(1 ? x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3xPbTiO3 (PMN–PT) thin films have been deposited on quartz substrates using pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Crystalline microstructure of the deposited PMN–PT thin films has been investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD). Optical transmission spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy are used to characterize optical properties of the deposited PMN–PT thin films. The results show that the PMN–PT thin films of perovskite structure have been formed, and the crystalline and optical properties of the PMN–PT thin films can be improved as increasing the annealing temperature to 750 °C, but further increasing the annealing temperature to 950 °C may lead to a degradation of the crystallinity and the optical properties of the PMN–PT thin films. In addition, a weak second harmonic intensity (SHG) has been observed for the PMN–PT thin film formed at the optimum annealing temperature of 750 °C according to Maker fringe method. All these suggest that the annealing temperature has significant effect on the structural and optical properties of the PMN–PT thin films.  相似文献

We examined the ac transport attribute of the multi-terminal structures in the absence and presence of magnetic field. We found that the ac response depends on the structural configurations and that the admittance varies with the features of the attached nanoribbons. In the vicinity of Dirac point the dc conductance manifests a dip or peak and the imaginary part (emittance) vanishes or not, depending on whether the attached ribbon is semiconductive or metallic. In the presence of magnetic field, the emittance becomes asymmetric reflecting the dynamic behaviors of electron and hole.  相似文献

High purity MgO nanopowders were pressed into pellets and annealed in air from 100 to 1400 °C. Variation of the microstructures was investigated by X-ray diffraction and positron annihilation spectroscopy. Annealing induces an increase in the MgO grain size from 27 to 60 nm with temperature increasing up to 1400 °C. Positron annihilation measurements reveal vacancy defects including Mg vacancies, vacancy clusters, microvoids and large pores in the grain boundary region. Rapid recovery of Mg monovacancies and vacancy clusters was observed after annealing above 1200 °C. Room temperature ferromagnetism was observed for MgO nanocrystals annealed at 100, 700, and 1000 °C. However, after 1400 °C annealing, MgO nanocrystals turn into diamagnetic. Our results suggest that the room temperature ferromagnetism in MgO nanocrystals might originate from the interfacial defects.  相似文献

n-Si(1 1 1) crystalline electrode was modified by carboxyl acid groups and sulfonic groups. The flat band potential (Ufb), relation between flat band potential and the carbon numbers to the modified samples and relation between photocurrent density and potential of the modified electrodes were studied. ATR-IR spectra and XPS analysis show that the organic compounds were connected to n-Si(1 1 1) wafer by SiC bond. Calculation indicates that the surface modification ratio increased with the carbon number of organic groups decreased. Mott-Schottky plots gives the flat band potential of the samples to shift to negative positions with the carbon number decreased in both of the two different systems and the flat band potential of the sample with the group of (CH2)3SO3H reaches to −0.82 V, which is more negative than reported, and the flat band potential of all the samples in this paper are more negative than the sample with methyl group [B. Ashish, N.S. Lewis, J. Phys. Chem. B 102 (1998) 1067; S. Takabayashi, M. Ohashi, K. Mashima, Y. Liu, S. Yamazaki, Y. Nakato, Langmuir 21 (2005) 8832]. The photocurrent and photovoltage of the modifications are stable enough under solar illumination for a long time.  相似文献

We report on an infrared spectroscopy study of mobile holes in the accumulation layer of organic field-effect transistors based on rubrene single crystals. Our data indicate that both transport and infrared properties of these transistors at room temperature are governed by light quasiparticles in molecular orbital bands with the effective masses m* comparable to free electron mass. Furthermore, the m* values inferred from our experiments are in agreement with those determined from band structure calculations. These findings reveal no evidence for prominent polaronic effects, which is at variance with the common beliefs of polaron formation in molecular solids.  相似文献

We report on results of electrical resistivity and structural investigations on the cubic modification of FeGe under high pressure. The long-wavelength helical order (T(C) = 280 K) is suppressed at a critical pressure p(c) approximately 19 GPa. An anomaly at T(X)(p) and strong deviations from a Fermi-liquid behavior in a wide pressure range above p(c) suggest that the suppression of T(C) disagrees with the standard notion of a quantum critical phase transition. The metallic ground state persisting at high pressure can be described by band-structure calculations if zero-point motion is included. The shortest FeGe interatomic distance display discontinuous changes in the pressure dependence close to the T(C)(p) phase line.  相似文献

We investigate electrical transport and noise in semiconducting carbon nanotubes. By studying carbon nanotube devices with various diameters and contact metals, we show that the ON-currents of CNFETs are governed by the heights of the Schottky barriers at the metal/nanotube interfaces. The current fluctuations are dominated by 1/f noise at low-frequencies and correlate with the number of transport carriers in the device regardless of contact metal.  相似文献

Several theories have been developed to explain tropical biennial oscillation (TBO), as an air--sea interactive system to impact Asian and global weather and climate, and some models have been established to produce a TBO. A simple 5-box model, with almost all the key processes associated with TBO, can produce a TBO by including air--sea interactions in the monsoon regions. Despite that, the South China Sea/western North Pacific summer monsoon (SCS/WNPSM), a very important monsoon subsystem, is neglected. In this paper, based on the dynamical framework of 5-box model, the term of SCS/WNPSM has been added and a 6-box model has been developed. Comparing the difference of TBO sensibilities with several key parameters, air--sea coupling coefficient α, SST-thermocline feedback coefficient γ and wind-evaporation feedback coefficient λ, between the modified model and original model, TBO is more sensible to the parameters in the new model. The results imply that the eastern Pacific and local wind-evaporation play more important roles in the TBO when including SCS/WNPSM.  相似文献

Amorphous Si nanowires were grown on an Au-coated Si substrate by heat treatment at 1000 °C under an H2 atmosphere. The nanowires have a length of several tens of a micron and a diameter of 10–20 nm. The growth mechanism of the nanowires was investigated and explained with a solid–liquid–solid model.
