N-O螯合配体协同膦配体的银(Ⅰ)混配配合物的设计、结构和生物活性

合成了一种Ag （Ⅰ）配合物[Ag （Qina）（Tpp）₂]·1.5H₂O （Qina=2-喹啉羧酸根,Tpp=三苯基膦）。运用单晶X射线衍射、IR、NMR和粉末X射线衍射对配合物的结构进行了表征。配合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数：a=3.195 90（13） nm,b=1.210 96（4） nm,c=2.319 74（7） nm,β=102.166（4）°,V=8.776 0（5） nm³,Z=8。通过Hirshfeld表面分析,推导出配合物的超分子结构和分子间弱作用力。同时,通过DNA结合活性测试、抗菌活性和癌细胞体外毒活性测试,评价了配合物的生物活性。     

喹唑啉类衍生物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

以异香草醛为原料,设计并合成了8个喹唑啉类衍生物(8a～8h),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS确证。初步抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明,8a～8h对人乳腺癌细胞Bcap-37具有一定程度的体外活性抑制作用。     

蚌肉多糖对四氯化碳诱导急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用

研究蚌肉多糖对四氯化碳诱导急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。将小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、100 mg·kg-1蚌肉多糖组、200mg·kg-1蚌肉多糖组、护肝片组。实验组小鼠预防给药每天灌胃一次,连续8d。末次灌胃2h后,对照组腹腔注射调和油溶液,其他各组注射0.15%CCl4调和油溶液。测定血清ALT活性,肝匀浆NO含量和肝体指数,H&E染色观察肝脏组织形态学的改变。实验结果表明200mg·kg-1蚌肉多糖能显著抑制血清ALT活性和降低肝组织NO含量,组织形态学观察结果发现蚌肉多糖明显改善了肝细胞的水样变和脂肪变,阻遏炎性反应的发生,但对肝体指数无明显影响。因此,蚌肉多糖对四氯化碳诱导急性肝损伤小鼠有保护作用,作用机制可能与其抗炎作用有关。 更多还原

安福县铁丝岭夏季鸟类群落结构

2012年6～7月,通过对江西吉安市安福县铁丝岭夏季鸟类群落结构进行了调查,总共观察到507只鸟类个体,隶属于10目,25科,52种。其中雀形目和鹳形目鸟类在个体数量和种类上都占据了绝对优势地位,树麻雀和池鹭为其中的绝对优势种。在居留型组成上,留鸟无论在个体数量分布还是种数分布都占最高比例,分别占据全部鸟类的69%和81%。铁丝岭地区鸟类群多多样性指数为3.27,均匀性指数为0.83。在调查的五个鸟类生境中,常绿阔叶林鸟类群落多样性最高,为2.79,而水库群落的均匀性指数最高,达到0.94。另外,随着海拔的升高,鸟类种类和数量都表现明显下降的趋势。总之,栖息地生境生产力的差异在很大程度上决定了不同生境鸟类分布的特点,而栖息地的相似性则决定了鸟类群落组成的相似程度。     

强流射频四极加速器输入耦合环的物理设计研究

 详细讨论了强流射频四极加速器高频输入耦合环的一些基本问题，完成了高频输入耦合环的初步物理设计. 利用二维程序Superfish 的一些结果，确定了耦合环的大小，计算了耦合环的功耗，并对构成耦合环导线的粗细进行了估算。该耦合环的物理设计可作为耦合环试验的基础，同时，也可作为三维程序HFSS 模拟计算的起点。     

氯柱硼镁石在50℃ 4.5%的硼酸溶液中溶解及相转化动力学

我国青藏高原分布有众多盐湖,至今在盐湖沉积矿中已发现多种硼酸盐矿物,库水硼镁石(2MgO·3B2O3·15H2O)和多水硼镁石是其中的两种。但通常库水硼镁石难以形成。前文[1]报导氯柱硼镁石 硼酸 水体系30℃的相平衡,其中硼酸的质量分数为2 5～5%范围内,得到了库水硼镁石。为了探索库水硼镁石的形成过程以及温度对其形成的影响,本文研究了氯柱硼镁石在50℃4 5%硼酸水溶液中的溶解及相转化的动力学过程。旨在对盐湖演化过程中不同时期镁硼酸盐的形成以及成盐元素的地球化学进行理论解释和预测,探索镁硼酸盐在卤水中不同蒸发阶段的存在形式,…     

Determination of the Inclusion Constants for the Inclusion Complexes between meso-Tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) Porphyrin and Cyclodextrins by Three Methods

In this paper, the interactions of meso-Tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin (TPPS 4 ) and six cyclodextrins have been studied, respectively, by fluorescence spectroscopy, polarography and thin-layer chromatography. The inclusion constants of different methods are determined and the comparison of inclusion capacity of various cyclodextrins indicates that for the ionic cyclodextrins the charge interaction plays an important role in the inclusion procedure. The thermodynamic parameters of interaction imply that the inclusion process shows the enthalpy-entropy compensation effect. Cyclodextrin, being regarded as an artificial analogue of proteinoid of heme, provides a protective sheath for porphyrin. However, the TPPS 4 , encapsulated within this saccharid-coated barrier, its solubility is enhanced prominently, which exhibits that this interaction may modify the biological properties of TPPS 4 that owned the similar properties as hematoporphyrin.     

Study on the Supramolecular System of TAPP and Cyclodextrins by Spectroscopy

The ability of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), γ-CD, hydroxypropyl-β-CD (HP-β-CD), trimethyl-β-CD (TM-β-CD), sulfurbutylether-β-CD (SBE-β-CD) and carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) to break the aggregate of the meso-tetrakis(4-N-trimethylaminobenzyl)porphyrin (TAPP) and to form 2:1 inclusion complexes has been studied by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The formation constants are calculated, respectively, by fluorimetry, from which the inclusion capacity of different CDs is compared and the inclusion mechanism of charged-β-CD (SBE-β-CD and CM-β-CD) is quite different from that of the parent β-CD. At lower pH, the complexation between TM-β-CD and H²TAPP²⁺ (the form of the diprotonated TAPP) hampers the continuous protonation of the pyrrole nitrogen of TAPP and the hydrophobic cavity may prefer to bind an apolar neutral porphyrin molecule. ¹HNMR data support the inclusion conformation of the porphyrin–cyclodextrin supramolecular system, indicating the interaction of the meso-phenyl groups of TAPP with the cavity of CDs. For this host–guest inclusion model, cyclodextrin being regarded as the protein component, which acts as a carrier enveloping the active site of heme prosthetic group within its hydrophobic environment, provides a protective sheath for the porphyrin, creating artificial analogues of heme-containing proteins. However, for TAPP, encapsulated within this saccharide-coated barrier, its photophysical and photochemical properties changed strongly.     

高效液相色谱法测定对虾中3种磺胺类药物残留量

提出了高效液相色谱法测定对虾中3种磺胺类药物磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺吡啶(SPD)和磺胺噻唑(ST)的残留量。样品经乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂净化,高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。以Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇和水以体积比25比75的混合液为流动相。3种磺胺类药物的质量浓度与其峰面积呈线性关系。磺胺嘧啶、磺胺吡啶和磺胺噻唑的回收率分别为93.2%,89.9%,88.7%;相对标准偏差(n=6)依次为3.1%,0.1%,1.1%。
