考虑流体湿润性影响的核沸腾RohsenoW修正模型

添加界面活性剂的核沸腾在改变蒸气泡生长特性的同时，主要是强化了对流换热．本文考虑流体湿润性影响，对核沸腾换热沿用最广的对流类比模型－Ｒｏｈｓｅｎｏｗ模型进行了修正．通过对实验数据的检验，表明修正后的模型预示值与实测结果吻合很好．     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

T-RBAC访问控制模型及其约束描述语言

一种结合了基于任务的访问控制模型TBAC和基于角色的访问控制模型RBAC特点的新型访问控制模型-T-RBAC.该模型采用了以任务为中心的"用户-角色-任务-权限"的四级访问控制结构,较好地解决了当前工作流系统中存在的安全性问题.此外,在新模型的基础上设计了一套描述约束机制的语言ETCL,该语言在RCL2000的基础上扩充了时间特性和任务的概念,使新模型具备了较完整的约束描述能力.     

Phenylene vinylene‐based electroluminescent polymers with electron transport block in the main chain

We report a new route for the design of soluble phenylene vinylene (PV) based electroluminescent polymers bearing electron‐deficient oxadizole (OXD) and triazole (TZ) moieties in the main chains with the aryloxy linkage. Both series of the PV‐based polymers were prepared by Wittig reaction. By properly adjusting the OXD and/or TZ content through copolymerization, we can achieve an enhanced balance of hole‐ and electron injections, such that the device efficiency is significantly improved. Light‐emitting diodes fabricated from P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 with the configuration of Indium–Tin Oxide (ITO)/Poly (styrene sulfonic acid) doped poly (ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/polymer/Ca/Al, emit bright green light with the maximum peak around 500 nm. For the device using the optimal polymer (P4) as emitting layer, a maximum brightness of 1300 cd/m² at 20 V and a maximum luminance efficiency of 0.325 cd/A can be obtained. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 生长曲线模型中回归系数阵的极大似然估计的精确分布

对于生长曲线模型,基于理论发展和应用效果的考虑,本文引入了Gauss型误差．在此误差下,本文研究了模型中回归系数阵的极大似然估计的精确分布,求出了此分布的密度和特征函数．     

The Micro-Theory of Ultra-Short Pulse Propagating in Nonlinear Fiber

The modified quantum nonlinear Schrodinger equation of ultra-short pulse propagating in fiber is derived using dispersion relation and the Hamiltonian of the transmission system. The derived equation is solved with linearization approximation, and modulation instability is analyzed. The equation is also solved with Hartree approximation. The results indicate that pulse power, loss and self-steeping effect change the critical frequency, the maximum gain and the gain spectrum range, but the third order dispersion has no effect on modulation instability. The expectation value of optical field is average of a set of modified classical solitons, and higher order terms change the amplitude, pulse position and phase of soliton.     

Fluorescent sensors for the enantioselective recognition of mandelic acid: signal amplification by dendritic branching

Novel chiral bisbinaphthyl compounds have been synthesized for the enantioselective fluorescent recognition of mandelic acid. By introducing dendritic branches to the chiral receptor unit, the fluorescence signals of the receptors are significantly amplified because of the light-harvesting effect of the dendritic structure. This has greatly increased the sensitivity of the sensors in the fluorescent recognition. Study of the three generation sensors demonstrates that the generation zero sensor is the best choice for the recognition of mandelic acid because of its greatly increased fluorescence signal over the core and its high enantioselectivity. This sensor is potentially useful for the high throughput screening of chiral catalysts for the asymmetric synthesis of alpha-hydroxycarboxylic acids.     

化学键合吸附剂的合成及吸附行为

在无定型硅胶上化学键合十八烷基三氯硅烷，键合率17%-20％，粒度5μm-10μm，以此键合的吸附剂可有效地吸附香烟烟气中的焦油、亚硝胺，吸附率分别为15%-18％和37%-43％，研究了化学键合吸附剂的粒度和加入量对吸附性能的影响。
