A novel polydentate phosphorus-containing complexing agent,cis,cis-1,3,5-tri[2-(diphenyl-phosphinyl)ethylamino]cyclohexane, has been prepared on the basis ofcis,cis-1,3,5-triamino-cyclohexane. The method of potentiometric titration in an aqueous—organic medium (70% ethanol, ionic strength 0.01M LiNO3, 298 K) has been used to study the acid-base and complexing properties of the title compound. The ligand thus prepared forms 11 complexes with Cu2+, Co2+, Zn2+, and Ni2+ cations; formation of hydroxocomplexes MOHL+ has been observed in the case of Zn2+ and Cd2+.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Maximum and minimum values of the equilibrium constants for nitration of hydroxyl groups in water-soluble carboxycellulose (WSCC) have been estimated. The previously unknown secondary amides of 1,1-dinitroalkanecarboxylic acids were prepared by the reaction of polynitroimidoyl fluorides with water in the presence of mineral acids. They are inert with respect to electrophiles, but react with nucleophiles with the cleavage of the C-C bond between the carbonyl C atom and the C atom of the dinitromethylene group. Using computer simulation, the feasibility of absorption optical bistability based on the dependence of the absorption coefficient on an electric field induced by a high-intensity laser pulse acting on a semiconductor and shifting the energy levels of atoms is demonstrated. Unlike the known mechanisms behind absorption optical bistability, here enhanced diffusion of charged particles does not change the rate of switching the system from the lower to upper state. Radiation-semiconductor interaction conditions are found when, after being switched to the upper state, the system remains in it until the laser pulse disappears.  相似文献

The MW-dielectric properties of aqueous solutions of K2[PtCl4] (I) and K2[PdCl4] (II) were studied at 298 and 313 K in the frequency range (12–25 GHz) corresponding to the maximum dielectric constant dispersion for water and aqueous solutions of these salts. The low-frequency conductivities were measured. The static dielectric constant, the dielectric relaxation time, and the enthalpy of activation of the dielectric relaxation of the solutions were determined. Compared to pure water, in solutions of salts I and II, the orientational mobility of water molecules is increased and the network of H-bonds is violated more strongly than that of most other ions with hydrophilic hydration. It was demonstrated for the first time that dielectric spectroscopy can be used for analyzing complexation processes in systems containing aqua and hydroxo chloride complexes of metals.  相似文献
