利用通信波段双通道单光子探测器,采用Hanbury Brown-Twiss关联测量方案,理论分析并实验测量了光反馈半导体激光器产生的混沌光场的光子统计分布及不同混沌状态光场的二阶相干度.通过对混沌光场二阶相干度g~((2))(τ)的理论分析,得出随着延迟时间和相干时间的变化,其与相干光、热光及单光子态的二阶相干度可明显区分并呈现出不同分布.同时实验上产生了频谱宽度6.7 GHz的混沌光场,测量了不同光子数分布的结果,并用高斯随机分布、泊松分布、玻色-爱因斯坦分布对光子数分布进行理论拟合,发现随着入射平均光子数的增加,光子数分布从玻色-爱因斯坦分布过渡到泊松分布,但整个过程都与高斯随机分布符合较好,且光场的二阶相干度g~((2))(0)由2降至1.通过改变偏置电流(I=1.0Ith-2.0Ith)和反馈强度(0—10%),实验上研究了混沌光场由低频起伏到相干塌陷的过程中不同状态宏观动力学特性与二阶相干度的对应关系.结果表明:混沌光场在此过程中始终呈现出明显的聚束效应,并在频谱宽度最大时达到最强;同时给出了光子计数测量中聚束效应减弱的物理原因.实验表明该系统及方法能很好地揭示不同状态混沌光场的光子统计特性. 相似文献

YBCO films without and with dilute cobalt and zinc doping were prepared on (0 0 l) LaAlO3 substrate by non-fluorine metal organic deposition method. Effects of dilute cobalt and zinc doping on biaxial texture, microstructure and flux-pinning properties of YBCO films were investigated. The surface density and smoothness of the doped YBCO films have been distinctly improved compared with that of the pure film. Dilute cobalt- and zinc-doped YBCO films exhibit significantly enhanced Jc values in the magnetic field. The best result is achieved in the cobalt-doped YBCO film. At 77 K, Jc values of cobalt-doped film are 1.7 and 5.4 times higher than that of pure film in 0.5 T and 1.5 T, respectively. These results strongly suggest that dilute cobalt and zinc doping is a promising way to increase the current carrying capability of YBCO films. 相似文献

We demonstrate the coherent beam combination of eight Watt-level polarization-maintained fiber amplifiers. The phase control signal of each amplifier is generated by running a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm on a digital signal processor (DSP). The experimental result shows that the whole system in close-loop performs well for long-time observation. Energy encircled in the target pinhole is 6.68 times more than that in open-loop. We have demonstrated a compact and portable terahertz (THz) source, based on difference-frequency generation in a GaSe crystal. The two input frequencies, required for achieving frequency mixing, are generated by a single Q-switched Nd:YLF laser incorporating two laser resonators. The average power of the THz output reaches 1 μW at 1.64 THz (182 μm) within a linewidth of 65 GHz. Such a THz source can be packaged into a compact and portable system. 相似文献

Internal friction, modulus defects and the initial occurrence of slip lines on the surface of armco iron specimens were studied during and after loading at 22.5 kHz, at temperatures of 296, 333, 373 and 423 K and with strain amplitudes ranging from 1.5 × 10-7 to 4 × 10-4. At a particular strain, amplitude dependent internal friction begins, the modulus starts to change and the slip lines may be observed. A universal adaptive generalized functional synchronization approach to any two different or identical chaotic systems with unknown parameters is proposed, based on a unified mathematical expression of a large class of chaotic system. Self-adaptive parameter law and control law are given in the form of a theorem. The synchronization between the three-dimensional R6ssler chaotic system and the four-dimensional Chen's hyper-chaotic system is studied as an example for illustration.
