Superparamagnetic nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation of ferrous (Fe(2+)) and ferric (Fe(3+)) aqueous solution by a base. Nanomagnetite particles were coated with poly(St/PEG-EEM/DMAPM) and poly(St/PEG-MA/DMAPM) layer by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization. Chemical structure of nanoparticles was characterized by both FTIR and (1)H NMR. Particle morphologies were determined by Zeta Sizer, DLS, XRD and SAXS. Structural analysis showed that after polymer coating nanomagnetite particles kept their superparamagnetic property. Besides the synthesized magnetites, polymer coated forms of these particles are more biocompatible, well dispersable and uniform. These properties make them a very strong candidate for bioengineering applications, such as bioseparation, gene transfer.  相似文献

Elastic properties of CaMnO3 are of primary importance in the science and technology of CaMnO3-based perovskites. From X-ray diffraction experiments performed at pressures up to 100 kbar using a diamond-anvil cell to hydrostatically compress our sample, a bulk modulus, K 0, of 1734(96) kbar was obtained after fitting parameters to the third-order Birch–Murnaghan equation of state. Mean field, semiclassical simulations predict, for the first time, the third-order equation-of-state parameters and show how the bulk modulus increases with pressure (the zero pressure value being 2062.1 kbar) and decreases with the extent of nonstoichiometry caused by the formation of oxygen vacancies. These trends are amplified for the shear modulus. A more accurate model that allows for the explicit reduction of Mn ions, or localization of excess electrons, yields qualitatively similar results. The experimental and calculated axial ratios show the same trends in their variation with rising pressure.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the investigations of electron paramagnetic resonance on perovskite manganite Pr0.5Sr0.5MnO3 and Ga-doped Pr0.5Sr0.5Mn0.95Ga0.05O3. The temperature dependent paramagnetic resonance spectra parameters (effective g-factor, peak-to-peak linewidth ΔH pp and double integrated intensities) have been used to study the paramagnetic spin correlations and spin dynamics. The gradual increase of effective g-factor is attributed to the presence of orbital ordering above T C. The model fittings of temperature dependent double integrated intensities reveal Arrhenius law is appropriate for describing Pr0.5Sr0.5Mn0.95Ga0.05O3 instead of Pr0.5Sr0.5MnO3 system. As for Pr0.5Sr0.5MnO3, the broadening of linewidth with the temperature increase origins from the contribution of small polaron hopping in the PM regime. However, as for Pr0.5Sr0.5Mn0.95Ga0.05O3, the broadening of EPR linewidth can be understood with the spin-lattice relaxation mechanism.  相似文献

珠光体材料由许多随机取向的珠光体团组成,每一珠光体团又由铁素体片和渗碳体片交替 叠合而成. 实验表明具有较小片层间距的珠光体材料具有较高的强度和寿命. 通过分析构成 珠光体团的各相及界面的损伤特征,利用损伤耗散功的概念,得到了铁素体、渗碳体与界面 损伤的具有统一形式的演化规律,将其嵌入基于细片层微结构和非经典塑性理论的珠光体团 的弹塑性本构方程,利用Hill自洽方法,得到了珠光体材料的损伤本构描述. 所得到的损 伤本构描述显含表征微结构特征的片层间距,容易证明具有较小片层间距的珠光体材料具有 较好的综合力学性能. 对珠光体材料的拉伸和循环拉压特性进行了分析,得到了与实验一 致的结果.  相似文献

The anticancer drug capecitabine and its metabolites [including the active metabolite 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU)] display high pharmacokinetic inter‐patient variability. Such variability, which may lead to treatment failure or toxicity, could need drug concentration measurement to individualize dosing regimen. However, usual assay methods are often long and fastidious. A simultaneous and cost‐effective method was thus developed for the determination of the concentrations of these compounds in human plasma. Compounds were extracted via a classic liquid–liquid extraction. Chromatographic analysis was performed on a C18 reverse phase column with detection by atmosphere pressure chemical ionization LC‐MS/MS. Our method allows a good chromatographic separation of the compounds and was fully validated following Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommendations (good selectivity, no carry‐over, linearity of the calibration curves without weighting, deviations from nominal concentrations of standard samples lower than 15%, intra‐ and inter‐assay precision and accuracy lower than 15%). Recovery and stability were also acceptable following the FDA guidelines. A matrix effect impairing the determination of 5‐FU was avoided by using a stable isotopic derivative of 5‐FU as internal standard. Interestingly, this method allows detection of TetraHydroUridine, an inhibitor of ex vivo degradation of metabolites, which is essential for the stability, the adequate conditioning of blood samples and for good laboratory practice, essential in routine determination. This method seems usable to routinely determine concentrations of capecitabine and its metabolites in blood and may be helpful in further studies aiming at performing therapeutic drug monitoring. 超疏水涂膜以其独特的性能,在国防、工农业生产和日常生活中有着广泛的应用前景。但目前的制备技术制约了其在建筑外墙涂料等大型设施方面的应用。探索如何采用简单有效的方法构造和调控涂膜的双微观结构,从而获得性能持久优异的超疏水性涂膜,并有效应用于生产和生活的各个方面是这一领域研究的最终目标。本文就超疏水材料表面理论的发展和近几年来超疏水膜制备技术取得的新成果进行了概括,并指出制备超疏水涂膜存在的问题和发展方向。利用表面能极低的含氟材料,将溶胶-凝胶、相分离技术和自组装梯度功能等技术有机结合,获得适宜的表面粗糙度和微观构造,是实现超疏水涂膜工业化生产的可行途径。  相似文献

凝视热成像系统MTF测试不同于扫描系统,必须有解决其空间采样的混淆特性。在传统的线扩展函数法基础上发展起来的方法主要有:缝扫描法、最值法、斜斜法。实际使用中,前两种方法需要精确的定位技术,而斜缝法的数据处理较复杂。本文主要论述斜缝测试法,分析其工作原理,介绍其数据处理技术。  相似文献
