Direct ion beam deposition of polymeric styrene films and in situ characterization by electron spectroscopy

Polymeric styrene films with thicknesses ranging from about one nm up to a few m have been deposited by means of a direct ion beam deposition (IBD) technique. The deposition energy, which can be chosen independently of the parameters which govern the plasma conditions, has been varied between few eV and 1000 eV. The correlation between the deposition parameters and the resulting film properties in terms of the electronic structure is discussed. The in situ characterization by electron spectroscopy has proved to be a very useful characterization method and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy in particular revealed an extremely high sensitivity to structural differences in the deposited films. The polymeric films have also been characterized by scanning electron microscopy and optical spectroscopy. These techniques have also served to compare films prepared by the direct IBD technique with films obtained by standard rf plasma polymerization (RFPP) in a tubular reactor. Significant differences have been found which are dependent on the deposition parameters; these are discussed in detail.Department of Chemical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, P.O. 纳米二氧化锆制备过程的DSC、TGA和XRD研究

用ＤＳＣ、ＴＧＡ和ＸＲＤ技术研究了在沉淀法制备纳米ＺｒＯ２的过程中，残留ＮＨ４Ｃｌ、ｐＨ值、滴加方式、以及结构稳定剂Ｙ２Ｏ３的添加量对结晶过程的影响。结果表明，残留ＮＨ４Ｃｌ使结晶化温度降低，使放热过程变为吸热过程。而ｐＨ值、滴加方式和结构稳定剂的添加对结晶过程无明显影响。     

A Novel Green Preparation of a, a''''-Bis (substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl_3 6H-2O in Ionic Liquid

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.     

互贯型螯合树脂的研究．Ⅱ．IPN型含偕胺肟基螯合树脂的合成与性能研究
