Free volume of polystyrene films treated with supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO 2) were examined by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. Variation of the free volume sizes after the SCCO 2 treatment due to the release of trapped CO 2 and structural relaxation of the polymer was observed. After 500 h from the depressurization, the free volume of the treated films free from CO 2 was approximately 0.306 nm in radius and much larger than that of the untreated films of approximately 0.295 nm in radius due to the freezing of the swollen structure caused by the large solubility of CO 2.  相似文献

We present a selective method for simultaneous determination of five polyether ionophores such as salinomycin (SAL), monensin (MON), narasin (NAR), semduramicin (SEM) and lasalocid (LAS) in aquatic samples using a liquid chromatography with one-step fluorescent derivatization of 2-(4-hydrazinocarbonyl-phenyl) 4,5-diphenylimidazole (HCPI) and 4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl) benzoyl chloride hydrochloride (DIB-Cl). Fluorescent one-step derivatization for SAL, MON, NAR and SEM using HCPI and for LAS using DIB-Cl was monitored by an LC/fluorescence detector (E(x), 340 nm; E(m), 465 nm). Chromatographic separation was performed on a TSK-GEL ODS-120T (4.6 × 150 mm, 3 μm) column using a mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile and 0.5 mM ammonium formate in water (70/30, v/v). The limits of detections were 0.01 μg/mL (50 pg) for LAS, 0.05 μg/mL (250 pg) for SAL, NAR and SEM, and 0.1 μg/mL (500 pg) for MON, respectively. The recoveries for water samples were indicated to be the range of 79.6 ± 6.4 - 99.0 ± 4.4% with associated precision values (between-day for 3 days) for repeatability. Based on solid-phase extraction, the limit of quantitation values indicated 0.1 ng/mL for SAL, MON, NAR and SEM, and 0.01 ng/mL for LAS in water samples.  相似文献

Oligodeoxyribonucleoside boranophosphates (PB-ODNs) were synthesized in a stereocontrolled manner via the corresponding H-phosphonates with fully deprotected nucleobases by using diastereopure 2′-deoxyribonucleoside 3′-O-oxazaphospholidine monomers bearing acid-labile protecting groups on the nucleobases. Using the resultant stereodefined PB-ODNs, we demonstrated that the thermal stability of the duplexes of PB-ODNs with complementary oligonucleotides was dependent on the configuration of their phosphorus atoms.  相似文献

The electrically driven resistance change of metal oxides, called bipolar memristive switching, is a fascinating phenomenon in the development of next-generation nonvolatile memory alternatives to flash technology. However, our understanding of the nature of bipolar memristive switching is unfortunately far from comprehensive, especially the relationship between the electrical transport and the local nonstoichiometry. Here we demonstrate that the coexistence of anion and cation defects is critical to the transport properties of NiO, one of the most promising memristive oxides, by utilizing first-principles calculations. We find that, in the presence of both nickel and oxygen defects, which must exist in any real experimental systems, carrier concentrations of holes generated by nickel defects can be modulated by the presence or absence of oxygen defects around the nickel defect. Such alternation of local nonstoichiometry can be understood in terms of an oxygen ion drift induced by an external electric field. This implication provides a foundation for understanding universally the nature of bipolar memristive switching in various p-type metal oxides.  相似文献

A new low photon energy regime of angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy is accessed with lasers and used to study the high T(C) superconductor Bi2Sr2CaCu2O(8+delta). The low energy increases bulk sensitivity, reduces background, and improves resolution. With this we observe spectral peaks which are sharp on the scale of their binding energy--the clearest evidence yet for quasiparticles in the normal state. Crucial aspects of the data such as the dispersion, superconducting gaps, and the bosonic coupling kink are found to be robust to a possible breakdown of the sudden approximation.  相似文献

A new taxoid, 5alpha,13alpha-diacetoxy-10beta-cinnamoyloxy-4(20),11-taxadien-9alpha-ol (1) along with its 9,10-isomer, taxinine NN-11 (2) were isolated from the callus cultures of Taxus cuspidata. The structures were identified by the analyses of the spectral data and chemical method. Their in vitro cytotoxicity against 3 cell lines (HepG2, WI-38 and VA-13) and multidrug resistance (MDR) reversal activity toward 2780AD tumor cells were preliminarily evaluated, the low cytotoxicities and potent MDR reversal activities suggested that they might be good lead compounds of tumor MDR reversal agent.  相似文献

“Generalized modulus–ultimate elongation profile” was induced from the relationship between the modulus and the ultimate elongation of an elastomer that was quantitatively added crosslinking and scission. This profile can be used to evaluate the time-accelerated irradiation methods of ethylene-propylene-diene elastomer. The irradiation under low dose rate (0.33 kGy/h) at room temperature was the reference condition. The short-time irradiation condition was 4.2 kGy/h in 0.5 MPa oxygen at room temperature and 5.0 kGy/h in air at 70 °C. The former tended to bring about the higher ratio of scission than the reference condition; the latter tended to bring about the higher ratio of crosslinking.  相似文献

We present the first measurements of the differential conductance of Co wires grown on top of Cu(110)-p(2 × 3)N (Cu3N). We apply scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) in constant height and constant current mode to access the electronic density of states of the sample over a wide energy range. All measurements have been performed at 7 K. Our study reveals that the differential conductance of the Co wires is very similar to that of Cu3N. Spectra of the differential conductance measured on the Co wires and on Cu3N reveal that both systems exhibit the same characteristic features near + 1.8V and + 3.5 V.  相似文献

Active learning is a technique for maximizing performance of machine learning with minimal labeling effort and letting the machine automatically and adaptively select the most informative data for labeling. Since the labels on records may contain sensitive information, privacy-preserving mechanisms should be integrated into active learning. We propose a privacy-preservation scheme for active learning using homomorphic encryption-based federated learning. Federated learning provides distributed computation from multiple clients, and homomorphic encryption enhances the privacy preservation of user data with a strong security level. The experimental result shows that the proposed homomorphic encryption-based federated learning scheme can preserve privacy in active learning while maintaining model accuracy. Furthermore, we also provide a Deep Leakage Gradient comparison. The proposed scheme has no gradient leakage compared to the related schemes that have more than 74% gradient leakage.  相似文献
