西藏区域经济系统的灰色关联分析

区域经济的发展受许多不同因素的影响，本结合西藏社会经济发展的特点，选取了总产值指标、第一产业指标、第二产业指标和第三产业指标等四大类指标体系，采用灰色关联分析法对西藏的区域经济系统进行了简要的分析评价，以研究西藏区域经济的发展状况，从社会经济的角度探讨西藏经济发展落后的原因，以期能为西藏经济发展政策提供参考依据。     

An improved On-Surface Radiation Condition for acoustic scattering problems in the high-frequency spectrum

This Note addresses the derivation of an improved On-Surface Radiation Condition for the numerical solution of the exterior Helmholtz equation at high-frequencies. This condition is built as an approximation of the Neumann-to-Dirichlet map by using a local regularization of its principal classical symbol in the gliding zone for modelling the creeping waves. The numerical simulation of this pseudodifferential operator is efficiently realized with a linear cost according to the dimension of the boundary element approximation space using suitable complex Padé approximants. Comment on: “Confined states in two-dimensional flat elliptic quantum dots and elliptic quantum wires” [Physica E 11 (2001) 345]

We argue that the two-dimensional elliptic quantum dot problem with finite barrier cannot be exactly solved, contrary to a recent assertion (van den Broek and Peeters, Physica E 11 (2001) 345. We also prove it explicitly by numerically calculating the correct energy spectrum.

FAST ACCURATE PREDICTION OF BLANK SHAPE IN SHEET METAL FORMING

By using the Finite Element Inverse Approach based on the Hill quadratic anisotrop-ically yield criterion and the quadrilateral element, a fast analyzing software-FASTAMP for the sheet metal forming is developed. The blank shapes of three typical stampings are simulated and compared with numerical results given by the AUTOFORM software and experimental results, respectively. The comparison shows that the FASTAMP can predict blank shape and strain distribution of the stamping more precisely and quickly than those given by the traditional methods and the AUTOFORM.     

Synthesis and characterization of well‐defined diblock and triblock copolymers of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) and poly(ethylene oxide)

Well‐defined diblock and triblock copolymers composed of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) were successfully synthesized through the reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of N‐isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) with PEO capped with one or two dithiobenzoyl groups as a macrotransfer agent. ¹H NMR, Fourier transform infrared, and gel permeation chromatography instruments were used to characterize the block copolymers obtained. The results showed that the diblock and triblock copolymers had well‐defined structures and narrow molecular weight distributions (weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight < 1.2), and the molecular weight of the PNIPAM block in the diblock and triblock copolymers could be controlled by the initial molar ratio of NIPAM to dithiobenzoate‐terminated PEO and the NIPAM conversion. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism/heteroduplex capillary electrophoretic mutation analysis of the P53 gene.

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism (F-SSCP) analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the most common method for the detection of mutation because of its high sensitivity and resolution. In this study, we prepared an inexpensive linear polyacrylamide (LPA), and successfully applied it to CE-SSCP analysis and tandem CE-SSCP/heteroduplex analysis (HA) of the P53 gene on an ABI capillary genetic analyzer. A comparison of the sieving capabilities of a homemade LPA and commercial polydimethylacrylamide (PDMA) demonstrates that the homemade LPA has a higher resolution, a shorter analysis time, and is more suitable for tandem SSCP/HA than commercial PDMA. To show the usefulness, mutations of P53 gene exon 7 - 8 in 37 tumor samples were investigated by using homemade LPA. The results indicate that 10 mutations were found in 9 of 37 cases; the majority of P53 mutations were missense mutations, and 70% were located in exon 7, which plays an important role in neoplastic progression in human tumorigenesis.     

基于成像机理的小波包变换多聚焦图像融合

由于可见光成像系统的聚焦范围有限,因而在成像过程中,除聚焦良好的物体能生成清晰的图像外,该物体前后一定距离外的所有物体都将呈现不同程度的模糊.为了获得场景内所有物体均清晰的图像,在分析了多聚焦图像成像机理的基础上,提出了一种基于小波包变换的融合方法.它是将成像系统先聚焦在一部分对象上,得到其清晰的图像;然后再将其聚焦在另一部分对象上,得到另一清晰的图像;最后把这两幅实验图像加以融合,从而获得场景内所有物体均清晰的图像.实验结果表明,基于小波包变换的融合方法能够将信号的频带进行多层次划分,对高频成分也能进一步地分解,可有效综合多聚焦图像.     

类钙钛矿化合物Ca(Mn2 Cu1)Mn4 O12的磁性与磁电阻效应

利用固相反应法制备了名义成分为Ca(Mn2 Cu1 )Mn4 O1 2 的类钙钛矿锰氧化物 .x射线衍射表明 ,为了获得较为致密的样品和减小杂相含量 ,可以采用高温烧结再在 10 73K长时间空气中退火的制备方法 .样品在低温下同时存在铁磁相和反铁磁相 ,由于反铁磁相的存在导致样品在 4 5K时的磁化强度显著降低 ,并在 8T的高磁场下仍未达到饱和 .样品呈半导体导电性质 ,在 85K和 6T磁场下磁电阻比的最大值可达 - 4 6 % .     

超短脉冲超强激光与固体靶相互作用中高能离子的产生

 用2D3V PIC粒子模拟方法得到了超短脉冲超强激光与固体靶相互作用中高能离子产生的图像，并对其机理进行了研究。在靶前后表面都观察到了高能离子的产生，并诊断了离子能谱。模拟结果表明，在靶前表面所产生的高能离子，角分布较大，在向靶内输运过程中会损失能量；在靶后表面产生的高能离子，定向性很好，能获得很高的能量。模拟得到的离子能量和实验观测结果在量级上相符。
