Strain distributions and electronic structure of three-dimensional InAs/GaAs quantum rings

This paper presents a finite element calculation for the electronic structure and strain distribution of self-organized InAs/GaAs quantum rings. The strain distribution calculations are based on the continuum elastic theory. An ideal three-dimensional circular quantum ring model is adopted in this work. The electron and heavy-hole energy levels of the InAs/GaAs quantum rings are calculated by solving the three-dimensional effective mass Schr?dinger equation including the deformation potential and piezoelectric potential up to the second order induced by the strain. The calculated results show the importance of strain and piezoelectric effects, and these effects should be taken into consideration in analysis of the optoelectronic characteristics of strain quantum rings.

新单取代苯磺酰脲衍生物的合成及生物活性

以较高活性的单取代苯磺酰脲为基础,设计合成了14个新的含烷硫基和烷胺基嘧啶环的单取代苯磺酰脲化合物,其结构经¹HNMR及元素分析确证.用油菜根长法测定IC₅₀,并进行盆栽除草活性测试,结果表明,嘧啶环4位取代基的变化对分子除草活性影响较大,活性大致按烷氧基、烷硫基和烷胺基的顺序递减.

水热法制备掺杂铁离子的TiO2纳米粒子及其光催化反应研究

以TiCl⁴为前驱体,采用水热法制备了掺杂铁离子的TiO₂纳米粒子,利用XRD对不同条件下制备的产物进行了表征,探讨了反应温度、胶体溶液pH值和反应时间对水热反应的影响.考察了所制备的Fe³⁺-TiO₂纳米粒子光催化降解罗丹明B的催化性能,实验发现,制备的掺杂0.1%Fe³⁺-TiO₂纳米粒子与纯TiO₂相比,具有更好的催化活性.     

Relativistic Spin Operators

A systematic theory on the appropriate spin operators for the relativistic states is developed.For a massive relativistic particle with arbitrary nonzero spin,the spin operator should be replaced with the relativistic one,which is called in this paper as moving spin.Further the concept of moving spin is discussed in the quantum field theory.A new operator,field quanta spin is defined and in terms of the generators of Poincare group the moving spin of field system is constructed.It is shown that,in virtue of the two operators,problems in quantum field concerned spin can be neatly settled.     

Photoionization Cross Section and Resonance Structure of Mn+

A photoionization cross section calculation of Mn⁺ is performed in the formalism of many-body perturbation theory for photon energies ranging from 48 eV to 56 eV. We consider excitations from the 3p, 3d, and 4s subshells. The effects of the strong 3p→3d and 3p→4s transitions are included as resonant contributions to the total cross sections. Good agreement with experiment is found.

We introduce an extended bag model to investigate qualitatively the volume effect on the properties of the system. We find a limit temperature where the bound states start to be completely melted.     

粗糙微管道内液体流动特性的实验研究

利用实验方法研究了粗糙度对矩形截面微管道内液体流动阻力特性的影响，采用微观粒子图像测速技术测量了粗糙微管道内的流场结构.实验结果表明：在层流状态下，3%—7%的相对粗糙度可以导致微管道内流动阻力的明显增加，在粗糙单元附近形成的压差阻力是导致流动阻力增加的主要原因.粗糙单元还会引起微管道内的流动失稳，导致粗糙微管道内层流向湍流的转捩提前. 关键词： 微管道 粗糙度 微观粒子图像测速 转捩
