同时测定食用植物油中抗氧剂叔丁基对羟基茴香醚和2，6－二叔丁基对甲酚的方法

报道了用高效液用色谱法同时测定食用植物油中的抗氧剂叔丁基对羟基茴香醚（ＢＨＡ）和２，６－二叔丁基对甲酚（ＢＨＴ）的实验方法。采用ＺｏｒｂａｘＯＤＳＣ_（１８）色谱住，甲醇：水（９０：１０，Ｖ／Ｖ）作流动相，检测波长为２４５ｎｍ，流速为１ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ。检测下限分别为１５ｎｇ（ＢＨＡ），９０ｎｇ（ＢＨＴ），回收率分别是９６．８％±９．８％（ＢＨＡ），９９．０％±３．２％（ＢＨＴ）。方法快速、准确，灵敏度高。     

Electrothermal volatilization of aluminum as 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazolone[5] chelate for gaseous sample introduction in ICP-AES

Based on gaseous compound introduction as 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazolone[5](PMBP) chelate of aluminum by electrothermal vaporization in ICP-AES, a method for determination of trace aluminum was developed. Trace aluminum was vaporized at temperature of 1000 degrees C, and the vaporization behavior of aluminum chelate was detailedly investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit of aluminum was 0.6 ng ml(-1), and the relative standard deviation for 0.1 mug ml(-1) aluminum was 4.7% (n=8). The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace aluminum in rice flour reference materials, and the results well agreed with the reference values.

本研究了一个高灵敏的测定镉的方法，离心光度法，该体系络合物λｍａｘ＝５６０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸系数ε５６０＝５．０６×１０＾８Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１，Ｃｄ＾２＋浓度０．１０×１０＾－２－１．０×１０＾－２μｇ／１０ｍＬ呈线性关系，本法已用于血清和水中痕量镉的测定，探讨了高灵敏的显色反应机理。     

Carbon nanotube assisted synthesis of CeO2 nanotubes

CeO₂ nanotubes have been synthesized facilely using carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as templates by a liquid phase deposition method. The properties of the CeO₂ nanotubes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) as well as thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). The obtained CeO₂ nanotubes with a polycrystalline face-centered cubic phase have a uniform diameter ranging from 40 to 50 nm. The CeO₂ nanotubes are composed of many tiny interconnected nanocrystallites of about 10 nm in size. The pretreatment of CNTs and calcination temperature were confirmed to be the crucial factors determining the formation of CeO₂ nanotubes. A possible formation mechanism has been suggested to explain the formation of CeO₂ nanotubes.     

A new C21-steroidal glycoside from Cynanchum stauntonii

A new C21-steroidal glycoside with two known compounds were isolated from the root of Cynanchum Stauntonii.Based on thespectral analysis,including MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,13C-1H COSY,HMQC and HMBC,their chemicalstructures were determinated as glaucogenin-C 3-O-a-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-b-D-digitoxopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-canaropyranoside(1),stigmasterol(2)and ursolic acid(3).     

Synthesis and Characterization of Tetraosmium Carbonyl Complexes Containing a Bridging CO2 Ligand

Treatment of (thd)H (thd=2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptandionate) with excess Os₃(CO)₁₂ in an autoclave at 180°C gives the formation of a brown metal chain complex [Os₂(CO)₅(thd)₂]₂ (1) and a yellow CO₂ cluster complex [Os₄(-H)(-CO₂)(thd)(CO)₁₃] (2) in low yields. Complex 2 was fully identified by a combination of spectroscopic methods and X-ray diffraction study, showing a unique CO₂ ligand bridging a triosmium metal fragment, Os₃(-H)(CO)₁₀ and a monometallic osmium fragment, Os(CO)₃(thd). Upon treatment of 1 with Me₃NO at an elevated temperature, oxidation of the CO ligand occurred at the position trans to the unique CO₂ ligand on the Os(CO)₃(thd) fragment, giving the formation of a second CO₂ cluster [Os₄(-H)(-CO₂)(thd)(CO)₁₂(NCMe)] (3), which is stabilized by a weakly coordinated acetonitrile molecule.     

两亲性丙烯酸酯共聚物的聚合研究

利用过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂探讨了甲基丙烯酸β－羟乙酯和丙烯酸长链烷基酯的自由基共聚合。重点讨论了合成条件如溶剂、沉淀剂、引发剂用量、单体配比、反应时间等对共聚反应的影响以及各种聚合条件对该共聚物的组成、结构和性能的影响。并用ＩＲ，ＧＰＣ，＾１３ＣＮＭＲ等手段对共聚物进行了表征。     

Prediction of retention indexes. I. Structure-retention index relationship on apolar columns

A simple method is reported for predicting the retention index (RI) of a chemical compound from the number of carbon and carbon equivalent atoms in the molecule, the RI increment for atom addition and the group retention factors (GRFs) for substituents and functional groups. Atoms other than carbon such as oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, chlorine, bromine and iodine are assigned carbon atom equivalency of approximately 1, 1, 2, 2, 3 and 4, respectively and are counted for their contribution towards RI prediction. The GRFs of substituents and functional groups are derived from the RIs of reference compounds and series of homologues. Ring structures, ring fusion, ring connection, iso- and neo-carbons, chain branching and unsaturation are also assigned GRFs. The predicted RIs of a number of alicyclic, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, primary, secondary and tertiary alcohols, phenols, aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, heterocyclics, carboxylic acids, acid esters, aldehydes, ketones, and halogenated compounds, are found to be within +/- 3% of the observed values. The structure-retention index relationship thus developed is extremely useful in the tentative identification of radioactive side products formed in tritium labeling by radiation-induced methods.     

Cycloaddition reactions of β-trifluoroacetylvinyl ethers

β-Trifluoroacetyl vinyl ethers ROCHCHCOCF₃ react smoothly as dienophiles with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds to give the unexpected 2-alkoxyl-5-trifluoroacetyl-3,4-dihydro-2H pyrans. These products are formed by elimination and addition of the alcohol to the products of the normal hetero Diels-Alder reaction (2-alkoxyl-3-trifluoroacetyl-2,3-dihydro-2H pyrans). In contrast, 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of ROCHCHCOCF₃ with ArCHN(O)Me proceeds via a Z-endo transition state to give regio- and stereospecific 4-trifluoroacetyl substituted isoxazolidines and their derivatives.
