FeCo alloy nanoparticles encapsulated in the carbon matrix of metal–carbon nanocomposites have been manufactured under IR heating. The size of FeCo nanoparticles have been found to be tailored by varying synthesis temperature and metal concentration. The saturation magnetization has been shown to increase as the synthesis temperature or metal concentration rises, with an attendant decrease in coercive force. The electromagnetic properties of FeCo/C nanocomposites have been studied. Complex magnetic permittivity measurements have shown that variation of the synthesis temperature or metal concentration can appreciably increase magnetic loss, which leads to a shift of the band of minimum electromagnetic reflectivity in the frequency range 3–12 GHz. 相似文献

Diphenyldiazomethane and 9-diazofluorene react with phenylethynyl trifluoromethyl sulfone in diethyl ether at 20°C to give 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition products according to the von Auwers rule, the corresponding 3H-pyrazoles. The adduct with diphenyldiazomethane undergoes thermal van Alphen–Hüttel rearrangement to 4,4,5-triphenyl-3-(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-4H-pyrazole on heating in boiling benzene. Under analogous conditions, the adduct with 9-diazofluorene is converted into 3′-phenylspiro[fluorene-9,4′-pyrazol]-5′(1′H)-one, whereas 3a-phenyl-2,3a-dihydro-3H-dibenzo[e,g]indazol-3-one is formed in boiling methanol. The structure of 3′-phenylspiro[fluorene-9,4′-pyrazol]-5′(1′H)-one was determined by X-ray analysis. 相似文献

Cross cyclotetramerization of trans-2,3-diphenylbutanedinitrile with 1,2,5-thia(selena)diazole-3,4-dicarbonitriles or phthalodinitrile in the presence of magnesium butoxide gave mixtures of Mg(II) porphyrazine complexes which were treated with trifluoroacetic acid to isolate unsymmetrical hexaphenyl-substituted 1,2,5-thia(selena)diazolo-and benzo-fused porphyrazines together with diphenyltribenzoporphyrazine. Their 1H NMR and electronic absorption spectra (in the UV and visible regions) were recorded. A precision method for measuring of ultrahigh unloaded Q factors of superconducting cavities is proposed which is based on the excitation of oscillation in the cavity by electron beam. Computations of the accelerator section of the International Linear Collider (ILC), which consists of superconducting niobium cavities, are performed for conditions of the maximum energy transfer to electrons that travel along the cavity axis. A mathematical model and software packages are created for the computation of the electric characteristics and profile of a single-cell cavity. A computer-based synthesis of the cavity shape that yields the required electric characteristics is performed. The promising design variants of a single-cell cavity, with which a quality factor of 1010 is provided at a working frequency of 1.3 GHz, are found to optimize the construction and manufacture of a single-cell cavity. The electric characteristics of a chain of single-cell cavities are computed. 相似文献
