High longitudinal selectivity of the shifting multiplexing with spherical reference wave is proposed and demonstrated. A simplified method based on wave optics is used for calculating the selectivity, and the result fits well the experimental measurement. Under the paraxial condition, a simple formula for the longitudinal selectivity is introduced. With use of an object lens with effective NA=0.817, we obtain that an FWHM of selectivity is as small as 1 μm.  相似文献

Several two-level iterative methods based on nonconforming finite element methods are applied for solving numerically the 2D/3D stationary incompressible MHD equations under different uniqueness conditions. These two-level algorithms are motivated by applying the m iterations on a coarse grid and correction once on a fine grid. A one-level Oseen iterative method on a fine mesh is further studied under a weak uniqueness condition. Moreover, the stability and error estimate are rigorously carried out, which prove that the proposed methods are stable and effective. Finally, some numerical examples corroborate the effectiveness of our theoretical analysis and the proposed methods.  相似文献

The fabrication of flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates for sensitive detection on uneven or irregular surfaces is challenging. In this study, a flexible dual plasmonic SERS (FDPS) substrate rationally constructed using Au nanoparticle (AuNP) arrays/aligned Ag nanowires (AgNWs) and elastic polyurethane (PU) is demonstrated. It exhibits high sensitivity (detection limit of 10−8 m for melamine and 10−10 m for malachite green) and excellent reproducibility. The well-designed structure of AuNP arrays/aligned AgNWs fabricated using block copolymer self-assembly and oil–water–air interfacial self-assembly successfully enhances the electromagnetic field through plasmonic coupling. In addition, the FDPS substrate retains a high SERS sensitivity after exposure to air at room temperature for 30 days because of the high stability of AuNP arrays and antioxidation characteristic of the PU covered on the aligned AgNWs. Even after undergoing stretching, bending, and twisting for 100 cycles, the FDPS substrate maintains a stable SERS activity owing to the introduction of the elastic PU. This study demonstrates a potential application of SERS detection under practical conditions for irregular surfaces and may be helpful in the development of flexible sensors.  相似文献

Many studies have shown that b values tend to decrease prior to large earthquakes. To evaluate the forecast information in b value variations, we conduct a systematic assessment in Yunnan Province, China, where the seismicity is intense and moderate–large earthquakes occur frequently. The catalog in the past two decades is divided into four time periods (January 2000–December 2004, January 2005–December 2009, January 2010–December 2014, and January 2015–December 2019). The spatial b values are calculated for each 5-year span and then are used to forecast moderate-large earthquakes (M ≥ 5.0) in the subsequent period. As the fault systems in Yunnan Province are complex, to avoid possible biases in b value computation caused by different faulting regimes when using the grid search, the hierarchical space–time point-process models (HIST-PPM) proposed by Ogata are utilized to estimate spatial b values in this study. The forecast performance is tested by Molchan error diagram (MED) and the efficiency is quantified by probability gain (PG) and probability difference (PD). It is found that moderate–large earthquakes are more likely to occur in low b regions. The MED analysis shows that there is considerable precursory information in spatial b values and the forecast efficiency increases with magnitude in the Yunnan Province. These results suggest that the b value might be useful in middle- and long-term earthquake forecasts in the study area.  相似文献

垂直磁各向异性稀土-铁-石榴石纳米薄膜在自旋电子学中具有重要应用前景.本文使用溅射方法在(111)取向掺杂钇钪的钆镓石榴石(Gd0.63Y2.37Sc2Ga3O12,GYSGG)单晶衬底上外延生长了2—100 nm厚的钬铁石榴石(Ho3Fe5O12,HoIG)薄膜,并进一步在HoIG上沉积了3 nm Pt薄膜.测量了室温下HoIG的磁各向异性和HoIG/Pt异质结构的自旋相关输运性质.结果显示,厚度薄至2 nm的HoIG薄膜(小于2个单胞层)在室温仍具有铁磁性,且由于外延应变,2—60 nm厚HoIG薄膜都具有很强的垂直磁各向异性,有效垂直各向异性场最大达350 mT;异质结构样品表现出非常可观的反常霍尔效应和“自旋霍尔/各向异性”磁电阻效应,前者在HoIG厚度小于4 nm时开始缓慢下降,而后者当HoIG厚度小于7 nm时急剧减小,说明相较于反常霍尔效应,磁电阻效应对HoIG的体磁性相对更加敏感;此外,自旋相关热电压随HoIG厚度减薄在整个厚度范围以指数方式下降,说明遵从热激化磁振子运动规律的自旋塞贝克效应是其主要贡献者.本文结果表明HoIG纳米薄膜具有可调控的垂直磁各向异性,厚度大于4 nm的HoIG/Pt异质结构具有高效的自旋界面交换作用,是自旋电子学应用发展的一个重要候选材料.  相似文献

对国产六面顶压机平台下使用多晶种法合成宝石级金刚石单晶进行了系统的研究. 通过合理调整温度梯度法的合成腔体组装, 采用多晶种法, 探索多晶种法金刚石合成的压力和温度区间, 在单个合成腔体内放置3–5颗金刚石晶种, 成功合成出多颗(3–5)优质Ib型宝石级金刚石单晶. 多颗晶种的引入, 单次实验合成的多个金刚石晶体晶形及品质一致; 同时, 晶体的整体生长速度也有明显的增大. 多晶种法金刚石单晶合成的研究, 可以有效地利用腔体空间、提高单次金刚石单晶合成的效率, 解决压机大型化下高温高压资源利用率低的问题; 同时, 为宝石级金刚石单晶商业化生产提供重要的依据. 关键词: 金刚石 国产六面顶 多晶种 温度梯度法  相似文献

Photoacoustic phase is the time delay that occurs from light to acoustic signal. the phase includes two components: one is the time delay that occurs during the process in which light absorbed by a sample converts into heat; the other is the time delay caused from heat to acoustic signal. a modified formula of PA phase is presented based on the R-G theory considering the phase caused by non-radiative relaxation processes. the phase is associated with absorption coefficient (β), thermal diffusion length of sample (μs), the longest lifetime of all excited states (r), and the ratio of rapid to slow heat component (R). When the photoacoustic signal is saturated the phase is associated with only T and R. the effect of different rare earth ions on the PA phase spectra of the ligand (oxine) in the rare earth complexes are reported and are well explained by using the phase formula of PA saturation.  相似文献

The complexes of Ni (His) 2·H2O, Ni (Gly) 2·2H2O, Pd (His)Cl2·H2O and Pd(Gly) 2·2H2O were synthesized. And the IR, electronic absorption and photoacoustic spectra of these complexes were measured in solid state. The nature of the metal-carboxylate coordinate bond were deduced from the variation in the carboxyl stretching frequencies. And the d-d transition absorptions of these complexes were interpreted quantitatively with the 3d scaling radial theory. Therefore, the structural characterizations were also discussed with their spectral behaviors.  相似文献

Electrical conductivities of pyroxenite were measured between frequencies of 10?1 and 106 Hz in a multi-anvil pressure apparatus using different solid buffers (Ni+NiO, Fe+Fe3O4, Fe+FeO and Mo+MoO2) to stabilize the partial pressure of oxygen. The temperature ranged from 1073 to 1423 K (800 to 1200 °C) and the pressure from 1.0 to 4.0 GPa. We observe that: (1) the electrical conductivity (σ) of pyroxenite depends on frequency; (2) σ tends to increase with rising temperature (T), and Log σ and 1/T obey a linear Arrhenius relationship; (3) under control of the buffer Fe+Fe3O4, σ tends to decrease with rising pressure, nevertheless the activation enthalpy tends to increase. For the first time we have obtained values for the activation energy and activation bulk volume of the main charge carriers, which are (1.60±0.07) eV and (0.05±0.03) cm3/mol, respectively; (4) for a given pressure and temperature, σ tends to rise with increased oxygen fugacity, whereas the activation enthalpy and preexponential factor tend to decrease; and (5) the behaviour of the electrical conductivity at high temperature and high pressure can be reasonably interpreted by assuming that small polarons provide the dominant conduction mechanism in the pyroxenite samples.  相似文献
