An efficient cathode material with high transparency (93%) based on conducting polymer poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) has been developed for the fabrication of highly transparent and flexible field electron emitters (FEE). This kind of material showed superior field emission (FE) performance with very high current density (10–3A/cm2) at very low electric field. The FE performance of the hybrid materials was dramatically improved compared to either SWCNTs and PEDOT:PSS. Thus the hybrid structures of conducting polymer and SWCNTs might be a good choice for use as a cathode material to enhance the FE performance and for potential application in future portable displays. Asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of ketones using Ru(II)arene/amino alcohol catalyst system proceeds with significant rate enhancement by ultrasound promotion. Comparison of the silent reactions carried out at 25 degrees C with reactions under sonochemical activation at 25 degrees C clearly showed enhancement in catalytic activity by 5-10 times without significantly affecting the enantioselectivity.  相似文献

Vertically aligned nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes were synthesized from the pyrolysis of a mixture of turpentine oil, 4-tert-butylpyridine (C9H13N) and ferrocene on silicon and quartz substrate in nitrogen atmosphere at 700 °C by simple spray pyrolysis technique. SEM, TEM, TGA/DTA, Raman spectroscopy, XPS and electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) techniques were used to characterize the structural analysis and composition of the as-grown N-doped carbon nanotubes. Morphology of the films was greatly affected by the nature of the substrate. From the XPS and EPMA data, it was found that nitrogen content of the nanotubes were 1.6 at.% and 2 at.% on silicon and quartz substrate, respectively. Our studies show that two different types of N atoms can be present in these materials. These are ‘pyridinic’ and ‘graphitic’ nitrogen with binding energies of 398.2 eV and 400.4 eV, respectively. Raman spectroscopy reveals that graphitization of carbon nanotubes grown on silicon is better than nanotubes grown on quartz substrate. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal stability of as-prepared nanotubes grown on silicon substrate is higher than the nanotubes deposited on quartz substrate.  相似文献

A novel vinylogous Pictet–Spengler cyclization has been developed for the generation of indole‐annulated medium‐sized rings. The method enables the synthesis of tetrahydroazocinoindoles with a fully substituted carbon center, a prevalent structural motif in many biologically active alkaloids. Reported is the first organocatalytic asymmetric 1,3‐alkyl shift in alkyl aryl ethers for the synthesis of chiral 3,3′‐diaryloxindoles using a chiral Brønsted acid catalyst. Preliminary results showed that each enantiomer of the 3,3′‐diaryloxindole, and a racemic mixture, showed different antiproliferative activities against HeLa cell lines by using an MTT assay.  相似文献
