柠檬黄作为一种食用的合成色素,有使用方便、价格低廉、着色力强等优点,但食用过量会对人体造成伤害,国家卫生标准对此指标有明确的限量.但一些不法商贩为牟取暴利,以陈米为原料加入过量柠檬黄色素伪造新米,严重危害了消费者身体健康.     

The Anomalous Effect of Interface Traps on Generation Current in Lightly Doped Drain nMOSFET＇s

The anomalous phenomenon of generation current ICD in the lightly doped drain （LDD） nMOSFET measured under the drain bias VD-step mode is reported. We propose an assumption of activated （A） and frozen （F） traps for the VD-step mode： The A traps contributes to ICD while the F process can make them lose the roles as generation centers. The A and F regions can form the F-A region. The comparison of the F and A regions decides the role of the F-A region. The experiments confirm the assumption.     

Experimental Verification of Left-Handed Metamaterials Composed of Coplanar Electric and Magnetic Resonators

We verified experimentally left-handed metamaterials （LHM） composed of coplanar electric and magnetic resonators. A typical LHM sample composed of coplanar resonator unit cells was fabricated, investigated and tested. The experimental results show that the tested sample has a left-handed band of width 1.4 GHz in the X band. The experimental results agree quite well with the simulation ones. Moreover, both the simulation and experimental results show that the LHM under study can automatically achieve good impedance-matching in the left-handed band.     

Vacuum condensates of QCD

We study the properties of QCD vacuum state in this paper. The values of various local quark vacuum condensates, quark-gluon mixed vacuum condensates, and the structure of non-local quark vacuum condensate are predicted by the solution of Dyson-Schwinger Equations in "rainbow" approximation with three sets of different parameters for effective gluon propagator. The light quark virtuality is also obtained in a consistent way. Our all theoretical results here are in good agreement with the empirical values used widely in literature and many other theoretical calculations.

本文报道了一种合成2-氯嘧啶的有效方法。易得原料2,4-二氯嘧啶在钯-碳/NaHCO3作用下可以区域选择性地脱除2位氯原子得到2-氯嘧啶。2-氯嘧啶可以用作多种复杂嘧啶衍生物的有效合成砌块。

在任意Banach空间中,对非线性增生和强伪压缩算子方程引入三重迭代程序,在Lipschitz条件下研究其收敛性问题.把一重及二重迭代推广到三重迭代,使得[5]和[1]成了本文的推论.

研究了一类时滞离散动力系统的一次截断系统,仔细分析其分支行为和混沌性态等定性行为.与原系统进行比较,证明二者主要的定性行为非常相似.最后对未来工作提出几点建议.
