锁相检测式二维小角度测量装置

介绍了一种新型的二维小角度检测装置。由于该装置采用了光电自准直结构,以高灵敏度的四象限硅光电探测器作为检测元件,采用交流调制,锁相放大的方法对信号进行了处理,所以有效地消除了直流漂移的影响,提高了稳定性和测试精度。分析了光斑的形状和大小对测试结果的影响,研制了专门的标定装置。首先由高精度的光电自准直仪标定测量角度与输出信号的关系,并将相关数据存入单片机,然后由软件拟合出关系曲线。测量时,既可自动显示角度的大小,同时也可以与计算机相连。该测试系统结构小巧,具有较高的测量精度。     

Temperature dependence of surface and structure properties of ZnCdO film

Zn1-xCdx O films are grown on c-sapphire substrates by laser molecular beam epitaxy(LMBE) at different temperatures. Their crystallographic structures, compositions, surface electronic structures are investigated. The a-axis lattice constant of Zn0.95Cd0.05 O is 3.20. Moreover, the epitaxial relationship shows a 30°-in-plane rotation of the film with respect to the c-sapphire substrate. When the substrate temperatures arrives at 500℃, the in situ reflection high-energy electron diffraction(RHEED) pattern of Zn Cd O film shows sharp streaky pattern. The maximum Cd content of Zn Cd O film grown at low substrate temperatures increases up to about 29.6 at.%, which is close to that of the ceramic target. In situ ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS) measurements demonstrate that Zn Cd O film exhibits intense peaks at 4.7 e V and 10.7 e V below the Fermi level, which are assigned to the O 2p and Zn 3p states. Energetic distance between Zn 3d and Cd 4d is 0.60 e V. Above 470 nm, the thin film shows excellent optical transmission.

Induced Diffraction in Phase-Mismatched Second-Harmonic Generation

We show analytically that in phase-mismatched second-harmonic generation, an effective diffraction is induced at the second-harmonic （SH） frequency. Numerical simulation results agree with the analytical predictions. Compared to the case of linear propagation, the effect of the overall diffraction at the SH frequency becomes doubled due to the induced diffraction, which causes an interesting result that the SH beam width will be larger than that of the fundamental field.     

输入输出共轴的三弯曲型TM01-TE11模式转换器

 通过采用相位重匹配技术，设计了一种输入输出共轴的三弯曲型TM₀₁-TE₁₁模式转换器，该转换器由三段常曲率弯曲波导和两段直波导组成。用模式耦合理论建立了该类模式转换器的数值计算和优化设计方法，并设计了一个中心频率为7.0 GHz的模式转换器。该转换器的TM₀₁-TE₁₁转换效率在中心频率上大于99％，在6.5~7.5 GHz的频率范围内大于90％。应用时域有限差分法和有限元方法对所设计的模式转换器进行了仿真，仿真结果验证了设计理论和设计结果。     

HL-2A等离子体边缘的快速单探针测量

介绍了对HL-2A装置中平面边缘等离子体的单探针测量。单探针是安装在可径向移动、并可绕轴旋 转360o的传动杆上的。在1MHz的快速采样频率下,测量了主等离子体边缘的温度、密度、悬浮电位、空间电位、极 向等离子体流速的径向分布。测量的结果表明,利用单探针测量的主等离子体边缘参数与朗缪尔四探针测量结果 基本一致。     

测定不同形状物体空气阻力系数的实验

设计空气流速连续可调的小型风洞,对圆形平板、圆柱体、流线体的空气阻力系数进行测量.利用U型管中水柱的高度差表达孔板法中空气的流速,通过悬臂梁力传感器测量测试物受到的空气阻力,根据空气阻力和U型管中水柱的高度差的关系测定空气阻力系数.     

凸透镜焦距测量方法的探索简

凸透镜焦距的测量方法和不确定度评价已经有很多研究,本文着重研究测量方法,提出了应用实物成虚像、虚物成实像方法来测量凸透镜的焦距,并与实物成实像方法进行比较和分析。本文的实验研究拓展了透镜焦距测量的方法,同时更加深入研究了透镜成像的规律,开拓了实验思路。     

Study of Ternary Fission Produced in 12C Bombarding 209Bi Target with Medium Energy

Alternative layers of target material,which were prepared by evaporating ²⁰⁹Bi on the surface of mica foils,were irradiated with ¹²C ions.Ternary fission events in which three fragments of comparable mass were produced in 2525－47.5MeV/A ¹²C+²⁰⁹Bi reaction,were recorded by the mica detectors with 2π geometry.The observed probability ratio of ternary fission relative to binary fission in 2π geometry was modified to 4π geometry spatial in terms of the Monte Carlo method.The values of ratioes increase with the bombarding energy,and are compared with the calculation result of the cascade fission model.
