The magneto-transport properties of thick relaxed A-site deficient films having the composition Pr Sr0.3MnO3 (PSMO with the □ symbol for the Pr vacancy) and Pr0.7Sr MnO3 (PSMO) are studied. A direct comparison with a Pr0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (PSMO)completely relaxed film, deposited under the same growth conditions, shows a reduction of the in-plane parameter a100 associated to an enhancement of the out-plane parameter. The strains (bulk strain εB and biaxial Jahn-Teller strain εJ-T) do vary with the nature of the cationic vacancy. For example, an enhancement of εB of 9% in the PSMO film (Sr deficient) produces a decrease of TC of 30 K, whereas the Pr deficient PSMO film exhibits a large reduction of both εB (-16%) and εJ-T (divided by a factor of 5), which enhances TC of 12 K, similarly to previous observations on bulk ceramics. With a reduced resistivity (ρ<0.02 Ω cm), the obtained Pr-deficient film, PSMO, exhibits the best magneto-transport properties with a decreasing magnetoresistance sensitivity at low field.  相似文献

The magnetic dipole (M1), the electric quadrupole (E2), and the Coulomb quadrupole (C2) amplitudes for gammaN-->Delta are calculated in quenched lattice QCD. Using a new method, which combines an optimal choice of interpolating fields for the Delta and an overconstrained analysis, we obtain statistically accurate results for the dipole form factor and for the ratios R(EM)=E2/M1 and R(SM)=C2/M1, up to momentum transfer squared 1.5 GeV2. We show for the first time, using lattice QCD, that both R(EM) and R(SM) are nonzero and negative, in qualitative agreement with experiment and indicating the presence of deformation in the N/Delta system.  相似文献

The canonical thermodynamic properties of a one-dimensional system of interacting spin-1/2 fermions with an attractive zero-range pseudopotential are investigated within an exact approach. The density operator is evaluated as the statistical average of dyadics formed from a stochastic mean-field propagation of independent Slater determinants. For a harmonically trapped Fermi gas and for fermions confined in a 1D-like torus, we observe the transition to a quasi-BCS state with Cooper-like momentum correlations and an algebraic long-range order. For a few trapped fermions in a rotating torus, a dominant superfluid component with quantized circulation can be isolated.  相似文献

Challenged by recent theoretical work, a study of the -EC decay of the N = Z even-even nucleus 76 Sr has been undertaken in order to assign the parent ground-state deformation. In this study 13 levels with have been located in 76 Rb. The beta-delayed proton emission has been observed for the first time in an N = Z even-even nucleus. The p branching ratio has been determined to be . The 76 Sr half-life has been remeasured and a more precise value of s has been obtained. The spray formed when a fast gas stream blows over a liquid volume presents a wide distribution of fragment sizes. The process involves a succession of changes of the liquid topology, the last being the elongation and capillary breakup of ligaments torn off from the liquid surface. The coalescence of the liquid volumes constitutive of a ligament at the very moment it detaches from the liquid bulk produces larger drops. This aggregation process has its counterpart on the shape of the size distribution associated with the ligament breakup, found to be very well represented by gamma distributions. The exponential shape of the overall distribution in the spray coincides with the large excursion wing of these elementary distributions, underlying the crucial role played by the ligament dynamics in building up the broad statistics of sprays.  相似文献

We have investigated both theoretically and experimentally the spectral behavior and the transmission and reflection performance of a photonic-crystal (PhC) mode converter upon an InP substrate. This taper exhibits 70% transmission efficiency on an 80-nm bandwidth when it couples a ridge access guide to a strongly confined single-missing-row PhC guide. Such a taper design included in a PhC bend contributes a large benefit to the overall transmission budget of the PhC-based link.  相似文献

A new supported catalytic system, i.e. nickel bromide catalyst ligated by triphenylphosphine (TPP) ligands immobilized onto crosslinked polystyrene resins (PS-TPP) is reported. Per se, this catalyst does not allow any control over the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) initiated by ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate but, in the presence of a given amount of purposely added free TPP, it promotes controlled ATRP of MMA. Indeed colorless PMMA chains of low polydispersity indices are readily recovered, the molecular weight of which linearly increases with monomer conversion and agrees with the expected values. Recycling of the supported catalyst is evidenced and does not prevent the polymerization from being controlled.  相似文献

The liquid-gas phase transition is analyzed from the topologic properties of the event distribution in the observables space. A multicanonical formalism allows one to directly relate the standard phase transition with neutral particles to the case where the nonsaturating Coulomb interaction is present, and to interpret the Coulomb effect as a deformation of the probability distributions and a rotation of the order parameter. This formalism is applied to a statistical multifragmentation model and consequences for the nuclear multifragmentation phase transitions are drawn.  相似文献
