定溶菌酶,响应的范围为1～500 nmol/L,相关系数0.999,检测下限为0.5 nmol/L(S/N=3)。     

铈对三角帆蚌钙代谢影响的研究

研究了不同浓度稀土Ce3+(0,0.5,1.0,2.5 mg·L-1)处理30,60 d时对2龄植片三角帆蚌钙代谢和珍珠质沉积的影响。结果表明:Ce3+对三角帆蚌珍珠质沉积量、外套膜和鳃组织中组织钙含量、钙调蛋白基因mRNA的表达量、腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的影响总体上均表现出明显的"低促高抑"的剂量效应和高浓度下"先促后抑"的时间效应。推测稀土Ce3+对钙调蛋白基因mRNA表达水平及关键酶活性的调节可能是其影响三角帆蚌钙代谢和珍珠质沉积的途径之一。     

基于桔子皮废弃物从含铼废水中高效、高选择地提取钼

以生物质废弃物桔子皮为原料, 直接氨化后得到OW-NH₂生物吸附剂, OW-NH₂对Mo(Ⅵ)的吸附具有很高的选择性, 对其他共存离子Re(Ⅶ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅶ)、Ca(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)基本不吸附, 尤其是对Mo(Ⅵ)、Re(Ⅶ)的分离具有高选择性。红外光谱分析表明阴离子形式的H₃Mo₇O₂₄^3-、H₂Mo₇O₂₄^4-、HMo₇O₂₄^5-、Mo₈O₂₆^4-、Mo₇O₂₄^6- 和MoO₄^2-与引入在纤维素上的RNH₃⁺发生离子缔合反应。OW-NH₂吸附Mo(Ⅵ)的过程符合Langmiur吸附模型, 最大吸附量为1.71 mol·kg^-1。另外, OW-NH₂对工业实际料液的动态模拟实验的结果表明Mo(Ⅵ)回收率可达99%以上。     

Interactions of delta shock waves for the relativistic Chaplygin Euler equations with split delta functions

In this article, we are concerned with the interactions of delta shock waves with contact discontinuities for the relativistic Euler equations for Chaplygin gas by using split delta functions method. The solutions are obtained constructively and globally when the initial data consists of three piecewise constant states. The global structure and large time‐asymptotic behaviors of the solutions are analyzed case by case. During the process of the interaction, the strengths of delta shock waves are computed completely. Moreover, it can be found that the Riemann solutions are stable for such small perturbations with special initial data by letting perturbed parameter ε tends to zero. Palladium‐Catalyzed C?S Activation/Aryne Insertion/Coupling Sequence: Synthesis of Functionalized 2‐Quinolinones

The insertion of an aryne into a C S bond can suppress the addition of an S nucleophile to the aryne in the presence of palladium. Catalyzed by Pd(OAc)₂, a wide range of α‐carbamoyl ketene dithioacetals readily react with arynes to selectively afford functionalized 2‐quinolinones in high yields under neutral reaction conditions by a C S activation/aryne insertion/intramolecular coupling sequence. The attractive feature of the new strategy also lies in the versatile transformations of the alkythio‐substituted quinolinone products.     

Neuroprotective glucosides of magnolol and honokiol from microbial-specific glycosylation

Thirteen new glucosides (1–13) of magnolol and honokiol were obtained from specific O-glycosylation by two filamentous fungi, Cunninghamella echinulata AS 3.3400 and Rhizopus japonicus ZW-4. The glucosides' structures were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic (HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR, and CD) analyses and a chemical method. C. echinulata appeared to transfer a glucosyl moiety to 2-OH of magnolol and honokiol, whereas R. japonicus preferred to regio-specifically transfer a glucosyl moiety to 4′-OH when honokiol was as the substrate. In addition, hydroxylation by C. echinulata and specific 6″-O-acylation of the introduced glucosyl moiety by R. japonicus were observed as minor reactions. Bioassay results indicated that glucosides 1–12 together with magnolol and honokiol at 10 μM attenuated the glutamate-induced toxicity in SK-N-SH cells to levels comparable to the results for MK-801, a positive control. However, the water-solubility of major glucosylated products (1, 8, and 11) increased greatly.     

Convenient synthesis of 1a,1b,2,5-tetrahydro-1H-5a-aza-cyclopropa[a]indenes by base promoted cyclodimerization of 1,1-dicyano-2-aryl-3-benzoylcyclopropanes

1,1-Dicyano-2-aryl-3-benzoylcyclopropanes in acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine underwent cyclodimerization reaction to afford the novel polyfunctionalized 1a,1b,2,5-tetrahydro-1H-5a-aza-cyclopropa[a]indenes in moderate yields. These polycyclic compounds can be more conveniently synthesized by the one-pot domino reaction of N-phenacylpyridinium bromides with arylidene malononitriles.     

Triphyrin catalyzed direct C–H arylation of benzene with aryl halides

Transition-metal free direct C–H arylation of benzene with aryl halides was achieved by meso-aryl-substituted [14]triphyrins(2.1.1) catalysts in an air atmosphere. Various aryl halides underwent successful direct C–H arylation of benzene to give moderate to high yields of biaryls. A radical mechanism is proposed for this triphyrin catalyzed C–H arylation reaction.     

基于微流控技术的蛋白质结晶及其筛选方法的研究进展简

微流控技术以其高通量、低消耗和集成化等优点成为蛋白质结晶微型化研究的重要手段. 本文综述了基于微流控技术的蛋白质结晶技术和方法,主要包括微泵微阀、液滴(Droplet)、滑动芯片(SlipChip)以及液滴实验室(DropLab)等技术. 此外,还针对当前膜蛋白在结构生物学研究中的重要地位,综述了应用于膜蛋白结晶的微流控技术的研究进展.     

基于表面等离子体子共振成像技术研究苏拉明和顺铂对肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用简

基于表面等离子体子共振成像(SPRi)技术提出了一种实时、非标记的新型抗癌药物药效评估方法. 以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为材料,制作了包含微柱结构的微流控芯片作为流通反应池,配合自行设计组装的SPRi生物传感器完成肿瘤细胞的特异性捕获及检测,研究了苏拉明和顺铂对肝癌细胞HepG2的生长抑制作用. 同时引入辅助验证实验,即采用常规八肽胆囊收缩素(简称CCK-8)法测定上述药物对肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用. SPRi检测结果表明,苏拉明和顺铂能抑制肿瘤细胞HepG2增殖并呈现剂量、时间依赖关系.
