The effect of a magnetic field on the ion drift in a weakly ionized gas under the combined action of the light-induced drift and light pressure is studied theoretically. It is shown that, under the action of light, a component of ion drift velocity transverse to the direction of propagation of radiation may appear in a weakly ionized gas upon the application of an external magnetic field. It is shown that the Lorentz force acting on ions in the magnetic field radically changes the dependence of the ion drift velocity on the radiation frequency detuning. It is predicted that the ion drift velocity component along the direction of radiation must reverse its sign upon an increase in the magnetic field and an anomalous light-induced drift may be observed.  相似文献

A photon echo in a multilevel quantum medium excited by two extremely short pulses with durations of less than one period of oscillation of the light is investigated theoretically. It is shown thatQ echo signals (Q is the number of allowed transitions) can form at each frequency of the allowed transitions, and the number of echo responses for all the allowed transitions equalsQ 2. Of these,Q(Q?1) signals are separated in both time and space. The otherQ echo signals of all the allowed frequencies all arise at the time 2τ 21 (τ 21 is the time interval between application of the first and second pulses to the medium) and are collinear with one another.  相似文献

Nitrosyl compounds based on the iron-sulfur clusters are a promising class of inorganic nitric oxide donors. We studied cytotoxic properties of one of such NO donors, viz., the nitrosyl [2Fe-2S] complex with phenyl ligands (Ph-complex). The Ph-complex induces the HeLa and H1299 tumor cell death. The Ph-complex and cisplatin used in combination exhibit synergistic cytotoxicity. During studies of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase degradation, it was found that the HeLa cell death induced by the Ph-complex proceeds presumably by the mechanism of apoptosis. In the MCF7 cells, the Ph-complex causes induction of p53 protein expression and changes in its apparent molecular weight.  相似文献

It is shown by means of the thermal neutron diffraction method that, during the doping of Zn-chalcogenide semiconductor crystals with 3d ions, elongated distortions whose spatial topology depends on the type of impurity can be formed in the sphalerite modification based on the initial crystal structure. Experimental results are discussed using the concept of vibronic interaction induced by foreign ions with partially filled outer electron shells in the cubic crystal field.  相似文献

The method of thermal neutron diffraction is used to study a structural state of crystal Zn1 − x Fe x Se (x = 0.001) obtained in the sphalerite modification. It was found that the diffractive pictures of a cubic crystal contain the regions of diffuse scattering in the vicinity of Bragg reflections of an initial crystal lattice. It was shown that the diffuse scattering effects were caused by the local transverse displacements of atoms in a crystal lattice induced by Fe2+ ions. It is concluded that a static tetragonal-type Jahn-Teller effect exists in a ZnSe alloy doped by magnetoactive iron ions.  相似文献
